Nancy apparently confronted Chris about it and he refused to change it. Nancy also found out that Chris Benoit set up a new bank account in the name of his ex-wife in Edmonton. 4.) Hulk Hogan formally WCW star claims Chris Benoit’s deceased wife, Nancy. “She was into devil-worship stuff. It was part of her [wrestling] character, but [she was] somebody who gets so close to their character, someone who gets into their character too much. Sometimes these people believe their own publicity.” 5.) Chris Benoit recently had set up a second address for mailing purposes. 6.) Chris Benoit’s profile entry on the Wikipedia website was changed to note that he missed the WWE Vengeance pay-per-view, “due to personal issues, stemming from the death of his wife Nancy” 14 hours before the Benoit family was found dead. 7.) McMahon cautions against ‘rush to judgment’ in Benoit case. (Then why is he doing what he asked us not to do? by removing all benoit’s info off of WWE when he doesn’t know the truth either?) 8.) a year ago he became paranoid and believed he was being followed. He wouldn’t let Nancy leave the house because he believed “someone was out to get them.” (Could Kevin Sullivan been the someone?) 9.) a Bible was placed near each murder victim. (Could this be because Chris Benoit turned religious with Eddie, and Kevin Sullivan was Santanic?) 10.) no attempt to hide the bodies. (Could this be because someone wanted it to look like a murder suicide?) 11.) It is well known that Benoit was not a drinker of alcohol ( could the beer cans and wine bottle be props) 12.) “Roid Rage” doesn’t last 48-72 hours people. 13.) If Chris Benoit (or any person) was gonna kill his whole family and his self why wait 3 days? and look at the time periods? someone was there and did this as torture, and who else has a motive to do this … Kevin Sullivan… 14.) He was due to win the only title he had never won at the pay-per view, and he doesn’t show up? come on. Fayetteville police department need to get off there butts and do this properly… If it wasn’t Kevin Sullivan then it was someone else. But all of the proof is showing it was not Benoit. 15.) Isn’t it funny that Sensatial Sherri Martel died the same night as Nancy Benoit and she was hooked in with Kevin Sullivan (did she know something and had to be kept quite?) and the former tag team partner was found dead in his bed (Biff Wellington) these doen’t seem weird to anyone? 16.) Chris Benoit was at the doctors office on friday… witnesses said he was polite, nice, friendly, smiling, soft spoken, posed for picture, signed autograph… (this doesn’t sound like a man going home to kill his wife the same night… )
17.)It is well known he would always take a flight home if only for an hour or two just to spend time with his family before going on to the next show… (this would give reason for him being there before the pay-per-view event also would go with the theory of him being peronoid that some one was out to get them….)

Chris Benoit was scheduled to appear at the WWE Smackdown/ ECW live event in Beaumont, Texas

3:30pm
A co-worker received a voice message from Benoit. The message from Benoit stated he missed his flight and over slept and would be late to the WWE Live Event. The co-worker called Benoit back, Benoit confirmed everything he said in his voice message and sounded tired and groggy. Benoit then stated, “I love you”. The co-worker stated that it was “out of context.” (Hmmm could he have been giving him a warning something was wrong, maybe someone was there killing them one by one)

3:42pm
The same co-worker was concerned with Benoit’s tone and demeanor and called Benoit for a second time. Benoit did not answer the call and the co-worker left a message stating “just call me back.” (Hmmm another sign somthing wasn’t right)

3:44pm
Benoit called the co-worker back stating he didn’t answer the call because he was on the phone with Delta changing his flight. Benoit stated he had a real stressful day due to Nancy and Daniel being sick with food poisoning. They discussed travel plans for the WWE Tour of Texas with Benoit still sounding groggy at this point according to the co-worker. ( hmmmm someone forcing him to call back so no one would call police so they can finish the job)

4:30pm
A co-worker who consistently travels with Benoit, called Benoit from outside Houston airport and Benoit answered. Benoit told the co-worker that Nancy was throwing up blood and that Daniel was also throwing up. Benoit thought they had food poisoning. Benoit stated he changed his flight and he would be arriving into Houston at 6:30pm. Benoit told the co-worker to drive onto the WWE event. (Hmmm and no one is still reading between the lines here)

5:35pm
Benoit called WWE Talent Relations stating that his son was throwing up and that he and Nancy were in the hospital with their son, and that Benoit would be taking a later flight into Houston, landing late, but would make the WWE live event in Beaumont. ( ok come on people … first his wife and son where sick, now him and his wife took his son to the hospital?)

6:10pm
A representative of Talent Relations called Benoit. The representative from Talent Relations asked Benoit what time Benoit was getting into Beaumont. Benoit responded he was leaving Atlanta at 9:20pm Eastern time arriving into Houston at 9:24pm Central time. The representative from Talent Relations advised Benoit that it would be too late to make the WWE live event in Beaumont. Benoit apologized citing he had a family emergency. The representative from Talent Relations suggested to Benoit that instead of going to the WWE live event in Beaumont, Benoit should take the flight to Houston, rest up and be ready for the Vengeance Pay-Per-View event. (Oh come on … obviously someone is there and he is trying to send a message something is wrong)

6:13pm
The representative from Talent Relations called Benoit to reconfirm the travel plans with no answer from Benoit. The representative from Talent Relations left a voice message to take the flight and rest up. (OMG this is the perfect time to call the police)

WWE made several attempts to contact Benoit via phone and text messages, as well as, the local hospitals in the Atlanta area. As of 11:00 pm Sunday night there was no contact made with Benoit. ( Now they decide to start calling people… and if benoit did do this and these were his friends then why not say I am sorry or forgive me or something….. not send them his address that they already know….NO! cause someone was there murdered them and sent the text messages so they would be found, to make it look like a double murder/ suicide, DUH!!!!!)

I am no CSI or Profiler But come on people it is right there in your face… A Victim being accused ….. The police need to do their jobs.

WWE contacted the Fayetteville County Sheriff’s office and requested them to go to Benoit’s
residence

WWE received a call from the Fayetteville County Sheriff’s office, advising that they entered
the house of Benoit and found 3 deceased bodies (a male, a female and a child). The Fayetteville Sheriff’s office has secured the house as a “major crime scene” and that the Fayetteville County Sheriff’s Office had no further information.

This all could have been prevented if they would have paid attention to his warning signs that someone was killing them……

There are a lot of People who also sees things the way I do… and I am sure there are many more people who also do… just not the right people…

I'm not saying that I believe it, I'm just saying that it has a lot of valid points. That's something the Cobain and Tupac theories do not have. Maybe I just still dont want to believe that he was capable of being a killer.

Definitely wishful thinking, no doubts there. But I to have always found it shocking that Benoit was capable of this kind of thing. The brain scans showed he was definitely not 100% mentally, so it's entirely possible that it was him.

I think it would be good for the police to look into this though, it does have some valid points. How huge would it be if this was the case???

That's been around for a while. If I were to think of anyone capable of it, it would be Kevin Sullivan. There ahve been enough studies on Benoit's Brain to show that he wasn't there. The lights were on, but no one was home. The Chris Benoit we all watched for years very well could have been dead for years before the incident.

You know what I think? Well, just keep this between you and me. Quite a lot of people agree with me, actually. Well, I shan't keep you in suspense any longer. If you observe the case closely, it almost, almost seems like he killed his wife, his son and himself. Look for the signs.

I think a lot of people really just dont want to believe that one of their heros was capable of killing his wife and son. So it's really somewhat comforting to think that their's hope that he didnt do it. At least that's how I feel about it.


And to the guy that asked my sources, it was some old wrestler that's now a preacher. His name is Johnny Lee Clary. Just google his name and you'll see his Benoit article.

It's all an interesting web of details. I remember reading about how Benoit had missed the house show and maybe wouldn't be a Vengence because he had to rush home and see his family. The first thing I thought was his family was in danger and prayed that he be safe. I didn't read any spoilers except the Vengence results until I turned on RAW the next day and watched in horror of the news I saw.

I was shocked, floored, and near in tears. My first thoughts were foul play and then the facts started coming. I work at a Superstore (canadian wall-mart if you will), and for the next month all I saw were magazine covers of my hero and what he had done. It was damn near heartbreaking at times.

It is a mystery what happened, and nobody for sure will ever know. What you brought up could be true, and I'd like to believe it, but until the day happens when and if the cops do find something else out, I have to believe that what happened happened, Benoit snapped and did something very regrettable.

No offense to OJ, but I think he'll have a better chance finding "the real killer" than the authorities will with turning this case from a murder suicide to just murder.

Ive always thought about this. No one was there when it happened. No one really knows, they just know how it appears. its easy to just go ahead and say the big roided up pro wrestler murdered everyone, which is supported by the brain scans. but still. No one saw, no one was there.

I can't believe it though, the people who investigated the scene were all professionals, and if someone other than Benoit did it, they would have found something that linked another person. Obviously they didn't find it unless they are hiding it. But that would be a no no because that is illegal. You need to fully investigate a scene like that, and you shouldn't exclude evidence unless it is irrelevant. You can believe whatever you want, but I believe Benoit murdered his family out of rage. Unless they found someone else prints or dna at the scene, Benoit is guilty as charged.

LOL @ people who think this could have ended in ANY other way, aside from Benoit killing his family and himself. We have top trained professionals investigating the case, brains scans showing that Benoit was completely loopy, wrestling friends who says Benoit was acting weird a few days before, boxes upon boxes of synthetic testosterone in the house, and Benoit hanging from a Bowflex machine. There was no evidence of any one else in the house, Nancy and Chris were known to have had marital problems, Daniel had a downer drug in his system.....but we're not sure how they died?

That's just silly. Chris Benoit was/turned into an evil evil man. This notion that anyone else could do it, especially a former jilted ex-lover who is a professional wrestler, is absurd to me.

Chris Benoit killed his family, and killed himself. There's really no way around that fact.

With modern crime investigation techniques, it surely would have been discovered if anyone but Chris had murdered the Benoits'. Also, after having watched his wife and son die, I don't know how the killers would have gotten Chris to stand still and let himself be strangled. If he had been sedated, it would have shown up in his system. If he had been subdued by force, there would have been telltale signs on his body or in the room.

No, the man did it all himself. It's one thing to kill yourself, but Benoit makes the Eternal Shit List because he took people with him.

At the same time, while I know it's politically incorrect to say anything remotely empathetic about Chris Benoit, I felt bad when I heard that the autopsy revealed his brain resembled that of an 80-year-old man...... and I feel even worse when I think about the agony of mind he must have suffered in the last hours of his life; when he realized that he had killed his wife and son and that there was no earthly way out for him.

I'd love to think of this another way, just so that I don't have the conflict in my mind of "I love Benoit, but I hate him". The conflict which I have every single time I see a Benoit match. I was in tears when I found out about this.

While NorCal is right that there was no one there, we can't know 100%. I am 99.9% sure it was him. With all the coverage of these awful murders, and the huge amount of professionals working on the case, I think if it wasn't Benoit, we'd know by now.

I remember when I first heard about what happened, my first thoughts led to Kevin Sullivan and the family being murdered. But as time got along I accept that Benoit was the man who performed this terrible crime, but it doesn't change the fact I will still remember him for his career and not the last 3 days of his life!

On June 25, 2007, Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their 7-year-old son Daniel were found dead in their Fayetteville, Georgia, home at around 2:30 p.m. EDT. Lieutenant Tommy Pope of the Fayette County, Georgia Sheriff's Department reported to ABC News that police entered Benoit's home on a "welfare check" after several missed appointments, leading to concerns. Pope also stated the police were not searching for any suspects outside of the house, as the instruments of death were located at the scene of the crime. Detective Bo Turner of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department told television station WAGA-TV that the case was being treated as a murder-suicide. The station reported that investigators had discovered, and would eventually cite as an official ruling, that Benoit murdered his wife and son over the weekend and hanged himself sometime on Monday.

I think this is BS i have a few reasons

- Benoit Died on the anniversary of Kevin Sullivan and Nancy's Divorce
- Kevin was a satanist which is all about revenge what better revenge than killing them?
- They were next to bibles, (bit obvious init?) I think this was Kevin Framing Benoit
- How do they know it WAS benoit? no proof

And if it was him

- He had been on steriods so....
- He had taken many chair shots to the back of the head which made legit contact

"The tragic deaths of Chris Benoit and his wife Nancy and son Daniel have shocked the wrestling world. The police are calling it a double-murder-suicide, but is it really? Let’s look at some facts. It has been 10 years exactly since Nancy divorced Kevin Sullivan to marry Chris Benoit. In the 1980’s Sullivan, along with his then-wife Nancy, were running a gimmick in wrestling of how they were Satanists, and Nancy was known as “The Fallen Angel.” She later became known as “Woman.” The trouble with the Satanists gimmick was it was for real, and was not a work, or fake. In the 1990’s Kevin Sullivan was the booker for WCW, and he scripted his wife Nancy into having an affair with Chris Benoit who was a member of the Four Horsemen. This made for a good angle, except, the acting became reality as Chris and Nancy actually fell in love and Nancy divorced Sullivan to marry Benoit.

Benoit left the WCW to go to work for the WWE which was then known as the WWF. It is a fact that Sullivan threatened Benoit and told him he would kill him. Yes, that was 10 years ago, but Kevin Sullivan is no dummy. He is known for being a calculating, cold-hearted individual. Today, according to a source close to me, Kevin Sullivan is a high ranking member of the Satanic Church. The police need to consider the possibility that Sullivan carried out these gruesome murders in order to have his revenge, which is what Satanists live for. He could have entered the home, with an accomplice or accomplices and held the Benoit’s at gunpoint, Sullivan could have then bound up Nancy, and made Benoit and his son watch as he strangled the life out of her. Then the next day after making Benoit and his son spend the day in agony, murdered Benoit’s little boy because of his hatred for the offspring of Benoit and Nancy. Then he could have made Benoit wait an entire day before killing him to by hanging him in the basement.

By doing this, not only would Kevin Sullivan have lived out his Satanic Church creed with his lust for revenge, but he would have destroyed Chris Benoit’s reputation which is what has happened now as the wrestling world is attacking the memory of Chris Benoit remembering him as an insane baby killer and wife killer instead of the great World Champion wrestler and friend that he was.

Satanists hate the Bible and the police have stated that a Bible was found next to the bodies of Benoit’s wife and son. This would serve as a bizarre calling card as if to either say “What good did your Bible do you?” or to throw off investigators to keep them from suspecting Sullivan and his Satanists would have been involved.

Another thing to note is the fact that Kevin Sullivan was also associated with Sherri Martel, who died just a few days before the bodies of Chris Benoit, and his family was found, and the full details of Martell’s death have not been made known as of the time of this writing.

I wonder why the police have not even considered investigating the possibility the Kevin Sullivan killed Benoit, Nancy, and their child. It is certainly a possibility worth looking in to.

Also, Benoit was going to be crowned ECW World Champion on Sunday night. Why would he murder his family and kill himself when he was going to be on top again and make lots more money?
Why would he tie his wife up before killing her? He would have no reason to, but Kevin Sullivan sure would!

Sure he had some problems with Nancy, but that was 4 years ago and what married couple doesn’t have problems? Remember also that they reconciled and as far as everyone knows there has been no other incidents reported.

One also needs to consider the fact that Benoit loved his kids and was so proud of his son that was killed. His kids wore suits and ties to his wrestling events and was proud of their dad. He was loved and respected by all those who knew him.

In my opinion, there is no way he would have murdered his family. This whole murder case has Satanists written all over it and Sullivan is a Satanist and has the motive to murder them.

I am encouraging anyone who reads this to send this to police authorities and circulate it on the internet, so these facts can be investigated, before the case is closed and Benoit is written off in history a murderer. If Sullivan is the real killer, justice should be served!

I for one have not believed Benoit as the killer since it first came out. All this Kevin Sullivan stuff is what I think happened. Yes mostly everything points to Benoit doing it but think about it. The Satanist could have done got real good at covering things up and not leaving behind any evidence. But if Benoit did it that still does not take away what he did in that ring. He was a great performer and murder or not he deserves to be in the HOF one day also.
