Favorite type of character

Spidey Revivey

Porn is okay here long as it ain't dudes.
I like the anti-hero personally. Though I get behind a character that makes me laugh, too. If these things go hand in hand, then you have a winning combination in my eyes.

Guess what I'm saying is I'm going to go see Deadpool opening day. What type of characters do you guys enjoy reading/writing in the fed?

I really, really love a wise cracking (maybe even funny) villain. There's no point in having a great good guy if the villain sucks. Picture Batman without Swartzenegger or.....bad example.....Batman Dark Knight without the hauntingly awesome performance by Heath Ledgers version of The Joker.

The bad guy in Avengers was pretty good, even Ultron was a pretty cool wisecracking bad guy.

I prefer faces over heels typically, and gimmicks over "normal" as long as the gimmick's not really stupid or really offensive. Being funny helps too.

I like the more Outlandish character that has a story to tell but is still a bit realistic.

People like John Doe, Dr. Zeus and Theron are my Top 3 that I enjoy.

I see Tony as more realistic than Outlandish but I still hope to add a bit of Outlandishness.

Me and the wife are gonna see Deadpool the 16th as our Valentines Day date.

I like people who think they're normal when they're not.
I love people who think they're not normal when they are, but that's only when written extremely well.
I like it when there's something different about a character since I've seen sooooooo much of the same sorts of things in all forms of media it's ridiculous (someone will hit my "fantasy" genre nerve someday and i'll end up banned oh god i'm angry just typing this) and fresh air is hard to come by these days.

I quite like "good" good guys, I'll argue all day that Captain America is awesome, and far more interesting than Superman. However, S.H.I.T being what he is, I have to write him as an exceptionally violent anti-hero

Like many, I too love the Anti-Hero styles. Oh I also like the Vigilante characters as well. But I always envy the comedic characters as I'm awful in writing comedy stuffs.
