Doubt it. Tannehill is crazy overrated. There are good DE's on the board they could and should have taken.

Carolina has the potential to be a pretty good team next season, they need some help on defense too. Another receiver wouldn't hurt either.

Bills actually are a pretty smart team. After last season, they clearly needed defense, and they picked up Mario Williams, and then just drafted Stwehon Gilmore, good and smart pick by them.
