Austin at Mania. MAKE IT HAPPEN WWE

Bill Lesnar

Occasional Pre-Show
Bill Lesnar has this to say:

Stone Cold Steve Austin is one of the biggest stars in WWE history unlike Orton,Barrett and all the new faces he made himself, he was big becuase the fans adored him and what he did. He was different and was so good that he got huge pops whenvever he stunned a face. Steve could stun taker or Orton and the place would erupt for him. When HBK left, it was looking bleak for wwe, but Austin changed everything his fued with Vince is the reason why we are not watching WCW programming today (imagine that). The guy has done so many epic things, the catchphrases, fueds, gear, moments, Matches. Above all the guy loves WWE and Bill lesnar is 100% sure that if WWE offers him a great amount of $$ Austin will jump at the chance to be at Mania.

buyrates have been shit all year, and that needs to change although they seem to be picking up again, mania season is upon us after all. What better way to boost these falling sales by giving the fans one of the most popular stars of all time a guy that could arguebly be more popular than Hogan was in his prime.Rock isnt coming, and wont come. HBK has stated time and time again he is done with the wwe. taker is recovering from a torn rotator cuff, Brock is under contract with Dana White and UFC, they dont want Goldberg, they have done Bret and Sting is with TNA. WWE want Sting make no mistake about it, they are offering Sting HOF and a big DVD with his WCW legacy inside but...

BILL LESNAR JUST SAID WHY NOT AUSTIN?

Austin has said he can wrestle and that the neck wont hold him back. Austin has said 'never say never' 'dont rule it out' he WANTS to wrestle one more time. TNA with thier debts and financial problems somehow maanged to get Hogan even after all the shit he said about not coming back, why cant the WWE fork out for Austin one night at Mania27?.

Bill Lesnar just said if they want to finally establish Orton what better way to do it than put him up against Austin at Mania? who wins and who losers isnt a issue. Asutin can finally give back to the business and Orton has no problem letting Austin beat him esp since he let Hogan beat him in 2006 and he RESPECTS all the legends (did you see him at Flairs ceremony?), for all Randys faults he is very passionate about what he does. Randy has nothing to do, this is it..this is what you do with him. IMAGINE teh crowd, their reactions, the moment...could this be a modern day Hogan vs Rock? think of what the wwe could do with the fued...Randy can stay face no problem. Austins getting on a bit, and this could be WWEs last chance to get something from him, offer him what he wants because this is well worth it.

For anyone wanting reassurance about Austins willingness to wrestle again and about his neck, it was an interview with the UK Sun (Bill lesnar thinks)

This WILL be epic, and WWE has a great chance here. Austin was GM earlier this year and easily got the best reaction and was the best out of any guest host WWE got and has praised WWE's PG product so once again that isnt an issue.

Bill lesnar is hoping Vince wont drop the ball on what is a profitable (think of the money this would make), fresh and epic fued/match this would make.

WWE listen to Bill lesnar

They already gave Austin a nice send-off at Wrestlemania 25. Since then, we've seen him once on RAW as a guest host. There's no reason to bring him back.

Bill lesnar just said yes there is reason to bring him back adn not as a guess host or gm on an atv Asutin. Asutin has Stated he can work a matchand wouldnt mind working for the wwe one more time. It wouldnt just benefit Austin anyway. Most importantly it would make the company a fuckload of money. Its a win-win situation for all involved

Austin still has a chance at a decent movie career. Given that The Rock has now been reduced to getting his ass kicked on screen by Vin Diesel, I'd say he's more likely to show up again before Stone Cold.

Bill Lesnar thinks both are a chance either one or the other. These guys are both in decent condidtionand one night witha 10,000,000 appearence fee would do either no harm, eevrybody has a price. Both guys have hinted at returns, Rock was in negotiations over promoting a movie in November...but it didnt work out. Mania needs a selling point, something that will make it special, Austin or Rock coming back on a one time only match (vs Orton who has nothing interesting to do), would be great...unlike Taker and HHH these guys have distanced themselves from playing big politics and would let Orton beat them (use Rocky putting over Brock at Summerslam 2002 as an example). Why wouldnt either of these guys want any main steam media attention. Bill lesnar has a hunch that both guys miss the WWE anyway.

Noone thought Hogan vs Rock was a possibility during the monday night wars, Bill lesnar certainly ddint see HBK making the comeback like he did in 2002, Bill lesnar didnt see Edge cashing in at New Years Revolution 2006 and Bill lesnar didnt think Bret Hart would ever set foot in wwe ring again. But it happened.

Bill lesnar thinks there is a chance. Its just up to Vince to spend the big bucks
