On Aug. 26th, Slipknot's long awaited fourth studio album, All Hope Is Gone, will finally be released, I have recently, and I'm sure a few others on these forums, have heard a couple of the songs that will be on the new disc, and judging by by the two new songs I have heard, Psychosocial & All Hope Is Gone, this album is going to blow Subliminal Versus out of the damn water, I have listen to these songs countless times in the last two days, especially Psycosocial and just can't seem to get enough

God if the rest of the album is gonna sound this good, then it could even give Iowa a run for it's money, I can not wait for this thing to come out, this is the first time in a long time when I'm actually counting down the days until something is released, I'm sure the morning of Aug. 26th will see me headed straight to Best Buy so I can pick this shit up before work, is anyone else looking forward to this as much as I am?

I absolutely cannot wait for this album to drop. In my opinion, each new Slipknot album has been better than the previous one, so I plan for All Hope Is Gone to occupy my CD player for a long time. Both of the songs posted kick major ass so I am only left to assume that the rest of the tracks will be just as good. THe countdown is on...

I am HIGHLY anticipating this album. I love that they've incorporated more solos into their music. Jim Root is underrated in the music, and Im glad that after seeing how good he could be in Stone Sour they wised up in Slipknot.

Psycosocial sounds like it could fit on Vol 3 and All hope is lost is ALL Iowa. I hope they blend it with some of what made Self titled what it was and we're in for a AMAZING album.
