The Chavo Hornswoggle thing is getting out of hand I have a good idea have a loser leaves Raw Match or a loser leaves wwe match and have the midget lose already because one more match I see with those two iam seriously going to quit watching RAW i swear cant WWE find something better 2 matchs before the main event then Chavo and Hornswoggle how about Chavo vs Even or someone else its just pissing me off.

Thi is the stuff we are all fed when we have a PG rating. When was the last time w ehave seen blood on Raw?? It sucks to see what we once all marked out for, and were so excited to tune into each week, turn into this. 8 or 9 weeks in a row of this Hornswoggle and Chavo segment crap is a little too much to digest. This seriously has to come to a head in the next week or 2, or else WWE is going to get alot of negative fan mail and fan feedback. I mean seriously how is an overweight 4 ft 3 midget gunna outperform a 15 year cruiserweight veteran in the ring every week. If WWE wants it to look real to us, then dont put crap like this on TV. When have we ever seen shit like this come on WWF Raw Is War in the late 90's and early 2000's??? Never they had their best quality guys performing with the mid carders putting on a great show themselves. The mid carders back then had today's level main event storylines. Its sad to see what the PG rating has done. I still watch of course, cause im a fan and will probably always will be. I know for a fact that Vince and the creative team could put on a great quality show with a PG rating. Its just we have to cater to the children now, cause thats ALL John Cena draws. Fuck the children lol

Because I would very much to see an Online Petition effort organized and attempt to get publicized across the Internet stating something along the lines of "We the undersigned pledge to turn off Monday Night Raw" any time there is some sort of Chavo vs Hornswoggle match or angle on the program".

If that could go up tomorrow and have it promoted like Hell across the Internet for a week, with posters promoting this around all the online forums enough ... then maybe IF this can actually hit the Newsboards to take it to the next level, then that will open WWE's eyes. We know how fuming they get if spoilers get out across the net so obviously someone is reading the newsboards. But that is the key ... promote it enough so that it actually becomes organized enough to get it to hit the Newsboards.

...And this is the exact reason why I am watching TNA more and WWE less... I used to be a hardcore fanatic of the WWE, watching every show that came on... But with the recent events going on from the botched womens matches that look so sloppy to the Hornswoggle business that makes me feel like Disney has stock in WWE. (whats next, Mickey mouse coming out and whooping Randy Ortons ass?!) I mean how far do we really have to go as to have a home alone short with MacCauly Culkin making a cameo... And Now they are gonna have Bob Barker on next weeks show... All he will have for the people is a reminder to get your pets spaded or nutered.... Who ever the story line writers are for WWE should be placed in front of a firing squad.... The only thing that is saving WWE right now are the Heels like Orton and Legacy... I find myself enjoying watching them destroy someone from time to time... Next thing you know, DX will become PG... they need to drop the goody goody act and take it back to the attitude era when the story lines were the best, the fueds were great and the wrestlers actually had character!

It's Hornswoggle who's being dragged down by Chavo. The little fella get's more heat than most. He really should be feuding with Legacy.

Chavo is shit and he's only ever intresting because of who he's facing or teaming with. If it wasn't for this feud would people have suddenly decided that Chavo was ''underrated''?

I just looked back and this is the 8th time that Chavo has faced off against Hornswoggle in either a match or an angle. The week of August 10th was a one week reprieve as Mark Henry and Hornswoggle took on Legacy, however that was the only break the viewers have had in this feud.

2) July 13th (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (1 Arm Tied behind back)

3) July 20th (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Sharp Dressed Man Tuxedo Match)

4) July 27th (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Blindfold Match)

5) August 3rd (Raw)- Mark Henry w/ Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Hornswoggle

6) August 17th (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Falls Count Anywhere Match)

7) August 24th (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Boxing Match)

8) August 31st (Raw)- Hornswoggle vs Chavo (Bullrope Match)

I think on August 10th, there was a Legacy vs Henry and Hornswoggle, which was also a continuation on this theme. It's pretty fucking ridiculous that this feud has gone on for as long as a world title feud. If they must have Hornswoggle in the ring, at least change the opponent a bit. There are plenty of jobbers on Raw. Kendrick was still in the company for some of this time, they wanted to embarrass him, perfect. Instead, we see Chavo fight in ridiculous settings every week.

The whole angle is fucking shit. The WWE have just completly buried Chavo, nearly to the point of no return. Seriously, it's going to take ages to build this guy up again. He could be really good fueding for the US Title, but instead he has to deal with this shit.

Seriously, when they do RAW live in England, if this match is on then I'm gonna berate Hornswoggle like shit & cheer for Chavo.

I agree with Samnoisdead. I didn't exactly watch the Horny/Chavo match, I mean, why would I? I tune into Raw to see this? Wow. Way to go creative! But back to my orginial statement...Chavo should just quit. Like, he should pull an Eddie, come into the ring with his bags, a cup of coffee and basically cut the ultimate shoot interview that would even make Vince Russo proud lol. He should just cut on HHH, Shawn Michaels, Vince, his damn family and almost everyone in the back. I don't, however, think he should cut it on Horny. I mean, if you were horny, wouldn't you do the same thing week in and week out? Let's face it, yes Horny is bringing in money, but it's a pebble in the water when compared to what others are selling. I watched all of 30 seconds of the match and said to myself, "damn man, Chavo needs to quit.". I don't even watch TNA, but I'm sure he'd be used wayyyyyyyy better in say the MEM than on Raw. Let's just hope Chavo gets fed up before it's too late.

in my opinion, rather than having a fat midget fued with a jobber dressing up every week, they should build up a decent mid card fued. eg MVP v Miz, Swagger v Kofi, or something along those lines. Although the mid card has improved significantly, it could still be improved. Having like a 2 month long Hornswoggle v Chavo fued is insane. It has to stop. I forward-wind past these matches every week

I mean it's one thing to have Hornswoggle in backstage skits, but to have him pretty much make a mockery out of Chavo Guerrero week after week is just pathetic & nobody's gonna look good once this shit ends. If they really feel the need to milk the Hornswoggle character as much as possible, then they should have another gimmick stable like the Oddities or the JOB Squad. Remember the Odditites? Golga, Kurrgan, Luna and the rest? Why not have Goldust, Festus, Hornswoggle and some other throw away from Raw. I mean, has Festus even had a match since being drafted?

I've never really been a fan of Chavo as a character, but i've always had respect for his abilities in the ring, and to see how he's been used for the last year, never mind 2 months is saddening i feel. He's been relegated to wheelchair pusher, then he couldn't beat up a man in a dress, and now he's getting beaten in the ring by a midget on a weekly basis. On SD they have Rey to pander to the kids, and the only thing annoyingly ridiculous about Rey is his finisher, yet on Raw, the flagship show, this is what we get.

I'd follow xfear's suggestion without hesitation, but i don't watch Raw anyway, lol.

I thought overall this was a decent raw. But, the hornswoggle/chavo feud just is not for me. That doesn't mean it is wrong or doesn't have it's place it is just not for me. Cena as a superman/popeye style babyface is not for me. I have never liked DX (I always rooted for The Rock and The Nation). HHH as a babyface is not for me. I like him better heel. John Morrison is not for me. That doesn't mean that any of the people/things are wrong it just means that I don't care for them but I understand they have their place.

This is just getting dumb. Chavo comes from a rich family wrestling history. I really this isn't still from Vickie leaving. It would be just pathetic if that were the case. The guy draws major heat and can perform in the ring. He may not bring in the good ratings but he can do work on the heel side. He'd be great in the U.S title chase. Just sad...I really hope creative goes to hell and Eddie can look down from heaven and laugh at them. Chavo really deserves better than this and I don't blame him if he quit.

Last night was painful to watch. How can WWE make fun of The Shockmaster when they are having a grown man dress up like a cow, just to be bull roped by a dwarf? People who don't read history are doomed to repeat it. Overall Raw was a pretty decent show except for Hornswoggle/Chavo part 9. I mean I understand WWE wants comic relief but you have DX and Santino. They are in most of the skits, let them be the comic relief. The match wasn't funny the first time. It's certainly not going to get any better the next 10 times.

You could write a book on the Wrestle Crap we have seen just with Hornswoggle. Have Chavo feud with Bourne, if you want Hornswoggle to do a tadpole splash, then its fine. WWE has gone to the well to many damn times with these matches. No one is watching. When I heard that loud MOOOO over the speakers I was so ashamed to be a wrestling fan. Unless WWE stops utterly ridiculous matches they will find the majority of their audience tuned out. What is going to be next week, Bob Barker putting Hornswoggle against Chavo in a Plinko on a pole match? God awful.

These matches are accomplishing two things:

1) Everyone has stated, they increase the sales of Hornswoggle merchandise which is what the WWE is after. Can't blame them for continuing to put them on.

2) They are being used to build a pop for other talent that get involved with the matches. Before Henry was involved in the Swoggle angle he was getting next to nothing in the way of pops, now fans go nuts when he comes out. Bourne was in the same boat, people heard his music, but didn't really react until he busted out the Shooting Star Press. Now when his music hits people are reacting, they get excited. As much as the matches suck, they really are getting faces over that weren't that over before.

Personally I don't really like the matches, some have made me chuckle and some have made me cringe, but they serve a very important purpose and for that I can tolerate them. I'd rather endure 10 minutes of slapstick and see someone get over, than a match where two mid-carders tear down the house but get released the next week.

I'm not a huuuge fan of this either. But I can see why WWE does it. No body really likes Chavo. Every single kid in the world loves 'Swog. Take the one of the most hated heels and have the midget beat him every week while embarassing the bad guy. And as for your petition. That's not gonna happen. That has the same odds as Hornswoggle ACTUALLY beating Chavo in a real fight.

Yeah its a joke in some senses. But it makes the WWE money so sadly they are going to continue bashing Chavo into the ground like he is nothing. Which is a shame, but in another way it disproves a big statment that a lot of people always come out with, especialy regarding legacy. Just because you are directly related to someone, you will not be a sucsess, i mean chavo has been jobbing to Hornswoggle. I hope it ends soon.

Chavo is a good wrestler, he is talented, a former ECW champ, and i actually used to reely like his chartcer as Vikies servant kind od, but now he is nothing, and its a shame and a joke, but like i said before, from Vinces point of view, as long as he puts buts in the seats and cash in his hand , he isnt going to stop putting this on TV, so i think we shjould expect this for a couple of weeks yet.

I completely agree. If Chavo wasn't wasting his time with this feud, he'd be main eventing Raw every week having 5-star matches with HHH and Cena.

If Chavo wasn't in this feud, he wouldn't be on TV at all, and if he ever appeared, it would be in 30 second squash against Festus or someone. You want to know why Chavo goes through with this crap? He does it because he wants to keep his job. Chavo has never had any heat with the crowd through his whole career, or at least not without being associated with Eddie or Vickie. At least with this he gets some reaction, if only from some little kids who find him dressing in a cow costume funny.

What would be the point of an Chavo/Bourne fued? Chavo cant even beat the midget. Anyway Chavo is not a main eventer but he is a solid worker with a pretty honorable family heritage so i am sure WWE could think of something better than letting a Midget beat him up. Put him back in ECW to help young guys his warrior gimmick he was doing over there when he was champ was pretty good imo. Anyways it is not the midget thing that bothers me most it is making him wrestle in a cow suit, really that looked like something I would see at one of my local indy shows..not the good local shows but the ones were you can tell the guys trained each other in the backyard on a trampoline. I dont want to see any world class wrestler good enough to make the big leauges have to do shit like that. Oh well it is back to tje 80s for WWE I bet this just continues to get worse.

But, when I look in the arena, I sure as Hell don't see any of the kids wearing these hats. Ever.

I was afraid it would find it's way on the SummerSlam card, but it's even worse since it continues. If he's being showcased to the kids they are doing a terrible job, since last night marked the first time I can re-call the segment being down before 10 o'clock. This is why I'm hesitant to tell people I watch wrestling, you get someone to watch and then they see this brilliant programming making the wrestling supporter's case all the much weaker.

I support not watching it either, but I don't know if the petition would really help, because people usually have a bigger bark than their bite, so when you get people on board to sign something, whether they turn it is completely different. I repeat, however, I support not tuning in once the segment comes on.
