Bourne Pulled From RAW and NOC

Dave Meltzer reports that some time yesterday, Evan Bourne was pulled from the Six Pack Challenge for the WWE United States Title at Night of Champions. Once Bourne was pulled from that match, he was supposed to face The Brian Kendrick on RAW last night but was also pulled from that match that saw Jerry Lawler take his spot. No word yet on why Bourne has been pulled.

Strange... I hope he hasn't been suspended...

I don't see Bourne as the roid type to get suspended. He looks too good and clean to do it, compared to someone like Kendrick. I would have thought it to be another injury maybe? Or he's doing the next WWE film? I just don't see him as being foolish to break any policies?

There's nothing on his past saying he's had a drug problem!

This ultimately cries out "wellness policy violation", but it truly could be an injury or something else.

It's possible he used some sort of "magic pill" to help him recover from his ankle injury and keep his physique while he couldn't work out. The dude does have some pretty ripped abs ??!!

Time will ultimately tell what the problem, or lack thereof is. Meltzer has also been known to misreport certain items, so take what he writes with a grain of salt.

The way the guy throws himself around it's entirely possible he's injured. Having said that, for a small guy he's ripped and not exactly stick-thin. If he'd violated anything it has to be released anyway so give it a few days and we'll find out. Injury is more likely though.

Wait... what?! Bourne may be small but he's absolutely fucking ripped from my point of view. Top notch shape. Not that I know what roids do or anything. And I certainly don't know anything about fitness. But still...

If it was a wellness violation they wouldn't have booked him again after being pulled from NOC to face TBK on raw. They would have just suspended him there and then i assume. I think it might just be him resting his bump like Lariat said.

I think that too, His Injury seems the most logical part of this situation, they will probably have him heel up before pushing him to the moon once again, its not a bad thing mind you at least the WWE cares about him.

If it is wellness policy I would be shocked seriously he doesnt seem like the type to violate the wellnees policy, also COCO to reply to your question Steriods gives you more mass and repairs injuries, so a guy like Batista or Trips I or even Cena i would say Steroids at one point but for someone like Bourne maybe Ethadrin, caffeine some kind of fat burning drug to help him get lean but other then that i dont think he could get done for anything else, I remember helms getting stopped at customs for creatine supplements he baught from holland and barrett (that was funny).

Would have thought that WWE would have mentioned it themselves, but since they don't have the opportuniity to film a 'qualifying match' in order to replace him, i guess they'll just either not mention it, or they'll bring it up in passing during the PPV.

WWE are usually pretty quick to mention a wellness violation too, so i don't think that's the case personally.

I think it is just an injury from that spear Show drilled him with. I'm sure he'll rest up and we'll see him ready to fly around the ring again in time for Summerslam.

He better be on the card at least for Breaking Point or Hell in a Cell. I think they could play him up well, get him into the clusterfuck that is the battle for the US Title and have him take it from Kofi and clean that whole mess up. He could defend it against Swagger for awhile to build up both of them. Otherwise, I'd love to see him in a tag team with Kofi after he passes the title.

Innocent until proven guilty people, considering the knocks he took against Show i wouldnt be surprised if he was pulled because he was carrying an injury.

In any case he beat Swagger last nite on Raw, couldnt have been a suspension then...
