To be honest I couldnt care if he was or not all I know is the team of Black Snow and Chet Lemon were a million times better than Don West and Mike Tenay. I know Booker T was pretty terrible when you look at it, but I do beleive that Kevin Nash should be on the team he cant wrestle anymore, and he is good on the mic he sounded professional. Either way has to be better than Don West.

The January 29 edition of TNA iMPACT averaged a 1.18 rating, with 1.6 million viewers. The real story, however, was the difference in viewership between the first half of iMPACT which featured the Main Event Mafia takeover, and the second half where Mick Foley took back control.

The Main Event Mafia takeover storyline was clearly a hit with viewers, as the first hour of the show averaged a 1.22 rating, with an impressive peak of 1.27.

The rating dropped significantly for the second hour, which featured the return to normalcy after the M.E.M.’s takeover. The second hour averaged a 1.11, including weak 1.07 and 1.04 quarter hours to finish off the show.

Evidently, there seems to be quite a few people that enjoyed Bookah and Nash...

I think that viewership dropped as the show went on because people got lost interest. I began watching the show during the first hour, turned b/c of Booker's voice got on my nerves and than forgot the show was on.

Booker babbling just highlighted his ego problem. He wants attention and acted unprofessional. Nash and Steiner commentary was pretty good. At least they let each other speak. Booker was too much. The commentating, beating refs, fighting with the mic. he just over did things. however he got what he wanted because people are talking about him, and he successfully ruined (or helped) the show, but at least he overshadowed the show.

Booker sounded like Don West doing a Cattle Auction.Nash says something hilarious once in a full moon but as color,he doesnt flow.Steiner announces like he doesnt NeeD a mic but on commentary sounds like a gay choosing curtains! Angle played the baddie like some low ratings sitcoms nasty boss (laughs out loud,overacts line,wave hands about).
While its been said in the past that ECW could bring on its new talent by making them color commentate.This was fun & interesting for a while & made a change from the 90 minutes out of 120 we usually get off feuding wrestlers standing in the ring ,mics convieniently on hand "Blah blah blah-you suck"."No,blah blah blah,YoU suck" "Okay,we,ll settle this ,,next week!"
Having said that,when Jim Cornette ran in & said Shows oveR Back to normaL,I was kinda relieved too.

It is funny how much attention TNA gives WWE publically whereas WWE gives little to no attention to TNA much less mention their name. Nash even refered to Earl Hebner screwing Bret. And they breifly spoke about it. It is definately not Book's cup of tee, he was trying to hard.

So i know this is about Booker T as JR but his acting skills are horendous. I mean come on, I was just watching Impact tonight and he thinks he is a big time gangsta. Just the way he talks is rediculious and annoys the hell outta me. They need to give him a new gimmick cuz it also reminds me of when he was King Booker. The voice of being royalty made my ears bleed and this goes for right meow. Saying crap like 'punk ass' and shit like that is stupid...he needs to learn how to actually talk. Maybe Jackie Chan can help him learn english
