PISTOL PETE
i saw the poll on Wrestlezone saying should the wwe unify the world tittles? and alot of people said unify them.

how i would book it?
3 weeks before survivor series, randy orton is having a match with john cena on raw. The rock interferes and rock bottoms costing randy orton to lose. so randy orton rko's the rock.
NEXT WEEK-> The rock comes pissed and calls out randy orton. the rock says who the hell do u think u are hitting the rock with an rko. they talk trash to each other. and randy orton goes for an RKO but rock counters it into a rock bottom.
THE WEEK AFTER THAT-> randy orton says he wants the rock right now. the rock comes out and says he will face orton at survivor series. randy orton says hes gonna put the champion ship on the line. and so the rock wins that epic match, and is now the world heavyweight champion.
ON RAW-> the rock says he dosent want to be champion and puts down the champion ship in the ring, but before he could make it up to the ramp john cena says ''rock u have lost it, u cant just walk away from ur championship and let all these people down''. and the rock defends the tittle until wrestlemania.
WRESTLEMANIA=> the rock(WHC) V.S john cena (WWE C). john cena eventually wins the hard fought battle and becomes the ''WWE world heavyweight champion'' after the match the rock streaches his hand and is waiting for a hand shake, they shake hand and rock raises cenas hand and they hug. thus putting over cena. AND THE TITTLES ARE NOW UNIFYED.

hint-> i know thuis is a stupid idea, BUT=> its just an idea

The idea has potential, but let's say this much. Why would WWE want to unify the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship right now? It's very beneficial for the company to have two world titles for many reasons.

One, being merchandise. More active world championship belts mean more people will be buying them both. It also offers diversity for those who want a substitute to a toy-looking spinner belt.

Two, Pay-Per-View sales. You can use two world championships for headlining an extra main event to sell a Pay-Per-View. Let's face it. The more interesting match-ups, the better WWE's chances are at selling their product.

Three, to push superstars. You can have one title match where both superstars are names and another that pushes a superstar. You have this right now with Mark Henry facing Randy Orton at Night of Champions. Also, Alberto Del Rio just became WWE Champion. You can build the roster up much faster this way.

There are other reasons, but these are the main three. If WWE does in fact unify the world championships, I do not believe it will be anytime soon. They got too many superstars to begin with, and one world championship belt would not be enough to go around right now.

In the long run Rock would have to make a full return. Champs have matches to prove themselves. Rock would have to wrestle every 30 days and that'd get tiring are awhile.
