Will headline this years Bound For Glory as it was announced on iMPACT! last night.

Keep all discussion here.

I said it from the beginning. Kurt Angle all the way. Jeff Hardy and Anderson are either not really ready to carry TNA, or for that sake should carry TNA.

Jeff Hardy has his drug case to deal with, while he should be more than welcome to do some feuding here and there, he shouldn't be a champion. Certainly not until the case is solved. Besides, there's way better choices in the promotion than Jeff Hardy to hold the championship, especially considering while Jeff is over, he doesn't really need the championship.

Mr. Anderson is really the guy I feel isn't ready to hold the championship. Or well some might argue, I don't see him being a world champion at all really. He doesn't have that world champion shine to me. And just like Jeff Hardy, he shouldn't be in line for a world title due to other choices available which are by far better choices.

Kurt Angle is just the final solution, and the best choice. He haven't held the championship for a while, and he has been popular as ever since his face turn. Kurt Angle, heel or face is one of the best, if not the best option right now to run with the TNA world heavyweight championship.

Kurt Angle without a doubt is going to win this match. Jeff Hardy has his drug charges so Im pretty sure Tna isn't going to put the title on Hardy. Anderson so you see I think Anderson would win this match if Kurt Angle didn't have the if he loses he retires stipulation. I definitely think Anderson is ready for The Tna World Title but sadly he's not getting it at BFG. Kurt Angle is winning this match without a doubt for the simple fact that he's not retiring and Tna isn't stupid enough to pull off some bullshit like having a three way time limit or triple count-out.

Kurt has the whole "if i lose, i retire" deal, but does that go into effect if, say, Anderson pins Hardy??? By doing this, they can give Kurt a little time off to fully heal up (he did hurt his ribs at No Surrender) and give TNA time to kill off the Anderson/Hardy alliance thing.....Thoughts??

I completely agree with you. Changing this to a Triple threat match makes it more exiting because they can pull something like this off. If it was just Anderson vs. Angle you would go into the PPV already knowing Angle would win, now it anyone game, Except Hardy because he's going to jail.

I will call it now, ive told everyone who asks, Kurt will win, and it will result when Kennedy and Jeff have a spot where Jeff is supposed to trust Kennedy, and Kennedy will stab him in his back, resulting in him becoming heel, which is why it is still played in the background that Jeff has laid trust in Kennedy and Kennedy hasnt let him down. Plus does anyone see Kurt retiring right now? I mean when he is ready, it will happen at BFG more than likely, but it will be in a match that is bigger than this, and will be marketed as Kurt Angle's last ever wrestling match. This in my honest opinion, is what is going to play down at BFG

my hope is that Mr. Anderson finds a way to win the TNA World title without Kurt Angle retiring, sadly, it seems like there isnt too much of a way around it, so Kurt Angle is the likely default winner, BUT i would be happy if Anderson or even Hardy won the title because it would be fresh and they would be first time TNA World Champions, but if i had to make a predicition, Kurt wins.

Jeff can't win for obvious reasons, Anderson can, as JCreed said, pin Hardy tho and Angle didn't lose so there's an option for that, but since right before Angle left (his match with Ken) and upon returning he has been on fire, and at the very top of his game, I love Anderson but I gotta go with Angle for the simple fact he is lighting shit up, and I really hope this match lives up to the matches he had with both of them in singles competition

I don't dislike anybody in this match so no matter the outcome I will be happy, although I am sure I'm not the only one who would be shocked if Jeff Hardy won given his pending charges.

I guess there is some chance that Jeff will win - I mean, they let Angle retain his title when he was facing charges. I really don't think it's likely to happen though.

Personally I would want Anderson to win it, maybe via a heel turn, whatever, but even if he stayed face I'd be very happy. I have a feeling Kurt will win though, and I'd be fine with that. Like Whatsinaname696 already said, Angle has been booked incredibly strong lately and it would really make the title seem legitimate if he were to win it. I'm looking foreward to watching this match.

Hardy is only in this match because of his popularity and drawing power. But for reasons everyone knows about he has absolutely no chance of winning this match.

Angle is probably going to win it. Hes been mowing down everyone and is red hot. The only problem with him is that hes basically faced all the top 10 contenders in some way over the past few months. Is there still drawing power in a match in which Kurt already beat them before all in about under 15 minutes.

Anderson is ready IMO and could use it making him my number one choice. If hes going to win he needs to go heel but i don't get peoples logic on him turning on Hardy. If anything he needs to cheat(preferably a chair shot or something like that) to Angle causing him to get the three count. Retiring one of the biggest names in wrestling gets you way over, winning the world title in the process...priceless. Of course since he cheated Angle wont really retire but take some time off and then come back saying he wasn't beat cleanly so hes not retiring.

What a disappointment. A triple threat to headline the biggest PPV of the year? Not easy to pull off and I don't see them doing so here. Really, how often are triple threts disappointing? A solid 80% of the time, I'd say.

Ayway, I guess Anderson wins here, or something. Hardy isn't winning, we know that, which is another reason why it should just be a 1 on 1, Angle v. Anderson. Kurt could win, I suppose, because he's Kurt freakin' Angle. Just think it's time for Anderson to get his shot with a World Title. I definetly agree with the whole he'll pin Hardy theory as well.

Kurt Angle would seem like the logical choice since he has been in a major storyline chasing after the world title. If he loses then he "retires" and it doesn't look like Angle will retire anytime soon. Then again, Angle has said that he he might be on the verge of retiring in the next year or so. I don't think we will see Jeff Hardy walk away champion because he is a liability.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Anderson to turn heel and become the new TNA heavyweight champion either. If Anderson pins Hardy then technically Angle didn't lose the match, but he lost the championship. If this were a 1 on 1 match or even a elimination match then I would put my money on Angle. I still think that Angle may walk away champion with Mr. Anderson challenging him for the title next month.

I'm not a fan of triple threat matches either, but if this match is booked properly it has the potential to be match of the year.

I for one am glad they decided to go with a triple threat (3-Way) concept for the match instead of a one on one contest. Angle vs. _______ would have been a blatant Angle victory for the World Championship. Now, there is some question as to how this match could end. Will Angle pin Hardy or Anderson? Will Anderson turn on Hardy, which seems guaranteed in a 3-Way match? And what happens to Angle if Anderson pins Hardy or Hardy pins Anderson? These are all questions that help build the drama for this match.

The other interesting subtext to this entire situation is the power struggle happening between Hogan, Bischoff, and Carter. Will this manifest itself into the title match itself where the three keep changing the rules on one another? Will "they" interfere in this match, and if they do, will "they" back any of the competitors in the 3 way match?

I have a feeling the match is going to be athletically great as I really do like all three competitors in the ring (and everyone is right, Kurt Angle is on fire as a wrestler right now). But I think that we are going to get a lot of outside interference in the match which could damage or help the match, depending on your opinion. I predicted Angle in the poll, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Anderson wins by pinning Hardy. Hardy is a guaranteed fall guy in my opinion. Whomever wins is probably going to win by pinning Jeff Hardy. I'm definitely going to get Bound for Glory next month, and this match is a big reason why.

If anyone actually thinks Hardy will win, please GTFO.

Kurt Angle is the easiest choice here. He has the whole "If I lose, I'll retire" thing going. The man has time left in his career. I doubt he'll retire anytime in the next 5 years. Like many posters have said, Anderson is not ready to carry any promotion on his back. I see him as being overdone as a face with the whole "asshole" thing he has going on. He needs to become a clear cut heel again if he's going to hold onto the World Title in TNA. Anderson will however hold the title sometime within the next 6 months. Mark my words. Just not at BFG. It would honestly surprise me if anyone but Angle walked out the champ.

Using this match along with a WWE match as an example makes a bit of sense. Wrestlemania 24.. Orton vs. HHH vs. Cena. It's the same concept. The difference being you have 3 faces instead of only 2. WWE used the aforementioned match to establish Randy Orton as a legit heel. This set his career for the future and now he's one of the WWE's biggest draws.

TNA can do the same here. Mr. Anderson needs to win this match. Listen, in regards to their TNA statuses, Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson are the least established stars and Anderson would likely be under Hardy in that category. Seeing as though Hardy will not be winning this match, I think Mr. Anderson could be established as the biggest heel in pro wrestling if he causes Kurt Angle his career. Right now, Anderson is making waves in TNA and if he wants to make waves through all of Pro Wrestling, the best thing you could do is have him upset the best wrestler in the world. If they put him over at BFG, he could carry TNA on his shoulders for a year if necessary.

While the concept of a Triple Threat is not the most entertaining thing in the world ( in most cases ), I think Hardy's in this match for nothing but the "holy shit" spots. The guy is deffinitely not going to win the belt, but I'm hoping he does some crazy ass shit and jumps off a plane on Angle or something.

As far as Anderson and Angle go - I don't really care WHO wins, they're both phenomenal. If Anderson wins, then okay - dandy. He's great on the mic, can go in the ring, has the charisma, always draws the proper reactions from the crowd - what more do you want? If Angle wins you get the awesome matches, the intensity and the fact that he's a dying breed of a wrestler - a true technician.

But, as long as Hardy doesn't win, The B.F.G Main Event will be ideal. I trust in these guys' abilities to make it a super good match. It's not like you have Rob Terry in there.

I agree with u the heat that Anderson could get 4 "ending" Angle's Career it would be amazing. he would definetly be the top heel in wrestling in 2010. that would be TNA's equivalent of John Cena or somebody else ending Taker's Streak.

This is a no brainer here people. TNA is not about to let Kurt Angle go. They are handing him the title at BFG. This was a way for Kurt to say 'If I am not a champion again soon Im out of here'.

Kurt is the choise for afew reasons. He is good but he is not the best. Pope should have been in this match, HE is ready to hold the gold. Nope. they drop him out and put the green light on Kurt to take the title.

Personally I think it's a slap to both Hardy and Anderson even though neither of them need to be holding the title.

Anderson really isn't a TNA champion type. He was never a WWE champ either. He is good on the Mic. He is like some midcard players. good for something like the TV title that AJ carries but not the TNA heavyweight championship.

Hardy, how do I put this. He is a druggy and doesn't deserve to be where he is. like in WWE they got rid of him, don't be fooled. He didn't leave on his own. they let him go because he wouldn't get off drugs, Im sure he's still on them but he won't end up in jail cause which Judge would send someone as popular as Jeff to jail. you know how much people would hate them? just M. Jackson, his fame will keep him out but because he sets up a bad example he should not be given a title. atleast RVD was soing Weed, a harmless drug compared to the rest.

So in this the best bet is to give Kurt just what he wants. the TNA title. Goodie. Like we didn't know this one comming.

I know this is alot of negativity but I'd rather watch EV 2.0 and Fourtune. That is a TON better.

Kurt Angle is going to win this. He is amazing right now and with his retirement angle going theres no way I can see him losing. Jeff Hardy wont be winning due to his law issues and theres still the posibility he will be doing time, however he will be champion at some point if he indeed gets off with parole or something. Its already been reported the only reason RVD was champ was due to Jeff being arrested, and it makes perfect sense for him to win it after his issues are settled.

In Anderson's case, I dont know. I really dont want him to win. I see nothing in him other than him being ridiculously overrated and his gimmick in no way works for me. I cant cheer for a man whom is going around calling himself and the fans "assholes". I figure he'll win it eventually, as worse than him have won it in the past, but not now. certainly not with Angle as good as he is right now.

Kurt Angle wins, hands down. He said if he doesn't win the title at BFG he is retiring. He's not ready to quit yet, and then he will go on to face RVD is some pretty sick matches.

Kurt Angle all the way,by the way AJ should have been in the mix or joe a TNA original should have been in in place for hardy,

Jeff Hardy: No, not as long as the court case is over his head. Although he could go to jail (not likey, he will end up with one of those "next time you do it, you will go to jail, etc etc")- Even afterwards I think TNA will be a little shakey about a TNA World Championship run until they feel good about him. With any luck Matt Hardy will come to TNA and then Jeff will have something to do...

Kurt Angle: The safe bet, the whole "I'll retire if I don't win" thing- which does sound like it includes if Jeff gets pinned by Anderson. However...

Mr. Anderson: TNA have fucked themselfs, they have no soild Heels right now. If they have Anderson turn Heel and win, by pinning Kurt NOT Jeff he will become the biggest Heel TNA could ever want or need. Because Anderson retired Angle. On plus side, as we all know being retired in wrestling doesn't mean shit (Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Terry Funk, etc, etc), so Kurt could just take some time off, maybe write some good storylines for TNA and return. Everyone is happy.

it will be a great macth but after that something will go big, i think bound for glory will be full of surprises like finaly "they" are gonna show up, it just feels different this year as they promote it like TNA will never be the same it would not be just some ppv (at least I hope so couze its a chance to do something big), I imagine Sting helping Mr. Anderson to win and then he would reveal that he is also the member of "they" and "they" would be hell group with hogan, bishoff, sting, and some of the young guys involved if not if there will be no surprises i think Kurt Angle will win

Odds are good Kurt is going to win but here's what would like to happen.

I would like Mr. Anderson to pin Jeff and become World Champion with kurt saying since he didn't technically lose then he's not going to retire (like he did on iMPACT). Then I would like to see Anderson go back to being heel and trying to retire Kurt and succeeding.

Will this happen? I doubt it. but it's what I would like to see happen.

This should be great match as long as long as each man can hold up their respective ends. I wouldn't mind seeing either Kurt or Anderson walk out as champion but Hardy I'm not so welcoming to see. I can see the match either going Anderson winning by pinning Hardy whether cheating or not. I could also see Kurt winning by making Hardy or Anderson tap. I'm really looking forward to see how the great chemistry b/w Angle/Hardy and Angle/Anderson can work its way into this match.
