Wrestlezone's continuous TNA bashing

Every "exlcusive" or "Article" they post about TNA is about trashing the company, I love when they get anonymous "TNA" Wrestlers that come and rip TNA but won't dare put their name to it, sounds like an upset curtain jerker to me but of course WZ spins it into everyone in TNA being pissed off or angry. Then this guy whines about TNA bringing in JWOW, well guess what Jersey Shore=Huge Ratings Celebrities always cost more to bring in.

Anyways I just love how WZ is pandering to the ANTI-TNA audience out there, it's pathetic "journalism"

To be honest, TNA has been killing itself for months now. However, last night with Jeff Hardy turning heel and 'they' turning out to be Hogan, Bishoff, Jeff Jarret, Abyss, and Jeff Hardy redeemed themselves. A little. BFG was good from what I read, which is helping TNA stay just above sinking. I don't like how they gave Hardy the belt, due to his court hearing which could put him in prison. I think Anderson would be a smarter choice, but Jeff Hardy was more unpredictable. I'm not saying WWE is perfect, but WWE is a hell lot better than TNA.

It's called realistic journalism. When you interview someone, you're entitled to a quote. However, you have to ask the interviewee if they would like it to be posted as anonymous or published normally. With a topic so intense, it would be practical for the talent to request it to be anonymous.

That's what journalism is, and if you don't like it, you should stop reading on it. All things have sides to them. CNN is liberal, FOX News is conservative. Like it or not, you'll never get it split down the middle.

Wrestlezone isn't pandering to anyone and it's not pathetic journalism. The writers of the articles are telling it like it is...I was never a TNA fan and laughed at a TON of things that they did. There are plenty of articles, or in some cases those same articles, where the writer bashes WWE. I dont think the anonymous TNA wrestlers mentioned in the articles would not want to be named if they are bashing the company that writes them checks.

Here is a CRAZY idea for you...DONT READ THE ARTICLES!

Lol, this guy. First off, he didn't bash the Jersey Shore characters, he said that the fans didn't appreciate it, which is why it won't work and will be pulled indefinitely. Secondly, he mentioned that the fans jeered this character when it was in the womb, and TNA caters too much to it's fans, rather than pleasing the casual fan. And thirdly, this guy was in the wrestling business, so if he believes TNA is terrible, probably many more within the profession would too, hence the many TNA talent bashing TNA. Curtain jerkers in TNA? You mean the underrated guys you constantly complain about their status in the company? Right.

Around 200 years ago there was this thinged called freedoom of writing. So pretty much Wrestlezone can write whatever the hell they want about TNA. I never heard of "pathetic" Journalism. Ever. Like serisley I never heard of that. Maybe there is such thing as that but for now im going to think that only you would say that in your mentally challenged head. Why should wrestlezone write anything good about TNA if there is nothing good about TNA. So I might recommend you just dont read the articles.

Have a nice day !

If you arent getting pushed its because you dont draw simple as that this isnt the 80s, and 90's were their are guys like hogan, savage, HBK, bret hart etc... that have creative control and can hold you back other wrestlers like austin's story those guys who are bitching obviously need to hone their craft. The shape the wrestling as a whole is now compared to previous years if you have talent you wont be held back, simply put those sources who are bitching are either older wrstlers or guys who cant cut the mustard, maybe they have skills to be a mid carder but as a company you dont take time away from proven mid carders to bring in a new guy that MIGHT be asolid mid carder. As stated before they are bitter, and if an article is interviewing bitter wrestlers that have bias opinions becasue of it do as i do exit out the screen and spend ur time more wisely then reading trash

Have you folks watch WWE as of late. Explain why the RAW GM would need to hide behind a computer. Explain why the WWE keeps burying its own tag team and women's division. Hell, the only reason Michelle McCool has the belt is because she's "Laying down" for the Undertaker every night. And explain why they are having an announcer put himself over the wrestlers in the ring!

Bash TNA all you want, but face facts, the WWE stands for Woefully Weak Entertainment. Maybe Vince needs to focus less on his wife's senate run (which I hope her tea party support campain fails), and more on making the WWE good again. I never thought I'd miss WCW, But I do now.

Agreed, that is why all the other forums laught at this one lol.

Especially those who apparently are experts in the business but spend every second bitching here, its quite sad

I for one would like for wrestlezone to start calling the WWE out for their continued stupidity and poor product, but it will never happen. The most bad wrestlezone has ever said about WWE is "Vince can't be happy with that." but they never go into detail about how bad it is. It is annoying because when TNA does something good they always post something from Mark "Vinces Secret Lover" Madden.

I dont care if Wrestlezone bashes TNA as long as they bash WWE Equally. TNA has been getting better, it is slow and progressive but a better product. They have a better in ring product than WWE, better Tag wrestling, better promos (Nobody sounds the same like WWE does), and aren't afraid to take risks win or lose with the risk. WWE does none of that yet never get called on it.

As far as I'm concerned if Wrestlezone got rid of smarks like Madden and called WWE on stuff like they do TNA it would enhance the site. Good bad or indifferent all I ask is that there is consistency and fairness. That is what matters. Right now that isn't happening so if I want objective opinion on events I read Pro Wrestling Inc articles, if it is news and actual news and not anonymous people too scared to name themselves which I refuse to believe (If you are so scared you have to hide when you talk then keep your mouth shut. If your going to speak up be a man about it and claim your words.) then I read this.

shouldn't this be in the spam zone---since all it really is is a rant about the articles in General.

i don't think that WZ is pandering to the Anit-TNA audience. but they do have people on staff who do just that (Madden) I would say that most of these TNA insiders are more than likely useless wastes of space like Rob Terry, Homicide(though he's gone now), Kiyoshi. and they are/were whining because they went from being on TV at least once a month to going months and months since their last on screen. think..when was the last time anyone saw Kiyoshi or Terry on TV.

Realistic journalism? The fuck is that man? Continued praising, or bashing of one thing is not "journalism" it's called pandering and it's getting pathetic any day I come here and they have more TNA bashing by "wrestlers" who are to chicken shit to put their name to anything, because they are probably jobbers who don't want to be fired. You have Mark Maddens fat ass doing the same garbage every week, Wrestlezone should just write "HEY WE HATE TNA" on it's website.

Alot of people like TNA, but its getting pathetic that every other day they have "exclusives" from anonymous wrestlers who only bash the product

Oh god really?

There is little objective reporting going on, these "Writers" never rip WWE for their pathetic anonymous GM, the 2 minute matches which pollute RAW every night and accomplish nothing. It's always finding things about TNA to trash, and they are hypocrites

Thats because in wwe there is no point in making rips at wwe. Wwe has proven themselves for many years. Since TNA had came they had done absolutley nothing but sign 60 year old wrestlers and wwe rejects.
AND ! No one bothers TNA for that crap 10 minute time limit match do they ?

Think about it this way. If TNA could draw more than a couple hundred people at a VFW sized building (some of whom I understand are helping to paper the building.), they wouldn't need the likes of Jwoww to TRY to help them. BTW: what kind of ratings does MTV get v. the major networks and other cable shows? I'm guessing abysmal. Kinda like TNA. Look, I want TNA to succeed because I want more wrestling not less and I like having choices. Problem is, the product sucks! It is what it is!

can't fix a horse with a broken leg......you shoot it. in this case shoot on it. TNA needs more than a half baked heel turn nwo wannabe to save it. it needs better booking, which is unlikely considering the bookers are pushing themselves, and not the guys who bust ass week in and week out.

for the record i was a tna fan, way back when it was all about the X division, and even the Main eventers took a back seat to the young guys laying it all on the line.

First thing that bothered me, was dropping "NWA" from its name, which i know wasn't by choice 100%.

Now its all rehashed WWE/WCW guys and even ECW way past their prime. When it was about young guys putting on classics, i loved it, when its Hogan, i change the channel. I didn't even like hogan in WWE(2nd stint) because it was a joke.

Okay. Explain to me why TNA can't draw decent ratings? Explain to me why NXT can get a higher rating than TNA, and it has half the time, and maybe a quarter of the wrestling? Simple. Because TNA has more problems than Lindsey Lohan. Granted, BFG was a decent PPV. Decent.

If WWE is so bad, then why does WWE have triple the ratings of TNA? Granted, WWE is not the best. WWE does make mistakes, everything does. It's human nature. Do I like WWE is PG? Not really. But WWE is moving with the times. They are slowly bringing up their younger talent. They are slowly getting their Diva's division back on track. WWE is doing the same with the Tag Team division. WWE is building up for the next generation. Every decade or so, WWE has to change their image to keep up with the times. Right now, they are drawing the younger generation so they can keep afloat for the next 30 years.

WWE makes some bone head moves sometimes. No matter what they do, someone will piss and moan about it. It's really a matter of making less people bitch about it, and more people like it. TNA, on the other hand? Hell. I get the same feeling with watching porn after watching TNA: A little shamed after watching it. I used to watch TNA all the time, while watching it with WWE. But for the past year and a half, TNA just keeps pounding the nails into the inevitable coffin. BFG allowed them to take out nail or two of that lid that will eventually bury them. I want TNA to succeed. It won't happen if they don't pull their head up their asses. Again, BFG did not disappoint, and from what I read, it looked pretty good. Don't think they should've given Hardy the title because of his court case, but hell, that's their decision.

But notice how "WWE Stars" never speak out. Let me guess, things are perfect in WWE? I dont think so, if WZ actually named people instead of saying "Oh we talked to a top tier guy." I could actually believe them.

I think it is funny that you post this thread because you are pissed about people not grasping the outcome of Bound For Glory...
I know this isn't an "BASH Bound For Glory Thread" But in all honesty the only good matches on the card was Generation Me vs MCMG (Match of the Night in my opinion) and The World Championship Match. And RVD vs Abyss which the match could've been better.
I think it is funny because you are talking about the same people who watch WWE and will say, "Paul Bearer turning on Undertaker was predictable", but will watch Bound For Glory and say, "OH MY GOD! HULK HOGAN AND ERIC BICSHOFF BEING HEEL WAS TOTALLY AMAZING!"
People called those two being "They" months before the whole thing was revealed. The only two people that were surprising was Jeff Jarrett and Jeff Hardy. Which in some people eyes was disappointing!
Like I said, I didn't think Bound For Glory was that great and that is MY OPINION! WrestleZone gets messages from TNA fans and people who went live and they give their two cent on the PPV and it is THEIR OPINION! Not WrestleZone's. So if you want to bash anybody bash the people not the site. Even though bashing anybody's opinion is not right. Everybody is entitled to an opinion if you can't handle criticism then to bad for you man.
I am sorry if it sounds as if I am being a total asshole right now, but it really pisses me off how TNA fans believe that ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TNA does is right.

I am a much bigger TNA fan than WWE but i dont think wrestlezone is catering to anybody , they just print what they think is the most interesting articles, its just that WWE is bigger so they have more support and lets face it , in this day and age negative press garners more intrest than positive, just watch the news sometime.

TNA is garbage. It is a glorified INDY Promotion, trying to be big, with implanted fans (see the debris thrown in the ring) and their stupid chants.

It's a made for TV fed, similar to Wrestling Society X, except Dixie uses Daddy's money to keep it alive.

Dude, You're a voice of reason.

Your opinion expressed everything that needs to be said about Bound For Glory last night. We all knew that Bischoff and Hogan were turning, but Hardy turning heel is more of a disappointment than a shock. Never mind the fact that there was no build for the turn and he's has a drug trial coming up. Has TNA forgotten that Hardy still eventually have to stand trial for 5 different drug charges and that there is real possibility that Hardy might wind up in jail?

Also, to herald the coming of "They", Abyss(their hand-picked assassain) is ordered to chokeslam Hardy (their hand-picked champion) so that the two guys who had already taken over TNA and be in charge could take over TNA and be in charge. And Jeff Jarrett.

The ONLY thing about the angle that makes sense is a bitter Jarrett stooping to any level to get his company back. That's it. Nothing else. This is WCW-level crap! If TNA didn't learn from history, they are sure as hell doomed to repeat it.

I'm not surprised how much WrestleZone bashes TNA so much. After all, this is the same site that kept blowing their load all over Bryan Daniels a few months ago. Every other headline was something stupid about him.

Exactly I really don't understand it when someone says or reports anything negative about TNA all the TNA Fanboys get up in arms and make stupid posts like this one.

WWE gets flack sometimes as well but not as much as TNA does. WWE can afford to make a mistake because they have been around longer, they have more experience, and a Larger Fanbase. TNA can't afford to make mistakes but low and behold they do which makes them look stupid.

So dude chill out people have a right to voice their opinions if they want. Its a Free Country or so I thought anyway.

So there's no point in bashing how stupid Laycool wrestling with headsets and talking over the match was? Didn't see any "exclusives" about that trash.

On RAW every week you can count on atleast 2-3 matches which have no importance whatsoever. 1 is usually a divas segment, then two are squash matches which usually involves Evan Bourne, you can also count on any Dibiase segment as having no value either.

But do we see anything about that garbage every week? Nope but any small thing TNA does "wrong" is instantly on this website you never see WZ talk about the amazing string of matches Kurt Angle has had lately but you'll damn sure hear about something they don't like!
