Big Ace, thanks for the challenge.. while others have obviously shown how much they like you, I don't actually know you and will give you the common respect of leaving the judgment at that.
A couple things I will correct you on though is this..
A.) Whether you were a founding member of the e-fed or not, you left it and it went fine without you. It was started by Jonny and given to you and I believe Prax? to run. Obviously you both left, and it remained working.. so how you can say you started it and it wouldn't be here without you.. is beyond me. Just another case of someone thinking they're above an entire group, sorry to say.
B.) As far as I'm concerned, you're a "legend" in the e-fed gaming era. Your name and e-fed's go way back on this forum. (again, likely because you were a founding member) So when you challenged me, I took great pride (as much as could be had) in knowing that as big of a name in the e-fed game as you are.. you'd take the challenge that was never laid out to you. I respect that.
C.) The challenge I laid out was for D.C., and D.C. alone. Hell, it wasn't even a challenge so much as me just proving a point to Enforcer. You see, something was started in which "The Banished" (such a great name, they really should thank Justin for it) told Enforcer he was nothing and blah, blah, blah.. well.. the fact is, Enforcer has nothing to prove to them.. they're nothing to this site, or our e-fed. Except whiners who continue going on and on, unfortunately.
So, I accept your challenge.. under the understanding that you rejoin our e-fed, if you're a regular member of this site. However because I'm not about to just go one-on-one for nothing, with every random individual who thinks they can replace the original person I was making a point against.. I won't be doing it for nothing. Join the e-fed, and RP against me there. Otherwise, sorry.
Now, all respect owed.. this is the one thing I couldn't help but notice you said.. that honestly made me lose a bit of respect for you. You see, if you don't "care" about whats going on.. why would you go to the lengths of actually telling us what they're talking about over there?
Hell, I'm honored if nothing more to learn that an entire alternate e-fed has nothing better to do than talk about us here at WZ, and myself mixed with the Police.
But.. because I'm tired of the issue.. I wanted to address it in one final statement.. so I hope David, D.C. and everyone else who wanted to be involved reads very closely.
FINAL STATEMENT: (Unless unfortunately pushed more)
Originally I was slightly worried and even stressed, because the fact is there was "talk" of myself and Rebecca on this forum.. and without actually reading the facts, someone could take that as an online predator issue. However after discussing this matter with an actual Police Officer I'm more relieved to know what I do now. Allow me to share..
1.) MSN conversations can NOT be used against anyone. Because anyone has the ability to forge and fake an internet conversation through a messenger system.. they can NOT be used. This means that David's "conversations" of me claiming all this is real.. as well (unfortunately) as David's threats against myself and my Family.. can't be held up.
2.) 16 years of age is the legal age of consent in England, which means the only way this matter would be considered "predator-related" or "illegal" is if I was trying to convince Rebecca to come to the United States. Which has never happened.
16 years of age is also the starting point to the legal age of consent in almost every State in the U.S.. which means, Rebecca was old enough, even as an American, to make her own decisions and the only way "I" could be caught as in any type of trouble.. is if I had sexual contact with her.
3.) The ONLY way "I" could somehow find myself in trouble over this situation, is if the above happened. (sexual contact) And the Parent/Guardian of Rebecca wanted to press charges.
So, unless David suddenly became Rebecca's Father.. he's shit outta luck on having something done regarding it. However, here's where it gets good.
4.) I.P. addresses can be traced back to the actual person. This includes the I.P. address of any user who sends e-mails. I have, saved on file, as well as sitting in my folder in my hotmail, several harassing e-mails from David.. in which he is harassing a 16 yr. old girl.
The Police officer I spoke with said that because (from a view point) both are in England, it would have to be a matter taken up over there. However, because "I" was mentioned in these e-mails, "I" could press charges against David if I wanted. (however--) It would become an overseas issue, and get very messy.
Now, because I don't fancy going back and forth and helping David figure out if suicide is the right answer or not.. I'm just going to ignore the moron out-right.
As far as him sending files or anything of the sort over me being a predator to Crave.. I've also been informed (by a Crave rep.) that they would look into it.. and if the thread itself seems like one big "fake play" then it'll be dismissed instantly. So, David, have fun trying to convince anyone that over 20 people took part in a real online wedding.
And with all that.. hopefully.. I'm finally finished with dumb, dumber and the banished collective.
Wait, David is English? This is awesome. So I could challenge him to fight and call him a pussy when he does nothing? He can't say no. I'll come to him.
