Please try to open your minds to the personas that Martel had BEFORE his stint as "The Model" in the WWE. The man is a former AWA champion and held the title for almost TWO STRAIGHT YEARS. He won the belt from fucking Jumbo Tsuruta and defeated men like Nick Bockwinkel and Ric Flair to retain it for those two years.

Now, compare that to the toxic dump of dogshit that ECW called "Rhino". What in the name of BLUE FUCK has Rhino done in his career to compare to Martel's accolades? Rhino won the ECW championship just before they closed shop. That means they had nobody left to hold the title. He was the best out of the suck-squad that ECW had on their roster. Then he went on to win the NWA title in TNA for a whopping TWO DAYS.

Please tell me how this match is tied?? Martel is the CLEAR victor here.

Well, it's not the WZ tourney yet until someone starts sending PM's around to gather votes.

I voted Rick because of two things.

1) I can't wrap my head around Martel losing to Rhino. As D-Man has said, when you look at both guys' body of work(which I did since, like Dave, I can't vote if I know just one guy), irregardless of where they were at, Martel has the better wins, IMO. Rhino basically has the short end of the stick in terms of booking.

2) I went over the match in my head, and I just see Martel winning. If he dealt with Tsuruta, Bockwinkel, and Flair, he could deal with Rhino.

Hell, I didn't even know he came here to WWC, and won the titles way back when the place was Capitol Sports. Goes to show, man.
