Are House Shows Worth it?

I've been to a Raw a few months back and really enjoyed it. I noticed a house show is coming close to me next month, but it seems the tickets cost about the same as the Raw ones.

I was hoping to have a discussion about the live shows vs house shows and personal opinions from people who've been to them. I don't expect much in terms of production and storyline stuff, but before I make my decision I'd like to hear other people's experiences/thoughts.

Mixed bag. Depends on what matches you get. If you have disposable income then it is awesome. If not, really depends on matches.

Laid back. More stalling. Faces usually win. Different crowd (younger/family).

If you have a buddy to go with, drink a few, then it is fun.

They have more fun on the house shows because there are less restrictions.
Having been to house shows and shows like RAW, Smackdown and WCW Thunder I'll say I had equally good times at all of them.
