AS6 - Excellency vs. Mr. Baller - Lethal Lottery Qualifying Match

Where only twenty men can compete in the Lethal Lottery, these WZCW regulars will face off to claim a spot at the expense of their opponent. Who will fill up one of the final spots and who will watch from the sidelines?

[Baller]

The camera fades in as we see Mr. Baller in his locker room on his laptop. The camera zooms in on the screen and we see Mr. Baller on WZCW.com.

Baller: Shit man. Thanks to Falkon I didn’t earn a spot in the Lethal Lottery match, as an automatic qualifier. So lets see who I face this week.

Mr. Baller hits the link for the card for this week’s Meltdown and Ascension.

Mr. Baller scrolls down to his name and sees he is facing Excellency in a qualifier for the Lethal Lottery, and big grin comes on the face of Mr. Baller

Baller: Excellency once again we will meet in that squared circle at Ascension. (Baller closes laptop) You may have prevented me from winning last week but that’s because I had a partner such as Ashleigh Falkon. This week you don’t have Trevor Steel to protect you from me, I am going to go in there and do what I do best.

Becky Serra knocks on the door and walks in to the locker room

Becky: Hey, Mr. Baller, can I have a word or two?

Mr. Baller (looks at Becky with disgust): Ugh, go ahead.

Becky: Well, you now have one chance to qualify for Lethal Lottery, and it is against one of the two men you lost to at Ascension. What……

Baller: What is your point? I didn’t get pinned last week and Excellency didn’t do anything in that match. Is this even an interview, aren’t you suppose to ask questions?

Becky: Well yes, but you rudely interrupted me before I can ask my question?

Mr. Baller stands up and grabs the microphone out of Becky’s hand.

Baller: Since you are the WORST interviewer in WZCW, I will just make this quick and not make you work very hard. Excellency, I will be winning our match at Ascension, and after that there will be no stopping the greatest thing in WZCW. This will be the coming out party of Mr. Baller, I am going to start on a clean slate from here on out and I GUARANTEE victory against you. Now excuse me, I have a match to start training for.


Mr. Baller walks out of the locker room as the camera fades on Becky looking puzzled.

 

[Little Jerry Lawler]

Excellency walks up to a Venetian house and knocks on the door and it opens.

Gilberto: Hello, Excllency. How are you doing?

Excellency: I'm doing fine. Took time from my preparation for my match against Mr. Baller so this better be good.

Gilberto escorts Excellency to a chair and they both sit down.

Gilberto: I wanted to tell you this for a long time and I finally have the chance. Just listen to what I have to say. This has been on my heart forever and I just want to relieve this.

Excellency: Like I've said. I'll listen to what you have to say. I don't know if I will agree with it but we will see when it is all said and done.

Gilberto: I'm terribly sorry about what happened to Giovanni. He was a good person and I have been so guilty ever since then. I've tried my best to get over it but I just can't

Excellency: You should feel very sorry. Did you really have to hit Giovanni with that chair?

Gilberto: One of the bookers before the match told me that I had to do it. I didn't want to do it as I consider Giovanni a close friend. The booker told me that if I didn't co it, that I would be fired and I don't want that.

Excellency gets up and throws the chair across the room.

Excellency: Bullshit. You knew you didn't have to do it. If you were a honest man, if you were a decent man you would have told the booker that you didn't want to do it. Giovanni was my best friend and he can't even wrestle now because of you. What worse is that he was your own brother.

Gilberto: You think I don't know that. When me and Giovanni were growing up, all we dreamt about was being a professional wrestler. We worked long and hard to achieve our goal and when we did, we were truly the best. I get up each and every day since then regretting what I did and hoping that you can forgive. I spoke to Giovanni and he forgives me, so why can't you.

Excellency: Giovanni and I are two different kinds of people, We're both warm-hearted individuals but when I want revenge, I will do anything to get it.

Gilberto: I'm begging you to forgive me. You're supposed to be a man of faith, a man of honor. Find it in your heart to forgive. I'm begging you.

Excellency: I'll consider it Gilberto. That is what I will only do for now. I will never forget what you did and if I choose to seek revenge on you, I will achieve my goal by any means necessary. You said you have prayed about this. Well, keep on praying. I'm about to go back to train for my match. Have a nice day.

Excellency walks out of the house with Gilberto crying in the chair.
