As of AAA's Rey De Reyes 2013 event, it was announced that the roster, titles and such will be divided among 2 brands.
The storyline reason being seen as a way to end the never ending feud between owner Joaquin Roldan and his son Dorian. Head of the "La Sociedad" super-faction.
To be quite honest, the only thing this does is give an excuse to expand the new AAA: Fusion show to 2 hours. Other than nothing will likely change as women and Cruiserweights appeared as of late exclusively on Fusion and the main talent appeared on Sin Limite. Whether this means separate touring or not, it still sounds pretty stupid since it's a bloated roster regardless.
