Book This! - General Discussion

Well avitus hit me up with a review, Proph and Peep, I hope you are next. I might make another round of reviews on new shows soon when I see which ones are up, I haven't been looking close lately.

I also need to get some work done on my show.
 
Smackdown might have to be delayed a little depending on how busy my week is, but it should still be up by then... Would appreciate some reviews for RAW if anyone gets chance :) Might make another round of reviews later...
 
Sorry for my lack of activity around these joints of late. I finally got to posting 2 of the 3 posts for my 2nd show. Have to type up my main event contract signing and then things are all down for that episode. Will have that up later as I need me some sleep.

Also I believe I owe out some reviews in return from my past episode. I'll be sure to get to them after I finish up my show.
 
In an amazing spot today I finished several segments for Smackdown. It'll be in recap form just so everyone knows. That also means matches (waits for heat) but I'm happy with it so far. Going to get some mid card guys some air time this week. Everybody love some Carlito! And the review for TSG is coming, slowly. It'll arrive by the end of the week.

I'm having a short break too - timing it with the end of the football season. I have one SMACKDOWN left before Survivor Series so I've got a monster to write soon but I have a week off after next week so that's my aim.
 
In terms of reviews I owe one to GCB, Prophet, and Aviatus. I'll post of a review of the next episode you post if an abundance of reviews is there. If not I'll do the most current one and I'll wait a week or so before posting a review. You have my word that a review is coming guys, don't think I didn't forget y'all.
 
Hi everyone.. well I think I was wrong.. my last post said I would come back to my BT but to be honest I've lost the passion for it. I'll admit it, bad form by me, and I take all the blame. I think one of the reviews mentioning Eddie G was spot on and I didn't feel right using him even though he was kinda fun to write. In any case I was thinking about a new project, but you get so many ideas like a WCW revisionist or a Smackdown after the Draft or even another TNA where you have a go at transforming it into Impact Wrestling. So many options it's hard to decide on which one to go with..

I really like writing an alternative and BT is just such a fun concept, I hope I can put together something and post it soon... BT is great and I have a blast reading all your shows!
 
Just do a time and company which interests you; for me it is mostly modern BTs. No point just picking a place, doing one show, then moving onto another one.
 
My real dream (not really) is too get a nice joint book this going of 4 or so guys and running it successfully. It is near impossible and has failed countless time. Though it is something I'd like to look into once/if mine and Peeps BT runs its course.

WWE 2007, three guys each controlling either RAW, Smackdown or ECW. That would be something I would join in a heart beat.
 
I've been thinking; we basically just need more people coming in and commenting/reviewing our stuff, not booking their own stuff.

I'm going to try and review each new show when one is posted. Just got stuff to do. Also I have Smackdown finished, with the exception of the Main Event. So probably tomorrow is when it will be posted.
 
I mean from other sections. All they would have to do is read our shows, give a little bit of feedback. Theo is damn popular around the forum, he could maybe bring some people in.
 
If your project is good enough it will get comments and stuff. If you take a look at GCB, he isn't a huge member of the forum. Yet he has one of the most viewed projects on this site. And keeping to a project, when I started I'm sure I have 4 or 5 different projects that were shit. Keep with one and people will invest time in reading. Simple as that.
 
Oh, and by the way, Aussie fellows, The Rapture should be coming in a few hours to you guys. tell me what it's like ;)
