One that is out there is The Gimp. Not joking about the name, but it is a free equivlent I was shown one time. I wasn't a big fan of it as I'm a thorough PS user. But go a search for it, make sure it is the editor. But that's worth a shot.

The only other way is getting PS "free" online!

GIMP is pretty good actually I downloaded it earlier, And apart from a few stutters, It's been wonderful.

I say buy/"acquire" Photoshop as it blows Gimp out of the water in regards to user-friendliness. If you can get past the learning curve, Gimp's a nice one, but I say Photoshop all the way.

Thanks for the info guys, looks like I'll go with GIMP, as I am strapped for cash right now. Mayhaps I'll upgrade to PS when I get a job. Again thanks though.

GIMP is good, I have it on my old computer plus I'm sure that's what ED uses and she's a master sig maker.
