Mustang Sally
Sells seashells by the seashore
Does anyone else have it? I bought it 2 months ago and have had good experience so far.
I've bought several items and gotten free shipping, which is nice....although one thing you have to watch for is that Amazon allows you to order many items on their site that are actually distributed by other companies. Sometimes, that company adds shipping fees to your order, even if Amazon doesn't, so you need to keep checking your "shopping cart" to see whether charges are being added.
The movies and TV series available for viewing are the most interesting feature, but here too, you have to go into it with the right mindset. While Amazon claims 40,000 media titles, there are far fewer available to watch at the press of a button. Most of the 40,000 are DVDs you can buy from Amazon, and some you can rent for the evening......but if you want to watch it now, you might be disappointed. Although there are thousands of movies/programs available for immediate viewing, it's rough to think of a movie you'd like to see and go looking through their files for it. Chances are, the title will be there, but only as a DVD for sale.
A better approach would be to pick a genre you'd like to watch that night (comedy, drama, sci-fi, etc) and comb through their titles of what's available to "Watch Now." You should always be able to find something you'd enjoy; I have. But if you want only the movie you want to watch, Amazon Prime may not be for you.
