2014-2015 NBA Season LD

So I know this is a little late but we're about two weeks into the new season so let's start discussing some stuff.

First thing that catches my attention is the numerous injuries around the league. What is happening?! The Thunder have gotten bit by the injury bug the most and because of that, I don't think they'll make the playoffs this season. Also, the Warriors are still undefeated. Wooo Splash bros!

I'm convinced that the Thunder won't be making the playoffs this season. I think Durant and Westbrook are out too long for them to stay above .500. Reggie Jackson is a fine player and it'd be a shame to see him go so I hope the Thunder sign him at all costs. The Thunder sure don't attract many marquee free agents. It's weird. I'd think that there are some stars out there that would want to be the third guy after Durant and Westbrook.

The Warriors start 5-0 but have lost their last two games. Turnovers are killing them so bad. I wasn't surprised that they lost to the Spurs tonight. If you can't take care of the ball, then the most fundamentally sound team in the NBA will have an easy time beating you.

I wish the Pelicans have somebody other than Evans and Gordon in their team so Davis can get more wins. Evans killed the Pelicans in the 4th quarter with all those dumb decisions.

Anyway, yeah. I agree with you. Davis would be so much better if he didn't have guys like Evans and Gordon on his team. I really can't believe Gordon is still in the NBA. After all his injuries, he's still around, it's amazing. I'd rather have Evans over Gordon though. Holiday/Davis should honestly be the next Paul/West when they played together in New Orleans.

How awesome has this season been so far? We've seen the emergence of a lot of the young players. Anthony Davis, John Wall, Kyrie Irving, Jimmy Butler, and so much more. Surprise so far has got to be how good the Kings have been. Despite being on a losing streak right now, Cousins and Gay are doing work. Would be cool to see the Kings back in the playoffs.

I kind of wanted the Sixers to reach 0-20 for the commodity of it. I will say, they play hard as fuck though! They hung with the fully healed Thunder tonight until the last moments of the game when they let it get away from them.

Cavs are getting hot! LeBron is essentially the point guard now haha. Meanwhile Kyrie Irving is scoring his little ass off.

Otto Porter is getting a good amount of minutes and doing fairly well. Be positively effects the Wizards and doesn't necessarily need the ball to do so. He may be insignificant to everyone except me, Georgetown and Wizards fans, but it's awesome to see. I grew up watching him tear up my high school (and I believe Slyfox coached him or against him) so there's an interesting bit!
