It's good to be back!
I want to start with a recent topic, and that is Shawn Michaels Return.
Honestly, when I watched HBK walking down the ramp, I mark the hell out for him and I was very happy with the idea, with all the recent problems with RAW (suspension, Cena's injury, Lack of starpower, Triple H burying people...)
But then, it happened, and I don't know how the heck I didn't saw it coming...
Shawn Michaels gets a Title shot at CS.
Honestly, there's no way in hell that Kennedy or Jeff hardy could win the voting. And is more than obvious that if HBK returned super kicking RKO, well, it happens that RKO is the WWE champion...title feud for HNK...for free.
My point is: WHY Shawn Michaels got a title shot that freaking soon? I mean, even Triple H waited for a little more than 2 shows! And we can't count the one when he returned, as he actually DIDN'T wrestle.
I see some negative points on this return:
-Shawn Michaels getting a spot which can be used by other emerging/popular superstar.
-He is NOT at 100% (Reports says than even he looked uncomfortable at his knees at the UK show)so, an injury is bound to happen.
-I feel that creative rushed his return storyline, only to fill the next 2 or 3 PPV main events, so we can see Bobby Lashley and maybe even Chris Jericho returns at full throttle.
-Call it a long shot, but I smell D-X somewhere down the line...Who else agrees that DX is done?
I know he is a Huge Superstar, and he is capable of putting some good matches if he will, but I wouldn't put my Wild Card too soon.
I would liked to see HBK's return around Survivor Series or maybe wait until the Rumble. Remember that Jericho eventual return is around the corner, Lashley return is also around the corner... I don't see the point to expose one of your biggest cards to an injury.
Again, even Triple H waited a little more to get some more momentum in order to have a very predictable WWE Title match(es).
I consider this a bad move from WWE, and I would like to see what you guys think.
