Cena put the crowd to sleep, Miz woke them up.

Cena might as well have taken himself out of the feud last night by delivering one of the worst promos I've ever heard.

A war of words between Miz and Rock would be much more interesting. Hopefully the next time we see the Rock on RAW he'll shit all over Cena's lame ass "final knockout" and instead address the Miz.

There was no reaction for Cena last night cos we had heard it all before... like people are saying the rap he did the week prior was good (i hate cena but ill give him that one) and this week was just lame

The only reason Cena is still the face of this company is because little girls still scream for him and little boys still buy his t-shirts... THE MAN CANNOT WRESTLE AND HAS TO BE CARRIED IN EACH AND EVERY MATCH HE IS IN.

And the Miz WILL be the future of the company once John Cena pisses of and gives the limelight to people that actually matter such as Miz, Ziggler and JoMo!

Cena Sucks... end of!

Carried? In ever match? :lmao:

So I guess Justin Gabriel, Wade Barret, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus, Miz, Morrison carried Cena? When Cena was in the company year's before they were.

How about Umaga, Khali, Lashley. Did they carry Cena, hell no!

Cena's the face of the WWE because nobody else can fill his role as top face. He sell's alot of merchandise, ticket's and is a very hard-working superstar. He's as every RAW, house show, and Smackdown. Sometime's while filming a movie (unlike somebody else).

Morrison? He does'nt know how to relate to the crowd, his strikes are terrible, he takes 5 second's to set up his moves, his mic skill's are on par of another released superstar. He does'nt improve, or atleast try to do better.

Ziggler's got a bright future ahead of himself. He'll be a future World Champion. He's got charisma and talent.

Miz. He's the WWE Champion. And it's obviously that WWE feel's really high on him as a top guy.

I don't know what some of you guys was listening to lastnite, but compared to most of the crap John says in his promos lastnite's was pretty good. It wasn't better than his first rap, but it was better than that crap he did last week. Now he did have me worried when he started off cause he was saying some nonsense, but when he got to insulting The Rock in the form of Hip Hop not Rap lol he keep my attention.

He plays as if The Rock is a joke & he doesn't take Rock all that serious cause Rock is never there, so what he said lastnite was fine he is playing right along w/the storyline. The Miz promo was AIGHT he oversales himself IMO he seems to be tryn to hard, but the disrespect he showed to the Rock was good. I hope he doesn't lose at Mania.

BTW the crowd wasn't dead they just boo the hell outta Cena cause they was pro Rock. I hope you ppl really didn't think the ppl was gonna just go along w/Cena just cause he cut one good promo lol. Cena will never get more cheers than Rock!!

The crowd wasn't asleep during Cena's promo. They were listening, and giving out clearly audible heat and some cheers. The crowd wasn't happy with Cena, even though they all know what Cena is saying is true, but they want none of it. Cena's promo was rock solid, of course it wasn't going to be a knockout blow, he needs to leave room for the Rock to reply. Stop saying you heard it all before. Give me a break. Both Cena and Rock are trying to hammer home their points. Rock will keep saying he loves us, Cena will keep saying Rock doesn't, and he left WWE and didn’t care anymore. This is perfectly fine. If they both kept going out and flinging new insults each week, it would turn into a bore, a feud with no meaning. Eventually, it will take a new step in a different direction.

Miz was a welcome addition to the segment, showing dominance over Cena, and cutting a nice little promo, which was all that was needed. Miz needed to reintroduce himself into the scene, and he did it perfectly well. So the crowd wasn't asleep, and if you think they were, take the TV off mute :)

I have to give credit to the Miz. He didn't say much, but he had actual emotion this time addressing The Rock and Cena. Instead of doing his usual robotic heel voice, he showed some intense emotion that actually got my attention. Hopefully this means The Miz won't be an afterthought anymore. I'm not crazy about the guy, but he is WWE champion. As long as The Miz (and to a larger degree Cena), keeps showing more emotion and less sarcasm the better.

I was very happy to see Raw result in such a surprising scene. I hadn't expected to see Miz at all since I thought his "Raw protest" was an excuse to be in another city shooting an interview or working a radio show. I honestly was surprised to see him, and since I'm not a huge fan of Cena (especially his promo last night), Miz's interruption was pure timing gold.

I honestly thought the crowd seemed into pretty much everything going on last night. I was happy to hear a fair amount of enthusiasm for the Ziggler match, and it was obvious in Austin's return that he was the home town hero. I was especially surprised to hear that the Texas crowds are still in love with "the Great One" each time Cena tried firing off one of his (barely) rhyming insults.

Over all, it was a pretty decent show with a nice crowd. Glad I tuned in this week. :)
