current state of WWE. what are your thoughts?

hi everyone,
i have been a WWE fan for many years now. however i do not like what has been happening lately in the WWE.
i can totally undertsand why joey styles quit as the RAW announcer. i don't watch RAW because i dont have pay tv but i read on wwe.com why he quit. and i totally agree with the reasons behind his resignation, especially in reagrds to Vince McMahon mocking God (along with Shawn Michaels as well as millions of peoples beliefs). i recently brought Backlash 2006 and was appalled with how Vince McMahon mocked God. it made me feel very disgusted that someone could be so morally corrupt and mock God the way he did. some people may have found it funny and entertaining but i sure didnt. and shawn michaels being ganged up 7 on 1 was a complete farce. what ever happened to matches where 2 wrestlers would go at it (or in this case three) and see who the best wrestler is?
also on Backlash i was disgusted with the segment where Eugene made Matt Striker eat his booger. i have no idea what the purpose was for that. that wasn't entertaining or funny, i mean what did that segment have to do with anything?
i wonder why im still a fan of the WWE fan. and i know what he answer is. its becuase of the wrestlers. its those wrestlers that travel all over the place and give it there all, time and time again, who put thier bodies on the line and risk serious injury to entertain the fans. and im pretty sure thats why a lot of other people out there love the wwe.
compare the wrestlers to the owner of the wwe, vince mcmahon, a person who in my view is morally corrupt and does not care about anyone (especially the wrsetlers) but himself. i mean think about all the wrsetlers he's screwed over, they read like a whose who of wrestling: The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H. Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart.
now dont get me wrong, people are entitled to beleive what they want such as whether God exists or not, but to go out and mock God the way vince mcmahon has done is simply inexcusable and perverse.
it seems to me that theres no respect these days in the wwe. no respect for peoples beleifs (as ive stated above), no respect between wrestlers (eg. kurt angle breaking randy orton's ankle, Mark Henry intentinally injuring wrestlers) and no respect for the wrestlers from the wwe fans (eg. fans hating john cena. now some fans may not like john cena but he deserves the fans respect).
anyways thats my two cents worth. i just wanted to know what do u wwe fans think about the current state of the wwe? does anyone out there agree with what i said? or do u like where the wwe is at this point in time?
before i finish i just wish to say, please respect my opinions and thoughts, as i would anybody elses.

The current state of WWE at the very moment...which is NOW...isn't too bad, especially because of the whole WWE vs. ECW angle. Otherwise, both RAW and Smackdown are dull.

However, I'm not sure if they're going to continue with this directly once ECW starts airing. The only reason why I'm watching WWE is for those ECW segments.

And about all those offensive storylines? Vince McMahon is Vince McMahon. He'll do anything to attract attention and earn more profit. You can sort of expect that from him.

I have to agree with WWE fan. Why mock God to attract viewers? What's that all about. "It's just scripted" That don't make it right. Why would you script something like that? I'm sorry Vince has done a lot of stupid things in the past, but messing with things like GOD is a bit much and over the edge, too over the edge if you ask me. Personally Mr. Born again Christian, Shawn Michaels shouldn't have agreed to even touch that much less be in the storyline about it. If you are one of those that doesn't care or doesn't even believe in God, thats your choice but I think that the majority does (I hope to think so) and I think that he stooped too low. It wasn't funny, it was wrong. Some of us believe in God, and think what Vince did was inexusable and unacceptable. I'll be honest, I changed the channel in the "God" segments, that's all I can do.

Hmmm wwe tv itself is pretty boring, the ecw story line has made the last few weeks ok.. and the D-X and 'old kane' stuff should make good enough tv, seriously tho they need that belt back on Edge, that kid is money

Well, you have to understand that before watching any wwe programe it will say, it might not be suitable for certain viewers. And dont forgot that wwe is funded by the american goverment, which is mostly in controll of Jew's not to mention the media aswell.

The whole God thing I wasn't with but other than that WWE's doing pretty good. ECW is gonna be huge for WWE as well as One Night Stand PPV. Raw is solid and Smackdown! has it's moments. WWE is solid now but I think ECW and really bring them up.

Arent u the guy i told off for disrespectin Kane? I watched wwe when i was like 3-4, then i stopped. Ive now been watchin since NWO '04 and have usually been lovin it. But wwe is really losin steam rite now. Here ar sum examples...

Vince MOCKIN God? WTF?

The WWE's new figurehead-Cena-being BOOED? WTF?

Vito wearin a DRESS? WTF?

And those are the crazy reasons. WWE will loose RAW and SD! viewers to ECW and they know it. Smackdown is almost done as a brand. Come on! JBL retiring soon, Benoit takin months off, then a possible jump to ECW, Taker only wrestling PPVs, jumping Orton back to RAW, Batista still out on injury, loosing Tazz to ECW, no draft, and possibly giving the World Title to ECW? My opinion, let the SD! superstars jump to ECW or RAW. I'll explain. Teddy Long says that the SD! superstars can join ECW or RAW. Then the superstars who jump to RAW, along with RAW's current roster, will compete on RAW and SD! and WWE's current PPV roster. And ECW's current roster along with the jumping SD!ers will compete on all ECW shows and PPVs. I sure hope that the ECW wrestlers can compete at the inter-brand PPVs like Summerslam, Wrestlemania, Survior Series, and Royal Rumble (and actually give ECW a world title so the winner could compete for one of two, or three, world titles). Thats all have to say.

honestly, WWE can be better now ! but i think they are running out of ideas and dont know what to do next. these storylines are getting really cheesy. you can predict what might happen right away. it used to be so much better. i think the spirit squad needs to go. they dont even belong in the main event spot.

The Spirit squad doesn't need to go but they don't belong in the Main Event. They have some good wrestlers, Lets fix the tag team division. Now that we have some good tag teams. And the creative team on Raw and Smackdown isn't very good, while a lot of people didn't like Russo, he sure did a better job than the one's running it now. The storylines need some elp.

i agree, realblackhart. but they should split up the SS. there all good singles and tag wrestlers, so move 2 to SD!, keep 2 on RAW, and move the other one to ECW. that way every body gets some quality talent. the 2 teams then should be given the tag titles, and one of the teams can keep the SS gimmick.

randy ownzz angle. angle is actually pissing me off lately. he seems to be really into ecw. he doesnt even know what theyre all about and hes all into it. cant stand it.

Smackdown is gettig the piss taken out of it, all the big stars going the joke that is khali, Henry, boogeyman and finlays midget. Smackdown really is the inferior show.
