A few readers are saying that they briefly saw a graphic on WWE.com for SummerSlam that featured Lita, Trish Stratus and Mickie James in a three-way match for the WWE Women's Title. However, the graphic was taken down shortly thereafter.

Are you kidding? Ever since her neck injury she hasn't done squat and has been a shell of her formerself in the ring.
 
Surely Trish won't win it. She's leaving. WWE don't do farewell presents.

Maybe, if it's true, it's just to start a Lita Mickie feud?

Apart from that who thinks who is winning which matches?
 
maybe then mickie will turn face and like idk hook up with cena cuz it'd be like edge/lita and cena/james ahah im just rambling right now
 
Yes but how the fortune's have turned for Lita, once she would be the one carrying other's to a half decent diva's match this time it was the other way round with Mickie James... and is her as a heel just not working? Mickie was hella over on RAW tonight and I think it kind of deflated the crowd that Lita won.
 
Yeah, Mickie will probably turn face soon enough. You have to remember that Lita's suffered a lot of injuries so, of course she won't be as good as she was before.

oh well, she still rocks to me.

im still a Lita fan...always was, and always will be.

shes awesome...and deserves to be womens champ...no doubt about it.
 
That's what I mean. I don't care if it's for a few weeks, at least she got it. Now when she leaves, I'll be happy knowing that she got one more title reign.

yep thats true...but i wouldnt be happy if she leaves with only 3 or maybe 4.

theres no reason for why Trish has to have 6 reigns !

that should be Lita with the 6 reigns... !

but im positive shes not gonna beat Trish's record that quick and soon.

oh well at least shes champ now...and thats all that matters. = )
 
Well I was quite fine with Mickie James going into Summerslam as champion, I don't care if it means Edge and Lita are the Champions of RAW.. Lita does not need the belt..I have been a fan of hers at one point and she's had a great run in the company but again I hence I see no point of putting the belt on her seeming as she is most likely leaving soon along with Trish Stratus and even when Lita doe's drop if she leave's she may kind of put over whoever take's it from her but still from what I remember of her since breaking her neck is someone who used to be good in the ring only to come back sloppy.. off balance get injured again..nearly damn well break her neck again and then come's back at Edge's side and has been at his side doing well nothing in the last little while.
 
WWE should let Lita hold it for a long time...possibly until right before she "plans" to leave.

i was thinking that Lita would hold the title, and at unforgiven defend it against Trish. although, she'll keep it.

after that, trish is outta the picture, and shes gonna be feuding with mickie...and beth phoenix is supposed to return....soo im thinking that before Lita leaves...shes gonna lose it to either Mickie or Beth.

but has anyone noticed...? Lita's been on a winning streak. Defeated Torrie, Maria, and now Mickie...

i think this means...Lita's gonna have the title for a while. but what i really care about right now...is that shes the champ. FINALLY ITS BACK WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE ! ! !
 
Umm so I guess Lita is the pin up girl for the whole Women's Division right now and is the only reason it will survive? Pah.

I respect that your a Lita fan.. and once was but face it .. to quote Mick Foley, "Your a washed up piece of crap!". Have you noticed how Lita defeated Torrie, Maria, and Mickie? Sure she is a heel but FACE it again she has been lousy in the ring and is pretty much the female version of Kevin Nash. Just because of what she used to be or defeatin one by putting your foot on the ropes or using a belt to win, does not mean one should carry the gold. Plus Maria and Torrie are hardly viable competition.
 
Well they were her opponents...she hasnt wrestled with anyone in a long time so just seeing her wrestle them was good enough.

please, you and I both know Lita can kick ass...Trish just got lucky that when Lita broke her neck...there was really no one to feud with Trish...soo she won it back and forth.

Lita is still the greatest...and will be. yeah its true, she used to be so much better and less messy...but she lasted in this business long enough...and is afraid to get hurt again. i respect her actions. but she still kicks ass. she can still wrestle...and compared to the other divas, with her leaving...the womens divison will be crap.

and oh i dont know if you recall, but during Trish's numerous reigns...she was a heel in some wins. she won by using the ropes. but oh well everyone still loves her. its a stage, and Lita just happens to be going through it right now. everyone will come around it. but bottomline, she kicks ass and deserves to be champ.
 
Lita was still a great wrestler after she came back from the broken neck, it's the knee that is really bothering her. I know that she isn't the wrestler she once was but, I'll always love her and I think she deserved one more title reign. Hey if John Cena can be a two time WWE Champ despite being a crappy wrestler, than Lita can win one more Women's Championship even if she isn't as good as she once was.

Yes so a heel can use the ropes from time to time to win fair enough. Sure maybe to you Lita "kicks ass". As for her still being able to wrestle, that's questionable just coz she might get the Edge (no pun intended) over her opponents doe's not mean she can wrestle have a look at well Kevin Nash.

As for the women's division being crap without Lita? That's crap on it's own right there. Despite Maria and Torrie not being quite adequate in the ring they have been training hard and trying to salvage what there is of a womens division. Plus have you forgot about Victoria? Beth Phoenix? Mickie James herself, or the up and coming soon to be Diva's in Angel Williams or Nattie Niedhart? As soon as WWE bring's some more Diva's in like Angel and Nattie then they will be ok, the Women's Division does not revolve around one wrestler.

Plus anyways Ric Flair "kick's ass", had numerous great battles during the day does that mean he deserve's to be Champ right now? No. kthxbye

^^ Please note Eternal Dragon, just because one was good or great back in the day doesn't mean they deserve to be Champ.
 
I know that, and you're probably right but, I can't help be happy. I'm just saying it's not like she's the worst wrestler in the world, and one more title reign won't kill anyone!!

Yea so one more reign won't hurt Hogan or Flair right? As much as I would love to see Ric Flair walk down that aisle with the World Heavyweight Championship, it just shouldn't happen whether or not if he is leaving soon or not. I was fine with Mickie James as champ as she still does have unfinished business with Trish and Beth but could have also fueded with Victoria or any new Diva coming in to WWE.
