You and I Might..But Some Black People Do
Benjimin is a great athlete, colege educated, who has great wrestling skills, theres nothing uncle tom about that. I rather him bring his momma to the ring as opposed to him bringing a 40 and a pistol.
Its College..if your gonna try and son me, do it properly..second i never called him an uncle tom, i called him a whippin boy...and id rather him be true, which he isnt, cuz everyone of his promos seemed forced...CT promos even tho it was one, was as close as Blacks act, which made them comfortable, which made it enjoyable
And please define being black. Because if cryme tyme is the poster child for being black then we are looking at a screwed up poster. Michael jordan, Oprah, jesse jackson,Robert johnson,Denzel Condaleza Rice, just to name a few do not act anything like cryme tyme.
Dont Compare WWE Supastars to Successful and Legendary African Americans..i never called CT poster children, now your putting words in my mouth..they are being as true to the Black Stigma as possible, of course its over the top, but they are as close as being true AA than anyone else...which makes them comfortable and is why they are more fun to watch than Benjiman MVP and Lashley
So are they not acting black, are they uncle toms? Please dont be ignorant your whole life
Your Sounding like an Uncle Tom Right now, i didnt say that
My last thought about this all is that I am not offended nor am i up tight about the Cryme Tyme Gimmick it works for me I thinks its fun and great and i hope they go far. I just feel that as a black man who with young kids who who trys to teach them that there is no line, you dont have to act black or white you just have to be you. IMO cryme tyme is not act black cryme tyme is just acting like cryme tyme the individuals. We need to stop stereotyping. And it just makes me upset when a "brotha" makes coments like those. It isn't about sand in vagina, what ever the hell that means, its about self-respect.
That was really touching Bryan Gumble
