Favorite WWE Live situation

I hope this is a great topic with alot of comments. What is your favorite ''only happens live'' type of moment that the Wwe has had. I dont mean necessarily stuff you've say when you at a live event, but something that has happened on screen live, that was not edited out due to it being live, like a fan interuption, or funny botch. I have a few but I will give two for the moment:

1)Fan tries to interupt Cena vs Jeff hardy on Raw: This was funny because usually the wrestlers either attack or ignore the fan. Cena had Hardy in a headlock but, suddenly he let go and went to the nuetral corner, obviously talking and pointing to the situation as if to say ''Hey, look at this'' I thought it was genuinely funny and great to see Cena and Hardy acknowledge this mid match and get a laugh out of it.

2) Melina botchs intro: Survivor series, The entrance is very entertaining anyway, but when she botched it, and eased her way in the ring smiling a little embaressed, it was cute and funny.

Its your turn peeps

I was actually there to see this live. I remember laughing very hard. I tried not to, but it was just too funny. But hey, at least she nailed it on the second try.

I guess I'll have to go with ECW One Night Stand 2006. I'm of course talking about the main event between RVD and Cena. But I'm not focusing on the match. I'm focusing on the crowd reaction. Cena had to endure the loud and very vulgar chants, and the ECW fans threw his gear back at him when he tossed it into the crowd. We all know there are plenty of Cena haters out there, but the crowd during that match was unreal. You just know Vince McMahon had to be going ballistic backstage.

Agreed. I wish I could have been in the control room with Vince during this match. Its like he was reminded of the rabid nature and love of REAL ecw fans.

Another that came to my mind as I was thinking was the very VERY, real moment during one of the Tough enough's when Kurt angle had his invitationals going on, and Puder accepted it, during the fight you can tell Angle wasnt expecting so much of a challenge and when they were on the mat, Puder had him in a legit kimora, then they quickly counted to 3 awkwardly.

Any Fan Jumping the barricade: It's one of the things you just get a kick out of. The one you mentioned was just showing wrestler being there self to stop mid math to laugh at an idiot. This are usually pretty funny, I want to know someone who has the guts to do it though.

dude i remember seeing that and laughing my ass off because Cena couldn't get the point everytime he threw that shirt and it came flying right back into the ring. The signs were also funny, If Cena wins we roit, Fuck you Cena, Die Cena Die, it was all just funny as hell. Cena was public enemy numer #1 in an ECW arena Also i remember Eugene reading his poem and them yelling "SHUT THE FUCK UP" and i will never forget joey styles on commentary saying "Can we chant along with the fans". That whole night was most likey the worst night in WWE entire history and Vince's whole life and thats including the XFL and i think we all know what happened with that.

Another one of my favorites were Monty Brown/Marcus Cor Van botch over the top rope during 2 different battle royals one happened in TNA and the other in WWECW both were funny because in TNA and you can clearly see this on camera was Jeff Hardy signing to jump over you have to go to and in WWECW he messed up again but RVD had to come and save the day so it look like he didn't fuck up again but you can clearly see that even the Great Rob Van Dam couldn't save that fuckin botch

no doubt, I also remember when they were hyping Batista's match and some idiot/legend (depending how you view it) jumped in front of him and mimicked him until he was chased away by security, that's live TV at it's funniest.

Superstar's live, either Jeff Hardy swanton off the stage, EPIC! but I think Shane O'Mac was the one that made me cringe, Unforgiven 2003 against Kane and that horrific dive from the top of the stage, I had watched my first RAW 2 weeks before with Evolution beating up Goldberg in the cage (great intro) and had no idea it was fake seeing as I had just turned eight, so I actually thought he was dead until I saw him breathing

Triple H tears his quad at NYR 2007.

Everyone involved in the match was like "oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit" until HBK realizes what is happening, and pretty much goes crazy :lmao:

Runs over to Orton "hey do this" same to Edge, then FUCK YOU REFEREE *punch in the face* and then into the insane, brutal finish. This was guts, determination, and improvisation at its finest. I almost wonder if it would have been better if Trips HADNT torn his quad

Too bad this is best WWE live situation, cause if it had included WCW, then everyone knows that my choice would "shock the world" cause it would be none other than the SHOCK MASTER!

But, it is always funny to see a fan try to run into the ring to only be beaten unmercifully by guys twice their size. Two such cases that I really remember was when Eddie Guerrero was on top of a ladder, and some idiot runs in and knocks it over.
And the other was the guy that ran in on Batista and started imitating him, going as far ans making Machine Gun noises, then runs off with security guards running after him, that was hilarious.

I'd say ECW One Night Stand 2006 had many entertaining LIVE situations. I LOVED when Orton was coming out to the ring to face Angle, and these kids were telling him he is 'number one' in their own special way. Then one end up hitting him somehow, then Orton turns and stares down the kid (who looks to be like 14-15) and the kid is obviously cursing at him as he's still giving him the bird, then Orton goes on his way. Still makes me chuckle.

Another one was JBL trying to address the crowd on that same show. The crowd starts chanting "You suck d!c#!" and he replies about how there seem to be no females there and that there is an overabundance of the male organ so that would make sense the crowd knows about that activity..(or something along those lines.) I loved that...couldn't help but giggle when you see JBL just going off and then start in on Tazz.

I don't know if you'd count this or not, but at SD/ECW house show back when Benoit was on the SD roster I was at a few yrs ago, there was a tag team match of Regal and Dave Taylor vs Jesse and Festus (the two were very new) and the crowd laughed at how Regal kept getting on his knees and hugging Taylor's midsection by his lower area, the crowd starts chanting "Brokeback Mountain" and Regal really starts getting pissed off. After his team loses, he's still holding Taylor and then gets a mic and says "I may look like a fruit, but at least I'm not from Kansas..." The crowd started booing and yelling more obscenities at him then that's when Jesse rung the bell and made Festus beat the crap outta him again.

I still love the WM 23 match of HBK vs Cena. Just as they were about to start, a fan storms the ring and HBK just sits on the corner turnbuckle and waves and smiles as she's escorted out. Of course it was edited out of the dvd and later, but if you watched the LIVE version, you got to see it. It was hilarious.

Gotta go with big show vs brock lesnar when the ring collapsed. I can never get over it and the crowd's reaction and the ref jumps like ten feet in the air. I still to this day don't know if it was a legit accident or a setup. But its gotta be my favorite EVER!!

I think another one that made me crack up was Wrestlemania 23, just as the Cena vs HBK match was about to start, a fan stormed the ring, it was only seen on the live play of the show. And HBK, being the crack up he is just sits on the turnbuckle as security is dealing with her and he does a little wave as she's being taken away.

I also liked during the attitude era, when Jericho (heel) at time was a title belt holder, he was on his way out to fight SCSA, and he was taking a little too long to get in ring. Then this male fan just comes out of nowhere and pops him, and Y2J tries to hit him and the fan runs off. Then Undertaker American Bad Ass theme hits and the lights go dark. I :lmao: everytime I see that on youtube.

Another Y2J moment, he seems to be a frequent offender, him and Christian were fighting Test, when Test had Stacy as his mgr. Then they both beat the bejeezus outta him. Stacy gets thrown into the ring by Christian, and then Y2J looks at Christian and says "Grab her Jay" pointing at Stacy, but calling Christian by his real name, being captured by the mic that hangs by the ring, or one of the camera guy's boom mics. :p Kinda funny slip of the tongue.

Mime would have to be the Australian raw tour last year and in 08, regal came out and versed Kendrick (both times I think) and we ( the crowd) are yelling you suck! Because he won't fight, then he gets on the mic and says how can I suck? I'm not Australian! To which we start the chant..."Regal's a wanker!" continues for about 10min,

Another that comes to mind is last year at raw in Sydney sheamus came out and claimed he was awesome etc, to which he got a reaction "Ranga!" (Australian colloquial for red headed people) and when chavo almost got into a fight with a fan

everytime wwe did a live show in ireland shawn michaels was there hes been jumped. theres 1 on youtube when he was walking to the ring he got jumped. and theres been 2other times i hate him myself and the rest of ireland must hate him to

I guess I'll have to go with ECW One Night Stand 2006
without a doubt one of Vince's biggest "oops" moments to NOT see that coming.

and for me personally, it was Stone Cold vs Undertaker at the PPV "WWF: Rock Bottom" in a burried Alive match. hell, that PPV altogether was awesome, been to many live events, but there is nothing like a PPV live.

One experience that I had was when Smackdown came to Monterrey, in Mexico.
In the main event, Jericho, and I think the Big Show, faced Batista and Rey Mysterio. When Jericho came out, almost everyone was booing to him, except for a few. Then he took the microphone and start saying that we were idiots. Then all the audience started yelling ''culero'', Jericho stop talking for a moment and asked ''What is culero?'', IT WAS SO FUNNY, and the audience was still yelling ''culero''.

Wow, how could I forget Wrestlemania 20! I'm of course talking about the match between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg. Plenty of wrestling fans already knew both of these guys were on their way out, and man did that crowd at Madison Square Garden let them have it. They just wouldn't stop with the "You sold out!" chants, and I can still remember laughing very hard when Goldberg and Lesnar just stood there staring at each other for what seemed like forever at the beginning of the match. Steve Austin looked seriously pissed.

It's funny because Stone Cold was the only one here to receive a positive reaction from the crowd, and he didn't even wrestle! Also, Goldberg being booed as he raised his beer or beers(I forget how many he had) to the crowd after the match made me chuckle. The match was a train wreck of epic proportions, and the only good part about all of this were the stunners that were delivered to Lesnar and Goldberg. This another moment where I just know Vince had to be on the verge of a major meltdown backstage.

There are so many! One of my very favorites is when Jericho pwned a fan at Survivor Series. As he was dragging Undertaker back to the ring from the outside, a fan yelled "Go back to Toronto!" and in the process of tossing Taker into the ring, Jericho yells back, "I'm from Winnipeg, you idiot!"

Botched live promos are also delightful. I think my favorite is the one where Sid screwed up what he was trying to say, asked if they could start over and JR said, "This is live, pal".

Lastly, who could forget SummerSlam 1989 where the sign fell down during the Rick Rude interview and Mean Gene is clearly heard saying "FUCK!"

My favorite live scituation happend at the 1997 King Of The Ring at the Providence Civic Center(its the Dunk now) thiskid with downsyndrome jumped over the guardrail to save Shawn Michaels from the ass kickin Austin was dishing out.It was great because the kid believed this shit was real and his favorite wrestler was getting a beatin and he wanted to help out,But the funniest thing was Austin never broke character and continued to beat on HBK with the kid in the way and everything lol.Austin was fn awesome back then.

I dunno if anyone remembers this but back in '06/'07 there was some sort of Battle Royal on ECW. During the match Kevin Thorn and RVD were both on the mat and the camera caught a close-up of Thorn who proceeded to shout "HEY ROB, I'M GONNA TRY THROW YOU OVER NOW!" in RVD's direction. It may not have been a live show but nobody thought to edit it out, haha.

Small thing for me. Raw during the height of SCSA attitude era. I do believe it was Vince out in the ring and he started talking and his mic kept cutting out. Austin grabbed the mic from his hand and chucked it towards the announce booth up on the Raw stage. You could see Vince calculating that he just had a 2k mic thrown and destroyed. Totally unscripted and the perfect incident of Austin not giving a fuck.

I remember when I was Live in Manchester, England for the first ever WWE Raw Taping in the UK. A fan ran from the back of the floor all the way to the Ring during the Main Event and was surrounded by about 4 of the 6 Guys in the Main Event. HBK threw him out of the Ring eventually and the Crowd loved it.

One think I LOVED personally, back in October 2, 2006, when DX took over RAW, they used to tape ECW prior to RAW. Big Show and Matt Striker were coming out to do a tag against Sabu and Sandman. Well this little kid about 1 or 2 liked Big Show and reached out to try to hi-five him, and Big Show looked mean and gave him a mean face cuz the cameras were right at the aisle were I was sitting since the ECW door was there, Then after the match, and the cameras gave the signal for commerical, Striker and Big Show (heels at the time) picked up the little baby and were playing with him. Totally breaking 'roles' at the time. LOL!!! Then later on during the taping of ECW, out walks Test for his match against RVD. And of course I'm sitting right by where all the wrestlers walked out and these people try touching Test and he pulls away and gives a nasty look, then this girl and her friend start doing this :la: to him and he just stops for a second and glares. Thank goodness it was not caught on camera. But I couldn't stop cracking up!! I just found my tape of it the other night and couldn't stop laughing.
