Tna is a small company,yes but they still put up very good matches at least one to 5 per month but the problem is they have lack of viewership and they arent famous enough for the wwe fans and that is why they dont watch it but going back to the topic does it deserve better ratings than smackdown or raw?For me tna deserves it because they may not have famous superstars but almost all except garett and brisco can put up good matches even robbie e can put up good matches time to time and they also have good comedy like the bro off and the bad influence especially the aj styles impersonating.
