I have to poop.
As much as I'd like to slap myself for bringing this up, I actually liked Zeke back when he was "The" Brian Kendrick's bodyguard. He did a good job in that heel role mainly because it required nothing more than presence. He's shown that he can excel in a backdrop role where he's nothing more than a pounding force doing someone's bidding. The idea of having him join Vickie's stable as the tough guy would have worked more for me if Swagger was a Ziggler-sized wrestler. But it still has potential if the turn Zeke into a character who seems content at just being an match-interrupting musclehead or intimidator rather than someone who just has to be pushed for some sort of title.
Could you imagine a monster heel that thrives on just being a foil instead of concerning himself with the strap? It would be like Mark Henry 2.0 (his 2000-2008 heel stuff) but with an actual affiliation that keeps him relevant.
