Buying or streaming??

So Wrestlemania is 2 days away. (YAY) And it got me thinking because this is the only PPV that I buy or actually go to every year. All the other ones I just look for a stream online. ( Sue me, you all do it too.)

But answer me this: Do you usually buy wrestlemania, look for a free stream, or do you not watch it at all?

I haven't ordered a Wrestlemania since 2005 (WM21) and it was a complete accident that it got ordered. I usually just try to find a stream but it takes forever. I'm buy it online through WWE.com and I've never done it before.

I usually invite some of my friends over and we split/buy it. I would never buy it alone the pay per views too expensive nowadays. So yeah I'll be buying it this year.

Paying to watch wrestling these days is what's dumb. It'd be one thing if it was still the late 90s and you were going to see something epic like HBK/Austin, but why would I want to shell out the same amount of money for Cena/Batista? The WWE product isn't what it used to be, but they haven't adjusted their prices to match.

I'll be streaming. If I had the money and my DVD recorder hooked up to my TV right now, I'd buy it, sure. But I'm broke as fuck, I can't afford FIFTY DOLLARS for a damn PPV.

My logic is pretty sound kid. I only pay for things I need to, if someone offered me free internet I'd snatch it up in a second. But why pay $50 for a PPV when I could watch it online for free? This is likely going to be the most profitable Wrestlemania in WWE history, I highly doubt Vince will be pissed about my $50.

No what you're doing is calling me and other stupids because we choose to use a stream instead of pay for the PPV. You started the name-calling buddy, you didn't see me or anyone else calling you an asshole for paying for the show.

I'm paying $3 for an uninterrupted stream and hooking my laptop up to my TV to watch it. Screw playing Stream Roulette.

I think Himmler needs to cool his jets and stop making value judgments on people who stream. The economy sucks, and $55-65 for a lot of people for 3-4 hours of entertainment is asking a lot. For that price, I could either go to a baseball game, buy a video game, or go out to eat or get shitfaced.
