My understanding is, and I could be completely wrong on this, is typically the arenas have the rights to use most songs during live events. Whether or not that applies to the impact zone I am not sure, but most arenas pay a licensing fee to use music during sports events. When they release a show on DVD however, they would have to pay for a separate fee for distributing the song. That is why the WWE a lot of times will go back and change songs on DVD from what they originally used. My guess is that TNA will just have their in-house guy make knock off's of the songs that the ECW guys used. Most of them have worked for TNA at some point in the past anyways, so most of them have had songs created for them already. I think Dreamer is the only person announced so far that hasnt had a song made for them in TNA, although the song they came out to on impact may be his, I'm not sure. I know several other ECW guys that so far have not been announced have worked with TNA in the past, such as Sandman, New Jack, Spike Dudley, Shane Douglas, Kid Kash, and Jerry Lynn, so I am sure they have music for them already made up. So while they probably could use their original ECW songs for the PPV, because of the DVD, I think they will most likely just use the songs they have made already.
