bow down

maybe, try your luck???

I'll be at the game Saturday to throw oranges on the field.

The Panthers came out with a great game plan, but they couldn't execute and they couldn't tackle. Throughout the first half they were putting pressure on pike and he was avoiding it. Pike played well along with Cincinnati as a team. Pitt had multiple chances to tie the game up and our receiver would fall flat on their feet. Stull threw a pass on 3rd and 11 that should have been caught but it hit him right in the hands. At that time the score was 14-7. we had to punt, Cinci got the ball and marched right down the field basically putting that game out of reach. For once in my life I can't blame Dave Wannstedt and his coaches when he had a great game-plan. As a coach he can only do so much, he isn't out their throwing or catching the ball. He's coaching and IMO he did a great job. Pitt showed a lot of heart battling back from a 21 point deficit but in the end they fell short, and rightfully so that team in Cinci is one hell of a football squad.

The Presbury Falcon Stabbers have a higher low-ball average for the entire pre-state play-ons in the county tri-colonials though.

Cincy's defense is just so damn fast. it's probably the fastest defense in all of Div 1 from what I've watched. Pitt is a helluva team, it's just that that defense drives people nuts.

I agree.

Pitt needs a QB though, Stull isn't cutting it, and Bostic sucks.

Sunseri might be the answer but we wont know until his jr year.

That's the thing though, everyone assumes they are going to the Orange Bowl, but theres a chance they could go to the Sugar Bowl too.

isn't it an Automatic Orange Bowl bid though? You'd need to move up to the top 12 for another BCS bowl bid.

Im hoping for a Gator Bowl bid now. At least it'll get us some recognition.

From what I remember
These are the champions.

Rose Bowl:
Big Ten vs. Pac 10

Fiesta Bowl
Big 12 vs.

Sugar Bowl
SEC vs.

Orange Bowl
ACC

NCG
#1 vs. #2

Depending on which site is hosting the National Championship Game, the Bowls select different teams at different times. So since the Orange Bowl this year is hosting the NCS, the Orange Bowl picks the last at large team to play the ACC Champion. The Big East Champs play in a BCS Game, but they are not relegated to any game like the other conference champions.

The BCS Sucks, if you can decypher that, good luck.
