Did the World Wildlife Fund ruling expire today?

I was just wondering because of the video posted in this piece on WWE's on website:

They didn't blur out the old "WWF" scratch logo, and Vince says the initials "W.W.F." multiple times quite clearly. Are they officially allowed to use those initials and logo again on their archived content, or did someone in production just screw up?

I thought maybe the settlement from 2002 expired after 10 years, but this report is asserting that WWE came to a new agreement with WWF which frees them from having to blur out the old logo on their tape library. With the WWE Network in the works, it makes sense that Vince would be willing to loose a few bucks to get out of having to do that.
