I can see this getting trashed as soon as a mod comes into the section. Anyway I'll give an answer, both men have spent time in ECW. With Jericho being in the original and Punk in the WWECW version. I'd go with Jericho, he has the experience and has spent time in a hardcore environment (ECW). I couldn't see Punk going down without a fight but Jericho has had battles with Mick Foley when he has been at his most dangerous. Anyone who can do that deserves credit in a hardcore match. Jericho has won countless ladder matches which would help him out in an extreme rules match with punishing his opponent to the point where they can't get up. This would go to Jericho for his experience in gimmick matches.

i started this thread and if you want investment here's a scenario. Punk would pick Jericho up for the GTS, but Jericho would counter it into Codebreaker.Unfortunately, Punk would roll under the bottom rope outside of the ring. Jericho would go outside and get Punk and roll him in the ring.But when Jericho gets back in the ring, Punk thai kicks him and picks him up for the GTS. He hits it and wins the match.

Seriously man, why did you make this thread? How would win the match? whoever is scripted to win the match. You need to put more effort in making threads and read the rules of the forums. You could have made the thread into something with more effort such as "If Chris Jericho returned to the WWE, should he feud with CM Punk?"
