It's not really saying much that a woman with minimal talent is better than a woman with no talent. I mean, Jillian > Rhianna.

Well, they're both screaming banshees, but Jillian knows it and makes fun of herself for it. Britney still believes she's a relevant artist.

Britney ceased to be relevant several years ago. She has been overtaken in pop by the Disney machine of HSM and Miley Cyrus, along with all the latchers on that go on them.
 
Yeah, we don't speak of this "HSM" and "Miley Cyrus" in Britney land. ^_^ Womanizer broke Billboard records, I'm gonna go ahead and say that she's still pretty relevant (if that means popular anyways...).

By relevant, I mean in innovator in the pop scene. The pop scene is being feuled and controlled by the Disney machine. She topped the charts in the same way that Paul McCartney topped the charts. She has the name power to do it. If you released a collection of the Beatles Greatest Hits tomorrow, slapped a fancy name like "Platinum Collector's Edition" on it, it would top the charts. But it wouldn't matter to the industry. In the same way, Britney is no longer a relevant force in pop music. She tops charts because she's Britney Spears, but next month no one will care.
 
But people DO care. I've never, ever in all my years of running and viewing fansites/forums seen more news than I do on Britney. Not all of that is about music, but believe me, when she has a new track out or a performance or even promotional posters for her albums it's plastered everywhere.

How can you say that, Britney is one of the most important singers in the pop music, just look at "Blackout" sales, without any promotion she sold more cds than madonna with Hard Candy, and while Miley, Jonas Brothers and all of the Disney stars might be the new pop stars, none of them have been innovators of the pop music, so I don't understand how the new pop stars can be innovators when many other artist did years ago what Miley and the Jonas brothers are doing now.


And tomorrow she's gonna perform on X Factor, I bet that performance is gonna be much better than the last two:)
 
I am in LOVE with the beginning of her Star Academy performance. The part where she's singing behind the ring, and then it goes up in fire. <333333333333333333333

I don't give a shit if people are bitching about her dancing, at least she's got some of her stage presence back. It's no "Stronger" at the AMA's, but it's something, and she just started performing live again so yeah...stop complaining people!

ZOMG I just saw it. EPIC! EPICCCCCC I SAY!

When she did the booby shake + hairflip in the beginning I ALMOST DIED and then towards the end when she did the whole dance to "Superstar" and flipped around her hair some more, I really did die (*ded*).
