An analyst on ESPN

I completely understand what you're saying, but you have to admit that a few years from now, at the rate both sports are going, MMA will be a bigger sport than Boxing.

Right now it's hard to claim MMA is bigger than Boxing because there are two superstars left, and they are about to fight one another (IF they do fight; you never know what could happen), but once those guys are gone or start losing fights... what then, FTS?

You might be right. My argument isn't that boxing is better. Shit, I imagine the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight will be shit. Mayweather will get on his bike and run.

I just think that the establishment of boxing will always find two guys to capture the attention of the mainstream. For every MMA fan that thinks boxing looks like two guys dancing, there are two boxing fans who think MMA looks like two guys fucking. The difference is that boxing fans are close to death and MMA fans just had their nuts drop.

Lesnar vs. Fedor would draw big, just as much as Mayweather/Pacquiao I think.
