What are your 3 favorite WrestleMania's of all-time?

LikeABoss13

Occasional Pre-Show
There have been 25 WrestleMania's & each one has had at least one moment that was amazing & we can't get it out of our heads. I remember I went to WrestleMania 24 & it was amazing to see a Money in the Bank ladder match for the first time or seeing Ric Flair's last match with my favorite superstar of all-time Shawn Michaels. But tell me what your 3 favorite WrestleMania's were & the matches that happened that night that made you open your eyes & say HOLY SHIT over & over again in your mind. Also include the matches that you liked, not the ones you hated.

3. WrestleMania X-Seven

Chris Jericho (c) vs William Regal for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
- Good match, even though I don't really like William Regal that much, he did okay in this match, but Chris Jericho is wrestler that has a good match most of the time with anybody.

Kane vs Raven (c) vs The Big Show for the WWE Hardcore Championship.
- Very very very good match, this match was also funny with the golf
carts. But anyways, my favorite part of this match was when Raven was
thrown through the glass & when Big Show & Kane went through the wall.

Eddie Guerrero (with Perry Saturn) vs Test (c) for the WWE European Championship.
- Eddie Guerrero was an amazing wrestler who could wrestle anybody & still look good. He could wrestle his shadow & it to me would be a 5 star match. But Test was also good & to see these 2 wrestlers face off at WrestleMania was really good.

Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit in a Singles match.
- I don't even know what to say for this match. These 2 wrestlers put on a classic everytime they stepped in the ring together. No matter if it's at WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, or in a Cage match, they will give you your money's worth of a match. You could bad mouth Chris Benoit all you want, but he is still one of the most technical wrestlers of all-time.

Shane McMahon vs Vince McMahon (with Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley) in a Street Fight match with Mick Foley as special guest referee.
- Shane McMahon is a special wrestler because he can put on a good match except a singles match. Vince isn't even a wrestler & he still puts on a match that is worth watching, except if he faces Zack Gowen.

Edge & Christian vs The Dudley Boyz (c) vs The Hardy Boyz for the WWE Tag Team Championships in a TLC Match.
- Amazing match, I give it 2 thumbs up because these 3 tag teams are the 3 most well-known tag teams of the 20th century & it's too bad they couldn't do it for the 21st century WWE fans. But amazing match, the one at SummerSlam though is better.

The Undertaker vs Triple H in a Singles match.
- 2 future Hall of Famers going at it for the first time & they put on a show that you wouldn't believe. I actually thought that Undertaker was going to lose because Triple H was in the match & he makes the plans you know.

Steve Austin vs The Rock (c) for the WWE Championship in a No-DQ match.
- Really good match, couldn't complain, the Rock is the highlight of the match even though he lost because he is a wrestler that never botches or anything while in the ring or on the mic. I liked the ending too. I wish WWE could do something like this still, but they can't. Well when they broke up the Hardy Boyz at the end that kind of surprised me.

2. WrestleMania 21

Rey Mysterio vs Eddie Guerrero in a Singles match.
- I think these 2 had a great match that I could of cared less about who won because I liked both wrestlers & I was winning either way because I saw a good opening to WrestleMania that year. R.I.P Eddie.

Edge vs Chris Jericho vs Shelton Benjamin vs Chris Benoit vs Christian (with Tyson Tomko) vs Kane in a Money in the Bank Ladder match.
- Very excellent match because we had 2 Ladder match specialists in this match, Edge & Christian. But anyways, Shelton Benjamin was the highlight of this match with his running up the ladder during the match, but the only problems I saw was that Kane messed up choke-slamming Shelton Benjamin out of the ring. The other problem was that KANE was in the match. I would of taken Maven even. Ending was really great, I never thought Edge was gonna win it, I thought Christian was gonna win it or Chris Benoit.

The Undertaker vs Randy Orton in a Legend vs Legend Killer match.
- Randy Orton was young & cocky in this match, he was gonna lose from the start because he was already big winning the WWE Championship at SummerSlam the year before this. But still this match was good. Not for Randy Orton though because he broke his shoulder in this match, but as I said Undertaker is a good wrestler & Randy Orton is also a good wrestler.

Kurt Angle vs Shawn Michaels in a Single, Interpromotional match.
- Best match of the night or actually of the year I would say that year. I have watched this match over & over on my Ipod, on the computer, & on the DVD because it's that good. I couldn't explain how good this match is. It's as good as Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25 this year. The Sweet Chin Music that Shawn Michaels hits on Kurt Angle is probably my favorite one he ever did.

John Cena vs John "Bradshaw" Layfield (c) for the WWE Championship.
- Everyone knew John Cena was gonna win the WWE Championship because he was cheered & loved by everyone. I liked him better on SmackDown for some reason that I don't know. But anyways, very good match.

1. WrestleMania 22

Kane & The Big Show (c) vs Carlito & Chris Masters for the World Tag Team Championship.
- Good opener to the show, but I would of got the crappy Booker T & Sharmell vs Boogeyman match out of the way first. But if that happened we wouldn't of gotten that funny backstage segment that was before the match. Anyways, Carlito is a really exciting wrestler to watch & so is Chris Masters & both of these superstars I think will become future champions hopefully.

Rob Van Dam vs Shelton Benjamin vs Ric Flair vs Finlay vs Matt Hardy vs Bobby Lashley in a Money in the Bank Ladder match.
- When Rob Van Dam first came out, I never knew he was undefeated at WrestleMania like the Undertaker. But Undertaker is bigger than RVD. Anyways, good match from start to finish. I liked the altercation between Ric Flair & Fit Finley in the match, they should of had a feud together. I feel bad for Matt Hardy at the end because his head hit the apron when the ladder was pushed over by RVD at the end. And RVD leaves WWE with a undefeated WrestleMania streak.

John "Bradshaw" Layfield (with Jillian Hall) vs Chris Benoit (c) for the WWE United States Championship.
- I don't know whats so good about this match that makes me say wow. I watch this match a couple of times & I am amazed how good of a match this was.

Edge (with Lita) vs Mick Foley in a Hardcore match.
- Probably match of the night right here. I don't like Mick Foley, but he has only 2 good matches under his belt. His match at Backlash with Randy Orton & this one. This match saw it all come out, tacks, cookie sheet pans, barbwire, barbwire bats, tables, fire, & even a barbwire socko. That spear at the end was what made me say HOLY SHIT that night. Edge is a really good wrestler & WWE did a good job bringing him into the main event scene the way they did. Match of the night right here as I said.

Mickie James vs Trish Stratus (c) for the WWE Women's Championship.
- I liked this match because these were 2 diva's who had a good story going into there match. Mickie James was being cheered the whole time for some reason, but I think it might because she was doing sexually things to Trish Stratus like kissing her & touching her vagina. But it was hot. I didn't care who won because it was a really good match with 2 diva's that were hot. I want to make a note that at WrestleMania 21, when Trish Stratus pins Christy Hemme, you could see Christy Hemme's vagina. LoL, just wanted to let you everyone know.

The Undertaker vs Mark Henry in a Casket match.
- The Undertaker is a really talented wrestler that can face anyone & have a good match. The only person that I think he has a suckish match with is Kane. But this was the first ever Casket match at WrestleMania & it was amazing. The Undertaker tombstoned Mark Henry like it was no problem at the end which made me saw WTF when it happened.

Shawn Michaels vs Vince McMahon in a No Holds Barred match.
- Match was gonna be bloody & really fantastic too. Shawn Michaels was in it so it had to be good. I can't remember the last time he had a really bad match. When the Spirit Squad came out was funny. I liked a couple of things about this match. First was when Shawn Michaels threw Kenny to the outside, he did a perfect front flip. Second was when he hit Vince with the chair with a grand slam like shot to the head. Third was when he rammed the ladder into Vince's head. The jump off the ladder through the table while Vince was in the trash can was also good. The Sweet Chin Music at the end was sicker than ever & I think he clearly got Vince too. When Vince gave the bird at the end on the stretcher was really funny.

Rey Mysterio vs Kurt Angle (c) vs Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight -
Championship.
- I couldn't describe this match. I love triple threat matches because you got 3 superstars to pick to win the match. Kurt Angle is a future WWE Hall of Famer & so is Randy Orton & Rey Mysterio. This match told us why they were gonna be future Hall of Famers because of how fast paced this match was in the beginning. The german suplex that Kurt Angle did to Randy Orton when he was holding onto Rey Mysterio was sick.

Torrie Wilson vs Candice Michelle in a Playboy Pillow Fight.
- I know I might get someone saying how could I include this match, well I did because this match was very hot. Torrie Wilson looked really hot in this match that is why I put it in here. I wish WWE could do more women matches like this one. We don't care if they can wrestle or not WWE.

John Cena (c) vs Triple H for the WWE Championship.
- John Cena was still very good & was going in as the underdog in this match. I didn't know if Triple H was gonna win because he wants to break Ric Flair's record of World Championships. So I was going for John Cena in this one & another reason is because I don't like how Triple H is in the main event of everything almost. Watch WrestleMania 25 - WrestleMania 30, Triple H will be in the main event either as champion or going after the champion. Unless he gets injured or something or leaves for TNA. LoL, jk.

Note:
The WrestleMania that I would of put as 4th would of been WrestleMania 2000 as well.

3. WRESTLEMANIA 17: so many finominal matches on the card including-the TLC match, rock vs austin (austin heel turn), shane vs vince street fight and benoit vs angle.

2. WRESTLEMANIA 22: first of all because my favorite wrestler rey mysterio won the WHC. then one of the best hardcore matches in sometime for the WWE with foley vs edge. cena vs triple h was awesome and the crowd was really into it. also hbk vs vince when hbk kicked the shit out of vince.

1. WRESTLEMANIA 20:Every match on the card was very enterataining. you had 7 titles on the line including benoit vs triple h vs hbk for the WHC in one of the best matches in wrestlemania history and angle vs guerrero in a very technical match with some great spots. you had undertaker return as the deadman again to face him brother kane. And you saw the rock and foley reunite to take on evolution. Other good matches were cena vs show, wwe tag team and world tag team title matches. also the hype for lesnar vs goldberg (which was really the only disappointmant of the night and how could you forget the first ever cruiserweight open.

1. Wrestlemania 17: Well I attended this one live & damn it was off the chain. Pretty much every match from top to bottom was phenominal with the 2 best matches on the card bein' the TLC Match & the Rock/Austin match. Of course the endin' was epic as Austin turned heel & sided with McMahon & I wish they could do endin's like that every once in a while cause it was epic & it came out from nowhere.

2. Wrestlemania 16 (aka WM 2000): This wrestlemania is known to be the only wrestlemania without an actual one on one match. Anyways the matches were good as my favorite matches on the card were of course the Angle/Benoit/Jericho 2 out of 3 falls match, E&C/Dudleyz/Hardyz triangle tag team ladder match, the HHH/Rock/Foley/Big Show fatal 4 way match & of course the Hardcore battle royal for the Hardcore title. It was very enjoyable, but no wrestlemania for me will ever compare to WM 17.

3. Wrestlemania 22: One of my favorite wrestlers Rey Mysterio won the belt at this event, then they had Edge & Foley in a great Hardcore match, HBK/Vince was a good match & of course RVD wins Money In The Bank & gains a title shot was also a cool moment for me as well. I enjoyed that Wrestlemania for sure & that's why it makes this list.

This one is pretty easy for me.

Wrestlemania 1: At the time we had never seen anything like it before. granted their were no truly great matches on the card but the hype leading up to it and the spectacle of it all made up for all of that. Plus Hogan, Mr T, Roddy Piper, and paul Orndorf were everywhere. You couldnt turn on a t.v. or go to a store without hearing someone talking about it.

Wrestlemania 3: This is my favorite of all time. There is no denying it because it was the biggest wrestling show to ever take place on American soil. The image of Hogan and Andre staring each other down in front of all those fans still gives me goosebumps today. Plus the buildup to the match was a wonderful story. i still think the segment where Andre walks in with Heenan and rips Hogans shirt and cross off after challenging him for a match is one of the greatest promos ever. Plus we had the Steamboat/Savage match which many people still argue is the greatest match ever.

Wrestlemania 4: Hogan vs Andre was still hot and we were going to get the rematch. It was the first title tournament i ever remember being televised. And it was the first Wrestlemania used to build a new star. That is what Wrestlemania should be about in my opinion. Macho Man came into the tournament and wasnt all that huge at the time. No one thought their was any chance he would win it. I rember me and all my friends thought for sure that Hulk would win it back or Andre would take it all. When macho man won it shot him to the sky. For about a year he was bigger than Hogan. i honestly think he would have went on to become the same level as Hogan if not bigger had they not turned him one short year later.

This shouldn't be to hard. Here are mine (in no particular order)

WM17 - This one is a pretty easy one. The card top-to-bottom was stellar, I don't recall too many weak matches, all matches you expected to deliver delivered (and then some, like Taker vs. HHH,Benoit vs. Angle, or TLCII). It also had a pretty unique ending with vince and austin joining forces, all in all great Wrestlemania and possibly the best one ever.

WM18 - It wasn't as strong as WM17, but for me it was all about 1 match, Rock vs. Hogan. I don't recall too many matches that had me that emotionally invested (especially after the match when hogan turned face, I think I was smiling for a week after that). It had some good matches other than this one, but for me it was all about this 1 match.

WM4 - This wasn't the best wrestlemania, but it was hands-down my FAVORITE WRESTLEMANIA. Macho winning the title was so awesome (which gave us a whole year where Hogan didn't dominate WWE programming), on top of that it had Bret Hart(My all time favorite wrestler) turn face in the opening match, and Demolition (My all time favorite tag team) beat Strike force for their 1st Tag Team Title Reign (which ended up being the single longest tag title reign in WWE history). It also had some great matches in the tournament (Roberts vs. Rude for example), plus it was the 1st Wrestlemania I ever watched. I guess you can say this one holds a special place for me.

WM 17 - Undertaker/Triple h, TLC II, and Austin/Rock. Do I need to explain?

WM 20 - From the beginning stages of the Cena push, to the Evolution vs. Rock n Sock match, to the return of the Deadman, to the Goldberg/Lesnar match, to the amazing technical match with Angle and Guerrero, and finally, to the greatest pro wrestling match of all time (yeah, I said it) Triple H vs. HBK vs. Benoit. This PPV had it all!

WM 22 - I picked this mainly because of the epic Cena/Triple H match, I think this was the last time I really felt like a little boy when watching wrestling because NO ONE knew who was going to win this one. Amazing match.

Wrestlemania XX: First of there were 12 matches in that event. To this day, I can't remember a single ppv to come close to that except maybe Wrestlemania 22, which had 10. Anyway, we saw the return of my favorite wrestler the Undertaker. He defeated Kane to increase his streak to 12-0. Also, we got to see my 2nd favorite wrestler Chris Benoit fulfill his lifelong dream and win the World Heavyweight Championship in my favorite Wrestlemania match of all-time. We got to see John Cena win his first ever title. Molly Holly was forced to get her head shaved. And the Eddie Guerrero vs. Kurt Angle WWE Championship match had one of the funniest endings I've seen. It was just the best Wrestlemania I've ever seen.

Wrestlemania X-7: When I think of Wrestlemania X-7, I automatically think of The Undertaker vs. Triple H. Undertaker has had some very great matches at Wrestlemania, and this was my favorite for some reason (from the ones I've seen anyway). The win improved The Undertaker's streak to 9-0. The gimmick battle royal, I found quite entertaining. I think Iron Sheik really deserved the win. The Triple Threat Hardcore match between Kane, The Big Show, and Raven was awesome. Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit, a battle between two fantastic mat-based wrestlers, one of the best Wrestlemania matches. TLC 2. Where do I start. Match between father and son. Brilliant!

Wrestlemania XV: It was in my hometown. It was the first of three Wrestlemanias to feature The Rock vs. Stone Cold. The match was just fantastic. The opening Hardcore match between Hardcore Holly, Al Snow, and Billy Gunn was a great match in my opinion, despite the fact that it wasn't too long. The use of weapons was cool. The event itself was the best thing about it, even if the matches weren't too great.

#3.wm 24 for taker vs edge, flair vs hbk, money in the bank, jbl vs finley was ok,floyd mayweatherjr. vs big show, the triple threat
#2wm19 for, y2j vs hbk, 2 on one1 handicap match was ok,brock lesner vs kurt angle, hogan vs mcmahon, the tags and woman matchs were pretty good

before you sit there and spam me my #1 is wm17 for the same reasons as every one else but those are predictions for wm 28 lol

3. WrestleMania III: This set the standard for what WrestleMania should be. It certainly was a different time, but this was an awesome show for 1987. Probably has the best hyped main event of all time. Of course it’s remembered for drawing over 90,000 to the SilverDome.

2. WrestleMania X7: This is the first mania I attended live and it was a great one. Mania returned to the big stadium for the first time in nine years. The atmosphere in the Astordome was awesome. This has been said to be the climax of the attitude era. This show had something for everyone. Classic wrestling (Angle vs. Benoit), wild brawls (Taker vs. HHH), crazy highspots (TLC 2), dramatic storylines (Vince vs. Shane), and shocking twists (Austin vs. Rock). This mania is hard to top, but there is one that did top it,

1. WrestleMania XIX: This show was just flat out awesome. The roster was totally stacked. Safeco Field was a great venue for mania. Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar was my second most anticipated match of all time (behind the mania 12 iron man match). Hogan vs. Vince had big time hype and the match delivered too. I loved the surprise appearance by Piper. Triple H vs. Booker was a solid and underrated match. We had the final blowoff between the Rock and Austin. This was Steve Austin’s last match making this show even more special. Shawn Michaels made his return to WrestleMania. His match with Chris Jericho was a masterpiece. This was match of the decade in my opinion. Wrestlemania XIX made WWE seem larger than life.

19, 20, and 21. They just had a great run right there with those 3 Wrestlemania's. They each built upon each other. Big epic matches, little downtime, hot crowds, just great atmosphere and fun to watch. Wrestlemania should be the show where they pull out all the stops and take it back to the roots, and that's what they did with these 3 WM's. Wrestlemania 20 had probably the greatest match in WM history. If the Benoit incident never occurred it would still get praise from the WWE.

WrestleMania 19

Y2J vs HBK: My all time favorite wrestling match... excellent work and had the fans on their toes the entire time.. they truly stole the show

WrestleMania 24

M.I.T.B.: Well worked by ALL participant, plus the return of Matt Hardy, personally didn't like the outcome but then again there's not a thing in this world that will impress me about Punk

WrestleMania 22

THE ENTIRE CARD: well organized and well worked matches with a great main event in Cena vs The King of Kings.. still pissed Cena won though

Well i'm just going to list them...

Xseven, is probably one of the best mania's ever. The whole card was amazing... Great matches all around.

19, I really enjoyed this mania. Really solid all the way around.

Then it's a toss up between, 23, and 13.... I like both of them...
I'm going with 23. I enjoyed this card a lot. It had two great world championship matches, a solid money in the bank match, and great undercard. (besides the diva match.)

Wrestlemania 3: Hogan v Andre - Biggest match in history, Savage vs Steamboat - one of the greatest performed matches in history, biggest attendance at any Wrestlemania in history. Hogan v Andre was just so huge it was unbelievable. No match has ever had the hype, magnitude or anticipation that the Hogan v Andre match had.

Wrestlemania 18: Hogan v Rock - The second biggest match in history hands down! The iconic buildup, the aura, the feel and the execution of the match was awesome! That sort of larger than life feeling for a match is rarely captured!
HHH v Jericho was a good match.
Austin vs Hall was also ok.
But Hogan v Rock on its own is enough to make this Wrestlemania top 3 material!

Wrestlemania 19: Definitely the best line up of all of the Wrestlemanias - by line up i mean i can't think of a Wrestlemania that had more solid, star studded matches.
Hogan v Vince- Awesome!
Rock v Austin - Awesome
HHH v Booker - Solid
Taker v Orton - Very very good
Lesnar v Angle - Awesome
Hbk v Jericho - Awesome

Very impressive! The best overall card of any Wrestlemania!

My Favorite 3 Wrestlemania's will go like this

3.Wrestlemania 18- For only 3 reasons
- The hype up for the return of the NWO was amazing.
- The Tag Team title match was amazing with a lot of fast
pace action and the last time The Hardys teamed up at
Wrestlemania
- The Rock VS Hollywood Hulk Hogan I personally thought
this version of Hogan was the best and this
match surpassed the hype and it happened in my
hometown and I got to witness it live there is a reason
why this is my favorite match of all time.
2.Wrestlemania 20-I loved every match on this card even though some could
have been longer.
-This Mania had the most title defeneses and the majority
of my favorite wrestlers eg.Bill Goldberg,Brock Lesnar,
Steve Austin (Ref but still counts), The Rock etc...
- My second favorite match of all time is on this card
and the reason I ordered this PPV Bill Goldberg VS Brock
Lesnar I know in wrestling itself the match was shit but
I just love this match for some reason and always watch
it.
1. Wrestlemania 19 - My first Wrestlemania bought on DVD and it was worth
it I loved it so much every match is unmissable I have
to see everything to be satisfied every match is 5 stars
in my opinion .
- Limp Bizkit performing Undertakers theme was amazing
and I love the biker Undertaker.
-The Rock VS Steve Austin out of their three WM
encounters this one was my favorite and loved the
the heel Rock.
- Hulk Hogan VS Vince McMahon my 3rd favorite match
in WWE these are old men for crying out loud and
what they did in the match was truly amazing.

These are my 3 favorite Wrestlemania and all Belong in the Ruthless Aggression Era the best Era in WWE.
After those 3 WMs I would choose WM 17

#3 - Wrestlemania 17 - every match was great . the best swerve in wrestlemania history.
#2 - Wrestlemania 24 - best money in the bank Ladder match . HBK vs flair with flairs last match was awsome.
#1 - Wrestlemania 18 - this was my favorite ever with the hogan vs rock hhh vs jericho and the hardcore title changing hands more times on one night was awsome.

This was a really tough one for me to come up with, because there have been so many great Wrestlemanias. So only coming up with my top 3 was difficult. It was so difficult, in fact, that instead of just trying to pick my top 3, I ended up making a ranked list of all 25 Wrestlemanias, which made it easier to determine my top 3. My top 5 Wrestlemanias, I debated on for a good number of minutes. So with that said, I've come up with my three favorite Wrestlemanias ever. The top 2, I would also say are the two greatest Wrestlemanias of all-time. My 3rd "favorite" choice though, probably isn't the third "greatest" Wrestlemania, though I think it deserves to be at least in the top 6. But beings this is our "favorite" Wrestlemanias and not "the greatest" it'll be on my list. So without further ado, here are my three favorite Wrestlemanias of all-time......

3. Wrestlemania 24 (2008)

I think that this Wrestlemania is certainly one of, if not the most underrated Wrestlemanias of all-time. I always read people on here praising Wrestlemania 22 and 23 as being great Wrestlemania's and two of the best of the decade, and then saying 24 wasn't good at all. And that baffles me honestly, because to me I thought those shows weren't nearly as solid and consistent and just weren't plain as good as this one was.

To start off with, one of the things I took into consideration in ranking my list, was the setting/arenas of the shows. If you talk about the overall setting/arena of the event, I don't think I've seen a Wrestlemania event that was as beautiful looking as this one. I'm a big fan of outdoors shows, and this one and IX are the only two outdoors Wrestlemanias ever. When I heard this one was going to be outdoors, I didn't know how they would top Wrestlemania IX (which I still say has one of the best settings and coolest looking arenas of any Wrestlemania, despite it's lackluster card), but they truly did. Wrestlemania 24 just had quite possibly the most awesome and amazing looking setting of any Wrestlemania ever. If you're not following me here, just take a look at a picture of the event from above the arena, and you'll see what I mean. Here, I'll post a picture for everyone to see.

Wrestlemania24-1.jpg

Is that not one of the most beautiful sights you've ever seen? Everyone that was there were lucky. What a gorgeous setting.

Anywhos, setting/look of the arena aside, the card was still fantastic, really from top to bottom. On paper it didn't look like it would be that outstanding of a show, but some of the matches that should've been bad or flops turned out to be way better than probably anyone (including me) expected, which is one of the reasons I rank it so highly. It's easy to rank Wrestlemanias like X-7 and XIX high, because just looking at the card, you knew they were going to be great shows. 24, on paper didn't look like it would be that good, with the exception of a few matches. But just about all of the matches exceeded my expectations greatly.

Before I discuss the card, I'll discuss the setting/arena a bit more. I knew from the moment that I got my first glimpse of the arena that I was going to be seeing a special show. The look just gave me a good vibe and feeling for the show. It's kind of hard to explain. The place just had a look to it that made me feel like I was just going to enjoy the show greatly.

So now, to the card.

You start off the show with JBL vs. Finlay, which on paper should've been a dull matchup, as JBL has a notorious habit of bringing down wrestlers that normally have great matches, into mediocre matches (that's my opinion anyway, and I'm sticking to it ;) ). This match would've probably been no different, but luckily, WWE added a no disqualifcation stipulation to the match (or "Belfast Brawl" as it was called in this one), and JBL ended up having by far the most entertaining match he's ever had on a Wrestlemania (besides his bout with Chris Benoit at Wrestlemania 22). This was a match that I was expecting very little out of, and a match that made me think WWE had lost their mind when it was announced that they would kick the show off with this match. JBL and Finlay delivered in a match that was way more entertaining than it should've been on paper. This was the first match that surprised the hell out of me. It was just a non-stop, fun, and entertaining brawl, sort of like the hardcore bouts WWE had in the early '00s, which are almost extinct in today's PG environment. Good, fun match to kick off the show.

Then you have the Money in the Bank Ladder match, which while may not be 5-star wrestling clinics are always awesome and entertaining spectacles to watch. CM Punk winning was great, as I was really happy to see him win, which was the beginning of him moving up the ladder so to speak in WWE (he would win the World Title on Raw just months later).

Batista and Umaga was a solid, no-nonsense matchup, just the type of match they should've had. It wasn't outstanding but it certainly wasn't terrible, and was a pretty solid match overall.

Kane and Chavo was an entertaining squash match/segment, which provided for a memorable moment on the show. I don't think it should be taken seriously as a match. It was more of a segment.

Then you have, what is IMO, one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history with Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair. Yes, I'm well aware of the negative opinions many here on the boards have of this match. This match seems to either be loved by people, or hated by people. I'm one of the people that loves the matchup. Sure they messed up a few moves, but considering Flair was pushing 60 he did outstanding in the matchup. There was good wrestling, good spots, and hands down the most emotional ending for a matchup in Wrestlemania history. The action was a little sloppy at times, and probably not quite as good as they could've done (especially if the match had taken place earlier in their careers), but when it comes to pure emotional storytelling, I don't think any matchup ever at Wrestlemania tops this one. There have only been a few times in my nearly 20 years of watching wrestling that I've cried. I cried a few times when I was a little kid when I was scared for the Ultimate Warrior when he got locked in a casket, and when Randy Savage got bitten by the snake. And I, of course, cried during the Owen Hart and Eddie Guerrero tribute shows. Crying during wrestling tribute shows, and moments that scared you when you were little and thought wrestling was real are to be expected. But there are only two moments in where the stories being told on the show got to me so much emotionally that they made me cry. Those two moments are when Randy Savage and Elizabeth reunited at Wrestlemania VII, and the closing moments/ending of the Ric Flair/HBK match at Wrestlemania 24. Of course I knew that Ric was going to lose. Of course I knew that this was supposed to be his final match, and the match that was meant to be a tribute to his career and legacy. I knew the end was coming. Which is why Shawn and Ric showed amazing "storytelling abilities" to find a way to end the match on such an emotional high that I balled like a little baby, even though I knew Ric wasn't going to win, and knew the outcome of the match. The closing moments where Ric is there crying practically begging for Shawn to kick him and end it, knowing that his time has come to step aside, it just broke my heart. Such a heartbreaking but beautiful story. The action in the matchup, while very good, may not be as good as other matchups in Wrestlemania history, but when it comes to emotional storytelling, I don't think any match in Wrestlemania history can touch it, which is why it's one of the best matches in Wrestlemania history (like Hogan/Andre and Hogan/Rock).

Now the women's match after the show wasn't all that good, but after the emotional roller-coaster of the Flair/HBK match, a kind of short quick, crappy match was needed. It gave us all a break. Excellent booking of the card here. WWE knew the fans would be emotionally drained after the HBK/Flair matchup, so they put kind of a quickie match that no one cared about much to give people a break from the show so to speak and "recover" lol.

Then you have, what was really, an outstanding Triple Threat match for the WWE Title with Orton/Cena/HHH. I don't think the match was really a classic per se, but it was still very solid, with some good spots in the match. And seeing Orton retain the title was an excellent ending due to it's suprise factor, and having someone else win the match besides Cena and HHH, who always win.

Then comes the real shocker of the night. Big Show vs. Floyd Mayweather. Now I know some people still hate this match and say it was terrible. But you know what? I think this match is hands down, the best wrestling match with a celebrity involved in wrestling history. Yep, I said it. This match was GOOD. Surely you can't expect to see Angle/Benoit or Flair/Steamboat here. That's like going to see Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and juding it like you would Gone With the Wind. It just makes no sense. How many times have you ever watched a celebrity wrestle a nearly 12 minute match (which is amazing in itself) and take bumps throughout the whole match? Other than Lawrence Taylor at Wrestlemania XI, I can't really recall any. Remember Jay Leno not taking a bump and actually putting Hulk Hogan in an arm-bar? Yeah, that's the type of matches most celebrities have. Floyd actually hung in there with the Big Show for 12 minutes, played what was really a great heel, and had just an entertaining matchup all around. For what it was (a celebrity match), it was outstanding. Outstanding enough, that I actually wouldn't mind Floyd coming back to wrestle again. Big Show deserves the Nobel Prize here for keeping this one together and pulling out something here that was 10 times better than it should've been on paper.

Then you cap the card off with one of the best main events in recent Wrestlemania history, the best one since Wrestlemania XX I'd say. Forget Batista/HHH, Cena/HHH, Cena/HBK, and certainly HHH/Orton. Edge and Undertaker was the best Wrestlemania main event since Benoit/HHH/HBK at Wrestlemania XX, and one of the best of the decade. Edge and Taker just had great chemistry here and wrestled a pure classic. Taker winning was a great finale, and the closing images of him standing in the ring with the belt, with the fireworks going off above the Citrus Bowl was truly an outstanding sight, and even beautiful sight (there's that setting again!).

Wrestlemania 24, for my money is the 5th greatest Wrestlemania of all-time (behind Wrestlemania 3 and Wrestlemania XIV, and my top 2 choices on this list), and thus probably the most underrated Wrestlemania of all-time.

My next two choices I'm not going to explain nearly as much, as they've been picked numerous times already. I just posted a lot on Wrestlemania 24, because it doesn't get near the credit it should, and I felt I was going to have to say a lot to defend my choice haha.

2. Wrestlemania XIX (2003)

As many have stated here, Wrestlemania XIX, is clearly one of, if not the greatest Wrestlemanias of all-time.

To start off with, as I stated about Wrestlemania 24, I'm a fan of outdoor shows, and while it wasn't really an outdoor show, the retracabable roof was used to kind of give a sort of "outdoorsy" look to the arena. It also had a great set. Safeco Field I think was one of the best arenas used for a Wrestlemania. It had a unique look.

And then the card was stacked with great matchups.

Angle/Lesnar and Jericho/HBK are two of the all-time great matchups in Wrestlemania history (potentially top 10).

Austin/Rock III and Hogan/McMahon were also great matchups (top 25 probably).

Booker T./HHH and Matt Hardy/Rey Mysterio were good matchups as well.

And the rest of the card was solid with the exception of the Miller Lite pillow fight, and the Taker and Big Show/Albert handicapped match. This is actually probably the most consistent card in Wrestlemania history. And while it featured many great matchups, and was more consistent, it still didn't have as many "classic matches" as my No. 1 choice for my favorite Wrestlemania of all-time, and also the greatest Wrestlemania of all-time. Which is.....................................

1. Wrestlemania X-7 (2001)

Probably a cliche choice, but cliche for a reason. It was the most entertaining and greatest Wrestlemania of all-time. If Wrestlemania III was the peak of the 80's wrestling boom, then Wrestlemania X-7 could be argued as the peak of the "Attitude Era" (and the beginning of the end). The Astro Dome looked great for the show with a great stage. It had a great look.

It also had a great feel to it as you knew you were watching history in the making. WWE had just purchased WCW a week or so before, and thus this was just one of the most monumental periods in wrestling history. No one knew exactly what was going to happen in the world of wrestling without WCW and ECW, and Wrestlemania X-7 was probably going to be one of the first times we would see the direction wrestling took. Ultimately I think it took a turn for the worse, but the excitement of "the unknown" at the time was certainly there. It made this show feel important. Kind of like how you knew you were watching history with Wrestlemania XIV, the same could be said here You could just feel with WCW and ECW being over that wrestling wasn't going to be the same.

And while Wrestlemania XIX probably had a more consistent card, Wrestlemania X-7 wasn't far behind, and IMO it had more "classic matches" (matches that could be in the top 25 in Wrestlemania history). 5 matches to be exact...

Austin/Rock (probably the most exciting and action packed main event in Wrestlemania history)

Angle/Benoit (one of the greatest technical wrestling matches ever at Wrestlemania)

TLC II (perhaps the best TLC match ever? Certainly the most exciting in my book)

Taker/HHH (just a great, classic brawl/fight)

Vince/Shane (this match stole the show. I think everyone knew the above four matches would be great, but this one I don't think people were expecting nearly as much as it actually delivered (I know I didn't). Which to me qualifies as a match that steals the show).

In addition to those 5 "classic" matches, the show also featured an excellent/entertaining hardcore matchup with Raven, Big Show, and Kane. Yeah it's not a classic, but for WWE-styled hardcore matches, it was very entertaining. And I personally loved the Gimmick Battle Royal. Sure it wasn't a good technical match, but as a kid who grew up watching wrestling in the '80s and '90s, who wasn't happy to see all of these old gimmicks back just for one night? I enjoyed it anyway. And having Bobby Heenan and Mene Gene return to commentate was fun as well. It was like a revisit of my childhood. And I've always liked battle royals too. Even if there's really no purpose or meaning for the battle royal, I'll still enjoy it anyway. Jericho/Regal and Guerrero/Test were also solid matches. The only real stinkers on the show were the Chyna/Ivory matchup, and the Tazz/APA vs. Right to Censor matchup (which wasn't really a stinker, I just don't remember it well).

You could certainly make an argument for Wrestlemania XIX being a better show than Wrestlemania X-7, I would even consider the argument and maybe agree. But if we're going with favorites, I'll have to go with X-7 as my favorite Wrestlemania of all-time. It was the peak/finale of the "Attitude Era" which for me was my favorite time ever watching wrestling (although the early '90s when I first started watching comes close), so it will always be sort of a sentimental favorite. And it's five "classic matches" is a high amount of classic matches that no Wrestlemania before it or since has matched (XIX came very close with 4 though).

That's my take on my three favorite Wrestlemanias of all-time. And I know we were supposed to discuss our top 3, but I have to give "honorable mentions" for the three other Wrestlemanias that came close (4-6 on my ranked list).

6. Wrestlemania X (1994)

5. Wrestlemania VIII (1992) (probably up that high because I attended)

4. Wrestlemania XIV (1998)

Thanks for reading!

I was just ranking all the Wrestle Mania's the other day. I 'll give you my top five only beacuse I already had a list of them

5. 18.....The crowd in Toronto was hot, up until the HHH-Jericho match but Rock-Hogan was amazing, two of the three most popular WWE stars of all time (the other is Austin) in the ring at Mania. Taker-Flair, Austin-Hall, RVD-Regal, Kane-Angle were all solid as the undercard

4. 3.....Steamboat-Savage in the one the all time great WWE matches, plus the Hogan-Andre match that was prolly still to this day the biggest wrestling match ever (even though the workrate in the this match was one of the worst) Honky-Jake, Harts and Davis-Bulldogs and Tito, Piper-Adnois made up a solid uder card as well.

3. 19....A loaded card with 5 matches worthy of closing the show....HBK-Jericho, Rock-Austin (in Austin's last match), Vince-Hogan, HHH-Booker (not as bad of match as some people say) and of course Angle-Brock. The Benoit/Rhyno-WGTT-Guerreros was a slid match as well

2. 22....I may be bit biased because this was the first Mania I was at in person but the crowd was the hottest I'd ever seen (including the original ECW crowds that I was a part of). HHH-Cena was soild but the crowd made it seem like such a big match...HBK-Vince was great as well as Orton-Angle-Mysterio (could of been better had it been given more time). Foley-Edge was the match of the night and the MITB was a spot fest. Taker-Henry and Kane/Show-Carlito/Masters made up a solid undercard

1. 17....This card from top to bottom is the best Pro Wrestling PPV of all time...Angle-Benoit, Kane-Show-Raven, Eddie-Test, Hardys-Edge/Christian-Dudleys, Regal-Jericho made up an awesome undercard along with a very good HHH-Taker match and of course Austin-Rock, (both at the peak or very near the peak of theirr popularity)

Wrestlemania X. I was still a kid and wrestling was still magic. The opening contest between Bret and Owen Hart remains one of my all-time favorite matches, and the shock of seeing Owen win was priceless. The first (televised) ladder match. The TWO World Title matches, which seemed like a big deal to me at the time, including Mr. Perfect returning as the guest referee in the Luger-Yokozuna contest. And of course Bret going over in the main event to win his second World Title, being held high by his peers in the middle of the ring.

Wrestlemania IX. I know, I know, there's nothing really memorable about the card. But this was the first WM I ever got to watch live on PPV, so it holds a special place in my heart. Hogan returning to tag with Brutus against Money Inc. Luger vs. Perfect. TWO Doink the Clowns?! OMG! They sure pulled one over on Crush! Jim Ross debuting in a toga! And the horrific fate for my hero Bret, as Mr. Fuji threw salt in his eyes as he had Yoko locked in the Sharpshooter! Then Hogan came down and won the title from Yoko! How am I supposed to feel now?! LOL

Wrestlemania X8. By this time I was in college, and wrestling was not as magical anymore, nor did I watch religiously. In fact, this was the first PPV I watched live in many, many years. I came for the main event, my new hero Y2J defending in a destined-to-loose match against a returning Triple H. But it was The Rock vs Hollywood Hogan that made the entire show for me. The electricity in the air when these two went face to face brogutb back the magic I remembered. The cheers for the heel Hogan, the boos for the mega-over Rocky... This was the first time since childhood that a wrestling match was able to send a chill down my spine.

Honorable Mention:

WM VIII. The first Wrestlemania I ever saw, rented from the video store as a kid not really a wrestling fan, but because I recognized Hulk Hogan. I was damn sure a fan for life after that video was over. The highlight? Even as a mark-kid who rented it for Hogan, it was clearly Bret vs Piper for the IC title.

WM VI. HOGAN. WARRIOR. Epic.

1. Wrestlemania 6. I loved the whole card, most of the wrestlers were my heroes. The epic Hulk against Warrior with all my friends taking sides, just amazing!

2. Wrestlemania 3. My beloved Lions home packs the indoor record. Piper face turn, Hogan slamming a 540 pound giant, and Animal Steele aiding Steamboat in a classic match for the ages.

3. Wrestlemania 19. Hogan showing McMahon what's up. TheRock versus Stone Cold Match. HBK/Jericho putting on a show and Booker T almost winning it all on the grandest of stages.

3. Wrestlemania VIII- This was an excellent show all around. I liked the previous WMs before VIII, but this show was really something special. The promos and matches are all classic in every since of the word.

Bret Hart vs. Roddy Piper- Intercontinental Championship: Bret Hart is my all time favorite wrestler and to see him up against Piper at that time was epic. The match itself is still great to watch to this day, and Piper became a tweener in this match because of Bret's never say die attitude he had in this match. This match is one of the best IC title matches of all time.

Sid Justice vs. Hulk Hogan- This ended up being the main event of the show. The pre match promo by Sid was beyond awesome, and I really felt like he was going to go out there and destroy Hulkamania. The match itself wasn't anything siper special, but the return of the Ultimate Warrior is waht made this match stand out to me. I was a young man at that time and totally marked out for that moment. *I still mark out for the Warrior's comeback*

Ric Flair vs. Randy Savage- WWF Championship: This is probably one of my favorite Flair matches ever. The stable of Flair, Heenan and Perfect was beyond awesome and the storyline leading up to the show was really well done. The match itself was classic, with the crowd behind every move both men made. Both men really gave everything in this match and the ending was very well done. The post match promos were awesome as well.

2. Wrestlemania 22 BIG TIME: This show was just very well done by WWE and imho WWE has not surpassed WM 22 yet. Every match was at least decent enough to sit threw (except Torie v Candace) and this show had some memorable moments.

MITB 2: Flair was actually in this one, and the wrestlers didnt botch as much as the recent MITB match. The superplex off the ladder to Flair was wild, and Shelton's high risk offenses was amazing. RVD was super over during this match and his victory was well deserved.

Edge vs. Foley: This is probably the most underrated WM match of the past decade. This is as extreme as you will ever see a Wrestlemania match get. Barbed Wire, thumbtacks, flaming tables it had everything. Edge really showed the world that he would do anything it takes to make an awesome match.

Vince vs. HBK, Cena vs. HHH, and the World Title Triple Threat were all great matches and really stand out as great moments in WWE history. HBK diving off the ladder was epic, as well as Rey winning the World Title. I was shocked that WWE actually gave Rey the belt.

1. Wrestlemania XX: The entire card was classic. Goldberg and Lesnar getting booed out of MSG. Cena vs. Big Show was a great opening match and put Cena on the map as a big time player. The Cruiserweight Open was truly something to see, as Kidman really showed off, as well as Rey.

Angle vs. Eddie- WWE Championship: This was a great technical wrestling match. Both men were about even in technical ability while Eddie had the advantage in high risk offense. The ending of the match is what made the whole thing really special and was a shocker on how it ended.

Benoit vs. HBK vs. HHH-World championship: In my opnion this is the best Wrestlemania Main Event of the past decade. This match was very intense, very fast paced, very hard hitting matchup. All three men wrestled at their absolute best that night and had the crowd completely on their feet for the whole match. This was just so well done, and the post match celebration between Eddie and Benoit was one of the best Wrestlemania moments of all time.

Honorable mentions: WM 4, WM 7, WM 12, WM14, WM 17, WM XIX, WM 24.

Here R my 3 favorite matches from my 3 favorite WrestleManias....

WrestleMania III: Macho Man Randy Savage vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat-the fact that these cats went over the spots 4 this match months B4 it went down goes 2 show that they were determined 2 make this match a classic that would put them both over, as 4 the storyline, it was like the wrestling version of a Rocky movie.

The British Bulldogs & Tito Santana vs. The Hart Foundation & Danny Davis-after watching Bret's DVD where he mentioned that this was, in his opinion, the best match on the card, I took the liberty of watching it all over again myself, & IMO, it was one of the top 3 along with Savage/Steamboat & the next match that I wil discuss in a minute, but yes, this was a true testament 2 what Bret always said about the Stampede wrestlers in the WWF tearing the house down.

Hulk Hogan vs. Andre The Giant- IMO, the BEST match in Hogan's illustrious career, as a 12 year old Hulkamaniac @ the time, I was worried Hogan's reign was coming 2 an end that night, but like a true champion, Hogan overcame the odds & did the 2 things I never thought I'd see anyone do....bodyslam & pin Andre', that match kinda sent me off also, because it gave me confidence that I could beat anybody bigger than me in a fight, until I realized how wrong I was about 75% of the time, LOL.

WrestleMania X:Bret vs. Owen-what can I say? this was the classic brother vs. brother match, especially with how the story line jumped off, U had the little brother feeling like the big brother was holding him back, so he took matters in2 his own hands & beat his big brother in what was a hard fought back & 4th battle.

Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon-Ladder Match 4 the Intercontinental Championship, HBK & Razor took wrestling 2 the next level with this match, my friends & I were literally sitting on the edge of our seats from start 2 finish, amazed @ the athleticism of the 2 combatants.

Bret Hart vs. Yokozuna-I'm guessing that Yoko thought this match would be a cakewalk since he already beat Bret @ WM IX 4 the belt, not 2 mention having Mr. Fuji & Jim Cornette in his corner, seriously, I never thought I'd see the day that Jim Cornette would be involved in a WrestleMania, but anyhow, like Hogan vs. Andre, this match was another true example of an underdog beating the odds 2 reach the top. the best part of this match was the end when all the faces came out 2 congratulate Bret, hoisting him on their shoulders, then the camera panning 2 Owen standing in the aisle seething with jealousy over his brother.

WrestleMania X-Seven: Shane vs. Vince McMahon-this was one of my faves because Shane & Vince's storyline hits close 2 home with me, because, I'd like 2 get my dad in a wrestling ring & beat the living crap outta him, LOL but seriously, the soap opera angle is what made this match, U had Vince & Trish Stratus having an affair which led 2 his wife ending up in a comatose state, which led 2 Stephanie & Shane trying 2 take over the WWF in the invasion storyline later that summer. but yeah, if I could, I'd challenge my dad 2 a match & like I said, beat the crap outta him, but that's another story.

Undertaker vs. Triple H-prior 2 this match, it never occured 2 me that Taker was undefeated @ Mania, until he let it be known, after weeks of these 2 baiting & taunting each other, I knew this match was going 2 be the mother of all brawls, I mean, U have The Game vs. The American Badass dukin' it out all in the ring outside the ring, IMO, these 2 brought out the best in each other during this match, hopefully, Taker ends his career undefeated @ Mania.

The Rock vs. Stone Cold-Unlike their match @ Mania XV, I watched this one from an unbiased point of view, like Trips & Taker, these 2 ALSO brought out the best in one another whenever they faced each other, but the surprise of the match was Austin shaking hands with Vince McMahon @ the end of the match, as a fan, I never saw that one coming. the irony about this match being sofaking great, is that whenever I listen 2 "My Way" by Limp Bizkit, this match is the 1st thing that comes 2 mind.

3. Wrestlemania XXIV (2008): Host to two candidates for match of the decade. The factor that made Ric Flair/HBK and Undertaker/Edge amazing was not just the amazing wrestling, but the fact that although we knew what the outcomes would be before the event, Edge and Flair had us second-guessing. When Edge hit the second spear I thought he was gonna win!!!

2. Wrestlemania III (1987): Set a standard that no Wrestlemania could meet for over a decade. Hart Foundation/British Bulldogs, Hogan/Andre (amazing finish), and for the INTERCONTINENTAL Title, Ricky Steamboat vs. Randy Savage in the best match on the card IMO.

1. WrestleMania X-Seven (2001): Arguably the most amazing supercard in wrestling history. Jericho/Regal, Angle/Benoit, TLC 2, Undertaker/Triple H and one the most memorable WM title matches, The Rock vs. Steve Austin.

wm 17 tlc, rock/austin, taker/hhh, those 3 matches alone were awesome, loved when those 3 teams in tlc hooked up it was magic, the all clicked

wm 18, rock/hogan, y2j/hhh, austin/hall, just watching the crowd before, during, and after the match was great never saw that, they did not know who to cheer for, y2j/hhh was so personal

wm19 hogan/vkm, y2j/hbk, hhh/booker t, angle/brock, y2j and hbk was awesome it was true what lawler said it was like if hbk was wrestling himself, y2j kept up with him every step to this day no one really has in a match, angle/brock was great cuz they both have the college wrestling background

gotta also mention wm20 that one was pretty good, hbk/hhh/benoit, stone cold stunning both lesner/goldberg was cool, angle/guerrero was as good as it gets

also gotta mention wm21 angle/hbk, hhh/batista, mitb match, taker/orton, all of those matches were great, especially hbk/angle, i loved angle in wm's he always got praise from the fans heel or face

Well just like any wrestling fan on planet earth can admit, Wrestlemania 17 is hands down my favorite. I loved Wrestlemania 10 for the fact i got to see my hero Bret Hart as a kid wrestle twice (no i ain't from Canada either) even tho he lost to Owen it was just a ridiculously amazing match!!!!! And I loved Wrestlemania 18, just hated the Triple H Jericho thing cuz I just knew Triple H was gonna win, cuz that's when I first started paying attention to the backstage stuff of wrestling. But 18 was raw for my boy The Rock and my other childhood hero Hogan fighting. It was a dream come true, shouldn't have been in Canada tho, hahaha.

As always from me, most of mine are more for nostalgic purposes.. [I live for the classic, late 80s-early 90s WWF.]

Wrestlemania IX

This one, and probably Wrestlemania VI, to me will always stand out as the Wrestlemania's I always rented from Blockbuster. When I was a kid, and first started watching wrestling, and growing up in Atlanta, Monday Night Raw was still new and all I remember watching was WCW Saturday Night.. and I really didn't like WCW. So the only way I could watch wrestling, was by renting the tapes of PPVs from Blockbuster. Wrestlemania IX was one I'll always remember.

-Probably one of the only times The Brain and JR [my two favorite commentators of all-time] were ever on a PPV together.
-It was outside [that blew my mind!]
-Everyone was wearing togas. I'll never forget Heenan riding in backwards on the camel.
-The card featured Mr. Perfect, the Undertaker, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, Ted DiBiase, Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon.
-Doink vs. Crush. This one will always stand out for me. Matt Bourne as Doink was such a great heel. The two Doinks thing was legendary.
-Hulk Hogan coming down to avenge the Hitman at the end for the WWF title was incredible. [Albeit now, I realize it was typical Hogan, but as a kid you gotta love it.]

Wrestlemania VIII
-The first time I ever remember seeing blood on a WWF PPV. And we got it in both title matches.
-The Undertaker vs. Jake the Snake. I still say, very few wrestlers have ever come close to Jake's abilities on the stick. The funeral parlor segment leading up to this match was classic WWF.
-5 words: Roddy Piper vs. the Hitman. To this day one of my favorite matches.
-WWF title match, Flair w/ Perfect vs. Savage, classic match I didn't appreciate as much as a kid, but love now as an "adult."

Wrestlemania IV
Probably my all-time favorite Wrestlemanias.
-the WWF title tournament won by Savage
-Jake the Snake vs. Rick Rude
-Bad News Brown won the battle royal, last eliminating the Hitman [fellow Stampeder] and then Bret destroyed the trophy. That was the day I think we all knew Bret was gonna be a star!
-Demolition won the tag titles
