Announcer Team Re-Shuffle

As you can see, the WWE has had plenty of people on their announce teams, some of whom are very good at it. E.g: JR, Tazz, Matt Striker. Some others are a little 'tiring'. Not naming any names *COUGH Michael Cole...
Anyway, with great announcers come great teams, but the point of this thread is this... Past, Present or Future, who would you like to be on each announce team? (By the way, when I mean future I mean stuff like promoted interviewers, celebrities mabye, retiring wrestlers) This is how I would do it, you set it up like this too...

RAW: JR and King.
Well, this is just a given really. Who doesn't want these two to come back together, at least for their retiring year, if they choose to retire together. They have the charisma of two best friends and are a little like the odd couple...

SmackDown!: JBL and Cole.
Now, in my opinion, Cole isn't really that good, he doesn't have the right... Stuff. "Vintige Shawn Michaels!" "The Viper is getting ready to strike!"... :disappointed:
But on the other hand you've got JBL, who in my opinion was one of the best heel commentators I have ever heard. He would protect heel wrestlers, say that every diva on the roster is the "Future Mrs. Layfield" (LOL), and he'd attack Cole and push him to the extend of his skills.

ECW: Tazz and Joey Styles.
Now these two guys are best suited for the older ECW, but I still think Tazz has a lot of talent commentating as well as Joey Styles (who now recieves $1 for every time someone says OMG!) Old ECW veterans who are, in my opinion, ECW's JR and King.

Interviewers:

Todd Grisham. Even though every time he interviews Randy Orton, Randy always looks up past the camera somewhere for some reason.

Maria. Let's face it, Maria may not be a strong wrestler, but it's always nice to see her backstage.

(Then these two can host the Slammy awards together, and give results for Cyber Sunday (If they're still doing that format))

So what do you think? My picks probably weren't that creative, but mabye you can do better...

These threads are so overdone. Doing any of that won't accomplish a damn thing for reasons that have been discussed at extensive length before.

I see you want JBL back in the booth as a Heel. Why do you think there are no Heel commentators in the WWE anymore? Why wasn't Matt Striker, who was a Heel manager, kept a Heel announcer in the booth when he joined?

If you haven't noticed a change across the board in the commentary style in WWE within the past couple years, then you are only turning your back to the bigger problem in WWE as far as the Broadcast Booth is concerned, and the problem isn't the individual announcers.

However, if Vince's philosophy of announcing was not an issue, and I could opt to have the announcing style done the way I want to do it .... it would be:

Raw: Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler (Heel)
Smackdown: Jim Ross and Paul Heyman (Heel)
ECW: Joey Styles and Matt Striker (Heel)

I would have reversed the Raw and Smackdown teams, but I feel that Ross has been the Face of Raw long enough, and from a production standpoint, I want a younger Face on Raw as the Play by Play. Seeing Ross on Raw again essentially tells the viewers that nothing ever changes on Raw. He had a great run, though.

Ross and Lawler had their time together as well, and it's time to move on. However, Ross and Heyman are absolutely splendid together.

Plus, Joey Styles and Striker are both experts in technical wrestling. And I can easily see these two matching wits with each other on a weekly basis.
