Now, as you may well know, after weeks and weeks of suspense, Brodus Clay re-debuted last week as the Funkasaurus. Now I don't think the gimmick will give way to a more standardized monster heel persona as time goes on and he gets more over with the crowd (as seems likely - but eh, I like comedy gimmicks), so I may as well do a little suggesting:

When Brodus Clay takes a turn for the worse, why not dub him (referring to his old discarded gimmick):

The Lizard King (complete with entrance music)? There's your monster - an oldie and a goodie.

Now what do you say?

I don't know why people always want a heel turn/face turn. Why can't you just sitback and enjoy his gimmick for a while?

But I am, I really really am. I'm bubbling over with excitement over here. Enjoying is my forte. Really. And what I'm proposing here (if 'proposing' is the word) doesn't necessitate a heel turn at all.
