My favourite British Comedian has to be Jimmy Carr. His jokes are VERY rude, but his sense of humour is just brilliant.

American comedians are totally different. They've gotta do something really special to please me. This is where Mitch Hedberg does it for me. He may've been shy as hell, but his one-liners are fuckin' hilarious

Bill Hicks is a hero of mine. I also like Emo Philips and Demetri Martin.

I would pick Daniel Kitson (a great storyteller), Stewart Lee (deadpan and intelligent) and Mark Thomas (political activist) as my favourite British comedians.
