Am I Right To Hate Alberto Del Rio

Things I love about ADR:

1. Ricardo Rodriguez
2. that awesome entrance music
3. Ricardo Rodriguez
4. when he missed that high kick against Big Show :lmao:
5. Ricardo Rodriguez
6. When he can kick a guy who's on his knees. they are *brutal*

As long as the long term plan is a split and feud with Ricky, ADR can stick around.

I'm upset with the creative writing, not with the character.

Also, I did say that it was an effective move. It did what it was supposed to do - made it clear that he was turning heel.

But I felt that the way that it was written was bad. Something like that - kicking a championship belt like he did - shouldn't be just a detail. It's part of what should have been lampshaded, talked about by the characters in the show. Part of something that the faces should yell at him about. The fact that no character seemed to notice or care about him kicking the belt was what rubbed me the wrong way.

Then the point of this thread should not be about hating Del Rio, rather it should be about hating creative. I think trying to sell the fact that he tried to maim Ziggler is a bit more important than kicking the divas title. I thought he had aimed the kick well as it basically fell in the lap of the guy working ring side.

Also Mister OP yes Goldust man, you have to remember with Del Rio he spent his career in Mexico under a mask and it really shows when it comes to his look because he was never really taught facial expressions due to the fact no one saw his face. Also that comment about asking to sleep with people wives that's a tad ridiculous I think if anyone it would be Ziggler under his new catchphrase "Stealing the show and your family".

Del Rio has begun to grow on me over the course of the past year. Sometimes it takes a while for a superstar to find his place within the roster, no matter how experienced that superstar is. Now Del Rio isn't my favorite superstar, nowhere near my top 5, but I do give him credit for reinventing himself ever since that absolutely horrible heel run. That being said I have some issues with your list.

1- Daniel Bryan doesnt own the word "yes". Its a popular chant and just like "What?" its bound to outgrow the person who started it.

2- Well we agree here. That heel run was horrible and that groin injury was perhaps the best thing to happen to him. A blessing in disguise.

3- Thats what a manager is supposed to do, get a superstar over. This sudden interest in Ricardo means WWE can capitalize on it and get Alberto over as well.

4- You must not have been a Razor Ramon fan if thats the case.

5- I wouldn't say he has no charisma. Whenever hes on the mic its in some quick argument with someone like Zeb Coulter. Let this man cut a real promo and you may be surprised.
