Try this this.

1. Unplug BB from PC.
2. Launch the Application Loader like you were going to install something.
3. While the app loader is attempting to connect to the BB, plug the USB cable into the BB.”

I don't know. Hopefully, this was just a bad time for it to break. I paid for my Pitt season tickets. I bought a new "toy". Paid off some debt.

blackberry replacement is 100 bucks for a new phone if the reps cant fix it. I don't want to pay 100 bucks for the same crappy phone
