Celebrities/Athletes in WWE.

We all know that around Wrestlemania, Vince loves to use celebrities and superstar athletes to add antiocipation to the event. We've seen Pamela Anderson, Mike Tyson, Donald Trump and now Mayweather, among others and my question to you is this:

Which famous celebrities/athletes would you like to see get in the ring and what exactly would you like to see them do?


Some of the ones that came to my mind were Jeremy Shockey of the NYG, Bruce Willis, the ultimate action hero and Rob Zombie (who if you think about it could be an awesome manager of a stable if they wanted him to be).

Ricky Hatton - When they come to England. Him in a fight with someone like MVP would be awesome. Hell, he can win the US title! Thats irony for ya.

i guess the rock would count for this category now...after all hes made it big time in the film industry so would be a film star not a wrestler now!! but im only dreaming!!
would love to see sylvestre stallone...but i guess they missed their chance to have a cross promotion when the last rocky came out!

as far as i don't mind seeing celebrities appear for a one-off appearance, i'm not a big fan of seeing them in the ring. all you have to do is look at the likes of david arquette and 'Pacman' Jones and you can see it doesn't work.

out of the examples you've named, only tyson really played a role in a match and even then it was minimal.

with mayweather i think wwe has missed it's chance to push the big show and instead is getting him involved in a pointless feud against a guy who's not a trained wrestler. if show loses which he most likely will, how does that help wwe push him in the future.

celebrities at ringside for promotion is tolerable, but not in the ring making a respected athlete look ridiculous by picking up a win against them
