Have a weird taste in music? Yesterday i bought three CD's. A Best of the Beatles CD, Metallica Death Magnetic, and T.I. Paper Trail

Whatever you like, you like. It doesn't matter what other people think of your taste, if you liked those CDs then there's no reason you shouldn't have bought them.

They're on the internet for free, would be one.

Bands today make millions regardless of CD sales. Same with their record company.

I meant there's no reason why getting three diverse albums is weird if you like them all.

And some people prefer the CD quality to the mp3 quality.

T.I kicks ass, he's album is sick, and soo much better than Lil Wayne's overated piece of crap. Anyway's it's good to have varied music taste. People who only like one genre must get bored. The last 3 CD's I bought were AC/DC, "Black Ice", TI "Paper Trail", and Kellie Pickler "Kellie Pickler". If you enjoy more types of music it's better, imo.

I purchased these at one time

The Best of Johnny Cash

Deathklok : the death album

NWA legacy

Echelon can attest to how fucking whacked that looked...

This. I downloaded a couple of Good Charlotte songs before I got the box set I told you about and the songs sounded better.

Edit: No Brian, not awkward, if you like the music, it shouldn't matter what people think. I get critisised all the time for my music.

You did say 'there's no reason why you shouldn't buy those CD's' and so I said there was a reason. Waste of money.

I do get what you mean, I'm just...doing whatever it is I'm doing here.

There's a difference? Seems to me that only geeks and their Metallica merchandise would care about sound quality.

It's true. We learned about sound in IPT, when you convert the file to MP3, it has to compress it and it takes away some of the higher frequency stuff (I think that's how it works).

I b ought a Z-ro CD, A Perfect Circle cd, a Cross Canadian Ragweed CD, and Zep's greatest hits in succession recently.

You're ok.

Fair enough. I can't tell the difference (mostly because I haven't listened to a CD in years) so it doesn't really bother me.
