Allstate Arena (Chicago) seating?

Occasional Pre-Show
Ok so I've been to the Allstate Arena in Chicago for No Mercy 2007 and Judgment Day last year and I was in sections 112 and 113. I got my tickets for Night of Champions yesterday and I'm in section 109. Which reason I'm not in better seats is cause Ticketmaster screws you over for some reason as it wouldn't let me get better seats it kept telling me like best available was upper level when I got on a 10 am central and then magically there were better seats available a half hour later and even today. Anyway it looks like I should be fine to see everything but I was thinking that I might not be able to have the best view of the TitanTron but it doesn't say limited view or anything cause I know section 108 is like that. Also I noticed they are using more of section 108 than usual for Night of Champions so I think this could be a plus. So my question is has anyone sat in section 109 for a WWE event? And if so how were they seats? Thanks guys.

You'll be a bit away from the ring, but you should have a good view of the entrances and pyro.

Yeah thats what I figured. For Judgment Day last year I was in the last row of section 113 which is the furthest I've been in from the ring of any event since I've been going in 1999. I figured 109 would be the same distance as 112 but the entrances would be better. Have you been in section 109? I guess the question would apply to anyone that has been in section 104 too since its just the opposite side.

I've been going to wrestling events at Allstate Arena since 1987 and have sat pretty much everywhere. You'll be fine in 109. It's disappointing since you were probably hoping for ringside since you got in so early, but you'll be able to see fine. Don't worry.

Ok thanks man. Yeah I was hoping for really good lower level seats like looking right at the ring opposite of the camera or camera side cause unless you're in the first few rows of the floor I'd worry about people standing up all the time. I've been on the floor once in Ft. Wayne for a live event in 2001 and it was kinda cool cause we could run up to like the first row to see the wrestler's entrances and after the match but it sucked not being able to see when people stood up. Plus I really didn't want to send the $250 to get the take home chair.

For future reference any sections that you liked in the lower level better than others? Like is 109 better than 113 or something like that? And have you been in the upper level? They don't look like bad seats up there compared to Conseco Fieldhouse where there is no way I'd want to be in the upper's there cause of all the suites below.

I haven’t noticed specific sections. As a kid I used to sit in the first or second row in the upper deck for house shows and those were great seats. Allstate Arena is a relatively small arena so being in the upper deck isn’t a big deal. I sat in the middle section at Conseco Fieldhouse for SummerSlam 2008 and the Upper deck at Allstate Arena for WrestleMania 22. I was closer to the ring for mania.

Yeah I've only sat lower level for the 2 SmackDowns and 2 Raws that I've been to at Conseco and from what I can tell you need to be in the lower level or floor at Conseco. But I'll tell you what the views from all around the lower level are great. One of my friends that is going to Night of Champions with me sat with his gf in the middle section (100 level) at Conseco for Raw in February and another friend of mine and I sat in the lower level and our seats were WAY better. Conseco is a lot better designed as far as the concourse and everything and I think its a lot nicer but your right about the upper levels. The Allstate Arena is way better for wrestling imo cause it seems like everyone is close to the ring and the atmosphere is just better.

its called THE DAMN FUCKING ROSEMOUNT HORIZON

You mean Rosemont Horizon...? I don't know of this RosemoUnt Horizon you speak of haha. JK man.
