Are You Geting the Feeling Back Too?

Im geting that felling i had 2 years ago and before hogan came.

For some strange reason instead of geting anchious from waiting on the next raw im not waiting on raw Im waiting on Impact wrestling it's wierd but i like what i see on my big screen hd tv from tna never a dull moment latly I will admit that when they hired Hogan the first like year i wanted to stop watching all together but they are back on track and back in my head. So I ask you What do you look forward to 1.Raw 2.Impact 3.Smackdown 4.ROH
or 5.dont look forward to any or you look forward to something else.

This Is My Order
1.Impact 2.Smackdown because of christian 3.Raw 4.ROH

Can I just say I am too, but I think I owe most of this to Sting. He is wrestling a lot more, and his psycho character is so much fun. Just thinking of Sting taking on the Monster Abyss with a barbed wire glove and putting the Deathlock on Bischoff brings a smile to my face.

Him and the baby steps rebirth of the X Division. I think that if Destination X gets a lot of buys that TNA mangement will put more emphasis on the X Div and that is great news for the TNA fans.

With this Destination X pay per view and the Impact before it... I'm very happy.

Seriously. Fuck those bitch ass critics. This shit is phenomenal.

Yeah, the four corners match this coming Impact is a bit of a dream match. We may even get some other ppv heavyweight matches due to no heavyweight matches at the ppv. Hopefully the X Div Championship gets some tv time and an Austin Aries sighting wouldn't go astray.

And I hope the Stinger is still causing havoc.. I've always been a Sting mark but him as a bad ass just rocks.

This is the one PPV im actually going to make a point to pay for. Perhaps if they get more buys they will push it more.

For me

1.Impact 2.RAW 3.SD

(I can't say ROH cause my area won't be getting it -_-)

Seriously. Fuck those bitch ass critics. This shit is phenomenal.

I agree with this totally , I question if the critics even have been watching TNA

Even my brother had been saying he liked WWE but not TNA and then I made him watch TNA every week with me and now he likes it and said just today that if he had to pick he'd watch Destination X over MITB

And thats crazy cause Im the TNA mark and I'd actually rather MITB as long as Punk is still involved in this crazy angle

I've been really enjoying Impact these last couple of months, sure it's still got a ways to go, but lately they've made some really positive moves.

Sting's on feckin' fire right now, the managerial involvement in the Immortal angle seems to have been scaled back, the pacing of the show is much more balanced now and for the first time in a while this week I really enjoyed the Knockouts match. That 6-Knockout Elimination Tag match was actually really good.

In fact, lately the only Impact segments I've been fast-forwarding through are the Mexican America promos, and even so, this week I had an excuse to hit play again as soon as the British Invasion turned up. I love how these boys are getting some exposure again.

So my order of excitement of late has been:

1. Impact
2. Xplosion
3. Raw [I hadn't watched for two weeks, but hearing about Punk's promo got me tuned back in]
4. Smackdown [I don't know why, I used to love Smackdown, but I've missed the last three episodes and it really hasn't bothered me]

I'm not here to be a typical TNA Hater, and some WWE fan boy (I'm loyal to the E but their product is pretty bad too), so I'll say what I look forward to watching on impact.

I really enjoy watching Alex Shelly's work, and I think he's main event material, and that's all I want to see at this point. Shelly would be a huge draw to me even he was apart of the main event picture. I still love watching Flair despite his age, because frankly, he's arguably the greatest wrestler of all time and he's still top notch on the mic.

Regardless, Raw is still the show I look forward to watching because it's the best show WWE has to offer in my opinion. Plus, the feeling i'm getting back is the buzz i had last summer with Nexus but now with CM Punk. Ever since Jericho departed Punk has become my definite fav and I always have enjoyed his work. I'm also a huge fan of Shawn Michaels so Raw always has something that draws me to watching the show.

Smackdown would than be my second most look forward to show with Impact third. I have no bothered to watch ROH in all honesty, but if Punk does in fact leave and go back to ROH, I will easily tune in.

I'll start off by saying that I am not a fan of TNA and I do bash it from time to time, this is mainly due to a certain few people who work for the company. But I do have to say Impact has definitely impressed me recently and I have enjoyed watching Sting's Joker gimmick that he is working with right now.

For me, its simple and goes like this. (And I'm being 100% serious)

1. Smackdown
2. Japanese Porn
3. Anything on HBO
4. Raw
5. WWE Vintage Collection
6. Smackdown Replay
7. Auction Hunters
8. Futurama
9. Shawn Michaels' MacMillan River Adventures
4346. TNA/Impact Wrestling

Yes I am a TNA "critic." I hate it, and have hated it for years and years. But, when I'm stuck at home on Thursdays due to shitty weather, being sick, girlfriend on the rag, no school work to do or whatever else - I do watch TNA. I'll admit that. I watched most of it last week, but had to turn the channel during some of the really embarrassing parts which was only about 3 times that I can remember.

I'll also admit that when I first started watching it, which was when Christian was the only (major) WWE guy there, I did enjoy it more than I have been the last year or so. Back then, it had more of a believable factor to it - when they weren't doing incredibly bad gimmick matches. I also remember watching Team Canada and enjoying them, especially Petey Williams. And while I will agree that the last two or three weeks have been the best out of the entire Hogan/Bischoff era it still a massively underwhelming and disorganized program. The frequency of their storyline and gimmick changes is absurd and kills alot of the momentum they could build.

As for Destination X, this is the best idea I've heard from TNA in a long time and even though Jerry Lynn looked like a fucking methadone victim on Impact the thought of RVD and Lynn going at it one more time is a nice selling point, as well as Daniels and Styles. Truth be told, those are going to be two fantastic matches. But aren't those matches we've already seen about 2,419 times combined?

Barbedwire Ropes - Nice opinion without bashing a product I LOVE right now. At least youre tuning in and giving it a chance once in a while. If you're doing that and still hate the product, ill listen to any complaint you have.

But I too am loving Impact lately! Stings gimmick is awesome and if by some gracious chance we get a crazy Sting/Angle team I'm going to be ecstatic lol.

Loving the X Division at the moment. Will it go backwards after Destination X? Probably. But it won't be by much. Especially with adding some X division talent.

LOVING Bound For Glory Series! You've given 12 guys the simplest storyline ever and its intriguing as all hell. Just brilliant.

am i getting the felling back? well dude i dont even know what that means but it must mean something coz you said it 2ce:p anyways am i getting the feeling back hell yeh TNA is awesome atm and so is raw SD is ok ROH is crap.

For me its:

1. RAW
2. SD
3. TNA
4. Superstars

I have to say I actually felt the need to sit down and watch TNA last week. I'm usually reminded by a friend that its on. TNA isnt bad, but theres just confusion. With WWE you have more clarity as to what is going on. 90% of TNA this week was the Hogan/Sting rivalry. TNA needs to expand their programing.

Right now TNA is on fire. They have a lot of great television going and I admit that critics cant be watching TNA or are too young to remember that John Cena putting diapers on the elderly, kissing babies, running around the ring like a giant rainbow, and coming back after getting beaten down mercilously and no selling the entire match to win, all just to get the WWE attention isn't what pro wrestling was ever about. That is a stigma that has just come about over the last decade because Vince has had free reign over the product.

Pro wrestling is about real men busting their asses to put on a good show in the ring and entertaining characters making you watch because you want to know what they will do next out of it. In the WWE you have John Cena talking about respect, how he wants a fight, yada yada while on TNA you have AJ Styles calling out Bully Ray and announcing that the only reason Bully Ray has to be a bully is because he is insecure about having a small penis. In WWE you have Vince scared that Punk will leave with the WWE Championship, on IMPACT you have Eric Bischoff calling Sting an ungrateful son of a bitch to his face before Sting mocks him, calls him a lot of names including and not limited to a loser, a dirtbag, a cock roach, a disease, and a cancer.

Then let's look at the biggest players in each company at this moment CM Punk and Sting, both men are going balls to the walls, reinventing themselves to more extreme natures, and neither are champions. The difference? Sting is 52 years old and reinventing himself into a main draw again rather than just a novelty draw. People want to see the Heath Ledger's Joker Sting because they have never seen it before, Sting has always been Sting, now Sting is Sting that is a couple fries short of a happy meal. Makes for riveting television. However right now CM Punk is still easily ahead of Sting because CM Punk right now is the best in the business, he's just that damn good.

Now let's look at the in ring product. TNA has been head and shoulders above WWE for a long time in the ring and the gap just seems to be widening lately with a smoother flow to the program and more in ring action. The Bound For Glory Series has also been exceptional so far with excellent matches across the board that actually mean something, and the continued development of Gunner who was great during his time in the NWA and Crimson who is slowly improving TNA seems to be riding at an all time high. Let's not forget the huge build for Destination X which promises to be one of the best shows of the year.

Not even going to get into the promotional champions because let's face it if you are over 12 you don't like Cena and if you are a Cena or Randy Orton fan you don't like Anderson. No real winning on either side there. Though personally I find Anderson more entertaining.

So let's rate these puppies shall we:

1. IMPACT Wrestling: On a roll right now with excellent tv and Pay Per Views since Eric Bischoff was promoted to Executive Producer. Joker Sting is riveting, in ring product is outstanding, and the Bound For Glory Series and Destination X build keep me tuned in. Great all around at the moment.

2. WWE Raw: CM Punk is the best thing going in the business at this moment, the only one that comes close is Joker Sting. Punk makes Raw watchable and likeable. I am enjoying John Cena being just the "Other Guy" in the equasion quite a bit.

3. Ring of Honor: As long as Jim Cornette is the man in charge the product will always be good. RoH does need someone that can create buzz around the product like a CM Punk or a Sting, a polarizing personality, but their product will always be great for what they do.

4. Smackdown: Randy Orton a Face champion? Really? He was never a believable or even a good Face, this makes no sense at all. I think watching a full length Vince McMahon Kiss My Ass Club DVD is more entertaining than Orton as a face. If Orton was Heel he would draw more because without being The Evil Viper he has nothing, just bland old Randy Orton talking about how many guys Kelly Kelly has screwed. Not buying it.

There you have it, my take on the wrestling world and rankings.

I think TNA have been producing a really solid show lately. Ever since they changed the emphasis of the name to Impact Wrestling, they've been obliged to deliver more wrestling, which I couldn't be happier with.

Some things that really stand out in my mind...

- The X Division matches building upto Destination X. All three matches so far have been phenomenal. Every Impact should feature a three way X Division match if they're gonna be that good! If TNA know what's good for them, they'll sign all the competitors for that contract match whether they win or not. Aries and Low-Ki are no brainers. Just let them do what they do and it's gold.

- Velvet Sky. I mean I'd watch Impact for her even if she just stood there, but she's really upped her game lately. Especially that one brawl she had with ODB. She really kicked some ass!

- Sting's psychotic break. I'd grown seriously tired of the straight faced paragon of virtue Sting. He bored the hell out of me. While him stealing the look of Heath Ledger's Joker from The Dark Knight is abit on the nose, I much prefer his new deranged character. I particularly liked the start of last week's show where he'd beaten a powerless Hulk Hogan into the corner and proceeded to cosy up next to him and feed Terry his vitamins.

- The Bound for Glory series. While I'm not a big fan of the guy's they're choosing to push at the top of the scoreboard (Gunner and Crimson? Seriously?), I appreciate the idea of the series. It makes every match count., something that's long been missing from professional wrestling.

However, TNA isn't entirely perfect. There is MUCH still to improve upon. Such as...

- Mexican America. So lame. They come out, say the exact same thing every week, lower a giant flag infront of the audience (that must be so irritating), make the silly whistle noise and go off on their way. Make a point or sod off.

- The systematic burying of Samoa Joe. What the f*** is up with their booking of Joe at the moment?!?! This is a guy who had an eighteen month winning streak and they've got him jobbing to guys week in, week out? RVD i could wrap my head around, but Devon? The Samoan Submission Machine can't beat the weak-link Dudley Boy? Come on guys, cut the cr*p and let's get back to "Joe's gonna kill you".

- Gunner beating multiple World Champions in a row. In a matter of weeks, this guy has gone from losing the Television Title to Eric Young in a joke match that lasted a matter of seconds, to pinning Sting, Anderson and Styles in short order. I call bulls***. I've seen nothing about Gunner that suggests he's the next big thing, other than he's stolen the finisher of the last next big thing.

- Crimson in general. They're making out as though he's the new Goldberg. The only problem being nobody gives a s*** about Crimson. He doesn't even plough through his opponents, he just eeks out victories for whatever cheap reason.

I don't think the critics are watching or they would be whining that Sting is disrespecting Heath Ledger with the Joker gimmick lol

i don't that they would comment about Heath Ledger other than to say he is obviously using it as his inspiration. his gimmick for the past 15 years has been based off of Brandon Lee's Crow. besides, it is not that big of a stretch for Sting - look at his makeup from his early days to recently and there have always been changes. yeah, it is obviously influenced by Joker but it is not out of character for him.

I am still on the fence about Impact. I said it before, where is the focus? Sure, Sting lost the belt to Anderson but the focus is on him trying to regain it and him and Hogan. Where is Anderson in all of this? also, look at this past week - Sting is getting the beat down and who comes out to save him? Angle. why not bring in a younger guy and give him a little rub? wouldn't be hard to say that they grew up watching Sting and now want to fight beside him against Hogan. i think they are trying and that is why i watch but they need someone else in creative to guide things. they have got some of the best wrestlers in the world today, they could be serious competition for wwe (won't make wwe numbers but could really start to pull some fans away from them) but they need to make some important changes in how they do things and they seem hesitant to do it.

What a little fucking douche, no one here cares about your TV viewing schedule, we seriously don't. Stupid mark.

You only watch TNA when there's no other option, we get it. This is why I don't respect fucking idiots like you, because all you feel like doing is calling people marks when you're not far from one yourself because they like TNA a little more than you do. Last I heard in this part of the world when it comes to ANYTHING we have the freedom to like what we like and don't like, and hell we can even like it all. For example, you called me a TNA mark, just because I happen to watch TNA and like some of their wrestlers and defend it...that makes me a mark? Fuck you, I drink Pepsi mostly but does that mean I hate Coke too then? I'll drink either but just prefer Pepsi a bit more. At this stage in my life I prefer watching TNA a little more often than I do WWE, as someone who grew up a WWF loyalist in the 80s into the 90s I have forgotten more about that "GREAT ORGANIZATION UP NORTH" than you'll probably ever know.

I can tell you know your recent wrestling history, so I will give you that, but you're still a fucking douchebag from what I can tell.

Ok, so Orton-Cena, Cena-HHH hasn't been done ad nauseum? At least we haven't seen RVD and JL on a major platform against each other since the last decade. I don't think it will do any harm to see them revisit their rivalry. Again they haven't had 50 fucking consecutive PPV matches against each other like Cena and Edge or Orton and Christian are probably going to end up having. And let us not forget that Triple H and Randy Orton were either competing for the World Title or World Tag Team Titles against each other over the past five years (if you remember right a DX vs Rated RKO feud occurred in between Orton and HHH's WWE and World Heavyweight Title feuds)...FIVE YEARS. Just remember that number, I am not saying that their matches weren't good or their storyline for that matter, however you're going to tell me that that's not REDUNDANT. Please Mr. Double-Standard, it's getting tiresome hearing your rhetoric.

So I challenge that criticism right there and implore you to shove it so far up your ass that you'll end up gagging much in the same way as I am reading your tripe.

Also as long as you choose to keep a signature of yours with my user name in it, I will be reciprocating. Your statement right there labeling me as just some "TNA fan" will guarantee that you'll have plenty of replies on my part challenging your "smarkish" bullshit, this I will guarantee you.

TNA/Impact is fianally being good. Their new gimmick/overhaul is actually working. I actually want to tune in every week.

For me, RAW is unmissible. I must see it every 2 hours of the week. Thats all i ask of my girlfriend. Just let me see that one show. Im a chris benoit fanboy and used to watch smackdown....then he and eddie died, kurt left, brock left, jericho left etc. Smackdown dominated in 2002-2005-ish. It was the A brand. Never watched smackdown since. Theres no reason. Since then it had fucking jack swagger, edge and kane as the main event. LOL. Im not going to tune into that shit when i can watch RAW and see Cena/Orton/CM punk/Nexus etc where they clearly show real storylines.

But as for TNA/Impact. Im one of the few who actually purchased every TNA PPV weekely series back in 2002. God it was sooo good. I still remember the AJ sytles/jerry lynn/low ki ladder match. So fucking good. And with TNAs upcoming PPV promising these originals makes me want to pay for it. Same thing with CM punks promo. It instantly sold me on MITB. Im going to pay for both.

Wrerstling is finally starting to become great again!

1.Impact Wrestling

... that's as far as it goes.

I don't watch WWE's programming week by week. I'll download an occasional episode, but I don't follow it like a typical fan. I don't really need to. I could stop watching it now, tune in next year and it'll be pretty much the same.

I'm not getting any feeling back, I've had this feeling since I started watching TNA. It's just freakin' good, and so underrated.

1. The roster is amazing

2. The promos actually have content and allude to what could happen without revealing everything.

3. Unpredictability factor. TNA has this thing called testicles, and they take chances. That makes for some great TV.

4. The wrestling is now better. 10 minutes doesn't make a good match. TNA could put on a 3 minute match and it'll have more story, psychology and emotion than most of what the other company does.

5. No restrictions. Yes, I know, it's not all about blood and curses, but I'd like to know that I'm watching a product that has those things and can utilize them when necessary because they do contribute to certain moments. It gives me that feeling of the product being "free" so to speak, not chained in rules and regulations.

6. The booking. AW MAI GAWD BAT RUSSSO IZ BOOKING HE SUXX!!11! I know, Russo, whoo-pe-doo, but the booking has been stellar. I don't get where those morons got the "TNA is not consistent" and "TNA doesn't book long term" bullcrap fabricatons. I just like the amount of storylines and how they're progressing them. There are little holes here and there, but I can ignore that due to how good the program is as a whole.

I just feel like TNA gives a fuck. I don't get that with the WWE. TNA guys go out there and invest tons of emotion and passion in everything they do. They're busting their ass week in and week out and it's paying off.

Fuck the haters. There's literally 2 people on this forum who have a legit and well argumented reason to simply not like TNA because it's not their cup of tea. xfearbefore and JackHammer. They have legit issues with the product, they single out the actual flaws and that's why they don't like it, and I can respect that. But when some dipshit comes out and goes "DIXXIE ISZZ A MARKK AND HOGEN IZZ DER FOR DA MONAYZ ND DATZ Y I DONT LIEK TEH PRODUKT COZZ IT'Z GONNA SINK IN 2 WEEKZ!!11!! DEY COPYIN' TEH WWEZ!!1", I simply think less of them as a human being. That's not a legit reason to dislike a program, it's trolling, it's ignorant and straight out idiotic.

Old stars from the 80s/90s are still the main selling point for TNA, and that's the fact. Also I don't know why everyone is getting excited about joker sting, its nothing new. He just changed it from emo crow sting, to crazy joker sting. I find this stupid really, he is even doing the same story line, fighting with bischoff and hogan again.

I think TNA have been producing a really solid show lately. Ever since they changed the emphasis of the name to Impact Wrestling, they've been obliged to deliver more wrestling, which I couldn't be happier with.

To see how talented Gunner is you really have to go back to 2009 and 2010 and his reign as the NWA National Heavyweight Champion. Watch those matches and you will see it. Interviews are great and ring work was very strong.

A great match was his match against The American Wolf one year ago in the finals of the NWA Future Legends Cup, that match is on Youtube. He was wrestling under the name Phil "The Universal Soldier" Shatter. A name derived from his four year stent in the Marine Corp as a Sergent who was honorably discharged.

I am really high on Gunner/Shatter and feel that he could be very good if he works with the right guys. Tully Blanchard also likes him, and trained him for a few days, and let's face it, Tully knows a hell of a lot more about the business than either of us.

Anderson wasn't a star in the 90's. He was a cruiserweight that couldn't get television time in WCW. He had to work his butt off and completely reinvent himself before he got a shot in the WWE in the mid-2000's.

AJ Styles who yes, is still a major part of the show, wasnt a star in the late 90's.

Nobody in the X-Division was a star in the Late 90's sans RVD.

Everyone that the show centers around minus RVD, Sting, Hogan, Steiner, and Bully Ray were around in the late 90's. Ric Flair hasn't been on tv in weeks, Hogan has been seen on screen what 4 times in three weeks? The main guy in Immortal is Bully Ray, he gets the most air time of the old guys these days.

TNA is slowly starting to center it's program with younger players. They aren't forcing the change down our throats, they are making it slow and steady. The two they are focusing on now are Crimson and Gunner, and Gunner seems the one they really like because they have him strapped to the jock strap of AJ Styles to get the experience of being a main eventer on a major program.

So far TNA has been parting ways with older guys and Sting also seems to be on his way out soon. Eric Bischoff isn't stupid. As Executive Producer I bet you he has told Hogan and Russo to start getting some guys ready because Sting is on his way out, Hogan's in ring days may have one match left in them, Scott Steiner and Kurt Angle are constantly wrestling in pain. The old guard is winding down, and the man in charge (Bischoff) knows it.

To ALL YOU Stupid TNA HATTERS WTF do you like wrestling or do you like entertainment in the wwe you talk and talk and talk but I still can't understand you. Its sounds like your in love with the WWE and it's the only one for you. Your so close minded it makes me a little sick why can't you understand that the better TNA and ROH get the Better WWE gets because they have to do something thay hadn't had to do sense WCW..... Compete with another organization like them why do you think the 90s was the glory days in wrestling they were wrestling to beat the other guays not just to please us because since 2002 wwe has said to us bend over and take what we give you maybe you like taking it in the ass but I don't so I say do you want continue to give your money to the wwe for puting out crap or do you want to give it to TNA because those guy fight for their company those guys from what i see risk their cariers example micky fn james dove of a cage a women. kurt angles backflip of the cage on jarret nearly broke his neck and danials crazy lethel lockdown dive from lockdown to AJ Dive on Bully Ray what death defying act has wwe done because the last one i remember was jeff hardy swanton and oh yeh he's with tna now. So hate tna all you want but it will be your loss not mines. And I watch all the shows because I LOVE WRESTLING NOT COMPANYS
