I don't understand the concept of Vince basically running Raw. Isn't he the owner of the whole company? Why is he so partial to one brand? And Coach is a joke.

Stephanie as GM? Might work, but they've been there and done that. And as for the possibility of her trying to kill DX, that would be a bad idea considering that she and Triple H are married and have a kid. I know they've had people who are friends in real life feud before, but this would just contradict reality way too much, especially considering it's such common knowledge that the two are married.

JBL? That could work too, but he's a commentator on Smackdown and I don't see that changing.

Flair? I think I might like that since he's not getting anywhere as a wrestler and probably never will. And besides, he was the first person to run Raw when the shows split up.

Then there are Shane, Foley, and Austin. They all have promise, but I think ultimately Raw needs someone completely new as GM, which I understand would also be problem with Flair. I think it would be amusing if somehow Jim Cornette got out of his TNA contract (he hates Russo and has been moved aside anyway) and became GM of Raw. Now that would be a slobberknocker of a decision.

As for Teddy Long, I think he's a good GM, especially being a face. We already have enough heel leadership on Raw, so it's a good balance.

By the way, was I the only one who got mad when they were teasing having a new GM at two different points? One being right after Bischoff was removed and the other being when Vince decided there was no one good enough and just made Coach is executive assistant. Yeah, that pissed me off.

I was pretty mad about that myself, as I was looking forward to seeing who they would pick. I would like to see someone new as well. Dusty Rhodes would've been okay. His charisma would've made things interesting (though I don't know if I'd be able to listen to him talk every week). Personally I think they should bring in either Shane or bring Bischoff back. I really like Bischoff as the GM, and I wasn't too happy when they booted him. I also like the idea of JBL as GM, but I think he's suited to his role on SmackDown!. The least they could do is make Coach the "official" GM.

at this moment i dont find there a reason for a gm and that is because vince plays that role every week in some way or fashion....making coach the offical gm would b wrong..they should keep him as the executive assistant that way the general manager storyline is still open..down the line i see the possibility of this storyline resurfacing...perhaps after wrestlemania? but as of right now there is no reason for it...

I think that they should get a new GM, of course it has to be someone who can get the work done, and have a bad boy image. Personally I have no idea if this would work, but you never know. I think McMahon should leave tv for awhile. Maybe have his son take over as GM.

I like how Raw is with no GM. If anything, bring back Eric Bishoff. Other than that, there's no one I can think of that would be a good fit. I think a heel has to be the GM. I'll never see Austin as a GM, it wouldn't seem right, I'd rather see him in the ring, wrestling. As for Mick Foley, he's to busy with books to be GM and I can't see him as a GM either. I think maybe Shane McMahon could be a good one. If it has to be a face person as GM, then I'd go with Dusty Rhodes.

I think Heyman would be a good GM but highly doubt that he will ever be on WWE tv again, I think Triple H could be a good choice aswell for the short term, like Angle did when he was GM

A raw gm? Not right now, McMahon is doing a very good job and is a great heel. I would like to see a Austin vs McMahon type fued with Cena. They need to go back to the attitude era and cena has the potential to take them there.

I seriously would like to see Khali fired. But if they NEED a GM, they need a heel GM as face GM's don't appeal to me. I would go along the lines of HHH, he is a great heel and would do a great job until he comes back to the ring.
