Cut this image out for me?

Can anyone cut this out for me and make it look smooth still? I'm pretty good with photo editing, but I am absolute shit with cutting.

Either that, or make it on a transparent background instead of the white. That's all I really want to do in the first place.

Also, if anyone knows a good font I could download that looks like sewn on letters I would greatly appreciate it.

Was actually able to do it myself. But if anyone has any good fonts for sewn on letters that they have, please let me know it would be appreciated. I'm probably going to try and search Deviantart and those sorts of sites a little harder.
