Bret Hart because even though we know its all acting, and even though we all know (well we should) know the montreal screwjob, it seemed so real on so many levels. Even before the screwjob the promos were so 'in your face, take that bitch' it just seemed like two men fighting over something...
Barret vs Jericho was a great match. Because of the 'whoever in the nexus lsoes tonight will be exiled from the group" factor, you felt that if a very capable Chris Jericho defeated the leader of the nexus, that the whole nexus group would just collapse. I think that the match was alright...
I feel that although both guys have huge potential and can certainly become massive stars to the mainstream, the fact of the matter is Bryan Danielson will become the biggest star? Why? Because Kaval, as of yet hasn't had that much attention on him and he hasnt had a great jumpstart in the WWE...
This gimmick is getting less annoying and disturbing to watch, and I don't think its half as bad as what it was. At the moment, its weird and that isn't good enough.
Its almost as if its on 50% of the weird-o-meter.
They have to drop it altogether and change the gimmick, or they need to push it...
By far the most amazing wrestling documentary I have ever seen and i've seen alot of them. It really sparked emotion from alot of people, and being in my teenage days when it happened it gave me a real sense of sad nostalgia, to think that suck a talent has gone.
I feel as if the documentary...
Jericho is popular among the fans, young and old, whether he is a face or a heel. Just for the fact he's the best speaker in the WWE and one of the best over the past 10 years, aswell as a consistent performer that hardly ever fails to put on an entertaining match.
Like someone said at the...
The IC title died as soon as the attitude era began to be honest, which was one of the few downfalls of the era. They were propelling so many names into the main event scene that less talented, less entertaining wrestlers were fighting for the IC title.
For example, HHH, The Rock, Foley and Kane...
In terms of expectation, I think it was Kane. At the time the storyline between The Undertaker, Paul bearer and the *unknown* kane was one of the biggest storylines of the year so obviously people wanted the *unknown" (Kane) to be known.
But in terms of entertainment, and general aspects of...
It's a two sided argument. On one hand, TNA is supposedly a very family-like environment with everyone working there wants to work there and enjoys it, so if theres people (like homicide) who doesn't enjoy working there it could disrupt the whole backstage feel of it.
But on the other hand...
Davey Richards certainly is on a role at the moment, but I am a total mark for Mike Quackenbush. He is the most technically sound competitor in the indy's at the moment and he can fly like a little piggy bitch without being a spot monkey. I don't think i've seen a match where he hasn't impressed me.
