There's quite a few things they can put on a Christian Exclusive DVD. I personally am not going to mention the obvious matches that they would/should put on the DVD(ECW Title Victory, World Title Victory, E&C Matches, the matches you mentioned, etc.)
Here's a few matches I could see and would personally enjoy seeing on a Best of Christian DVD, and I'm putting it in no order(time frames, best matches):
John Cena vs. Chris Jericho vs. Christian at Vengeance 2005 - This was Christian's first opportunity at a World Championship so why not put it on, he doesn't have to win every match put on his DVD, and I think this would be a good one.
Christian vs. Jack Swagger in Christian's WWE Return/ECW Debut - When Christian returned, it was on WWE's ECW and his first match was the very night he returned in succession against ECW Champion, Jack Swagger, another match I can see added.
Lance Storm and Christian vs. Edge and Hulk Hogan at Vengeance 2002 - This was for the Tag Team Championships and Christian and Lance Storm went on to win the championships that night, so why not put this on the DVD as he was victorious over the now retired Edge and a legend in Hulk Hogan.
Kane and The Hurricane vs. Chris Jericho and Christian October 14, 2002 on Raw - Kane and Hurricane were the Tag Champs going in but once again, Christian pulled off a victory alongside Jericho to win yet another Tag Championship, so I would add it on.
Christian vs. Chris Jericho in a Steel Cage Match on May 10, 2004 on Raw - This was after their Wrestlemania encounter and this was an awesome cage match for free tv. And while Jericho won, Christian injured himself causing him to be out for about 3 to 4 months.
Christian vs. JBL vs. Undertaker vs. Muhammad Hassan vs. Booker T vs. Chris Benoit in a 6 Person Elimination Match for the "Smackdown Championship" June 30, 2005 on Smackdown - I don't add this for the match quality, but this is where Christian was drafted to Smackdown and he was put in a World Title Match whereas at the time, both world champions were on Raw(until Batista was drafted right after the match in which JBL won).
Tommy Dreamer vs. Christian for the ECW Title at Night of Champions 2009 - Dreamer went in as Champion but Christian walked out as champion. I personally enjoyed the match and it is usually one people forgot as Christian won his 2nd ECW Championship.
Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian at TLC 2009 for the ECW Championship in a Ladder Match - For anyone who has seen this match, there is without no doubt they would add this match a highlight reel.
Christian vs. Zack Ryder for the ECW Championship on ECW, September 22, 2009 - While I doubt they would put this on the DVD, I think this match was amazing, it had alot of nearfalls, counters, and good wrestling, I believed Ryder was going to win at certain moments but Christian ended up retaining and it would be a good match for his DVD.
Kofi Kingston vs. Christian on Smackdown for the Vacated IC Title - While I do not remember the exact date for this, it was a great match up, and this previously made it on the High Flyer's DVD but I could see it making the cut here. Kofi won but it shouldn't stop it making the cut.
Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio in a Steel Cage Match on March 18, 2011 on Smackdown - Christian won this and this was a pretty good cage match. Del Rio was number one contender and Christian beat him. Good match plus big victory, needs to be added.
Those are quite a few matches I can see making it or hoping would make it, if they were to have a Christian DVD(most likely 3 disc set), which is why I named those few, plus his obvious matches making it.
But that's just me and some of my favorite Christian matches.
