Paul Orndorff was a buddy of Hulk Hogan's, then an antagonist of Hulk Hogan's. He did big business in the 80s, but then again so did anything and everything associated with Hogan. Aside from his quite frankly marvelous moustache, he's not got a massive amount going for him otherwise. Randy Orton on the other hand, oh boy... I'm not going to read Orton's resume, instead merely put this: Randall Keith Orton is arguably the most underrated wrestler of his generation.

He has countless good to great matches, had stellar feuds, always gets a reaction no matter if he's heel, face or tweener and has maintained a top position in WWE longer than most others have managed. Orndorff was away from the main event as soon as his association with Hogan ended. Orton's has endured throughout his various incarnations: Legend Killer, Age of Orton, Viper, Apex Predator, Authority Puppet, Wyatt Member, whatever, he's always a legitimate contender and extremely capable.

This ends the only way it can: RKO for the 1-2-3.

I don't have a lot of time for Randy Orton, but he has, when a heel, pretty consistently beaten the biggest faces of his day. Orndorff on the other hand was solid but unspectacular as a face and then spent his time as a heel getting crushed by Hogan.
